I went to Hai back to have them replace the damaged buttons that they themselves ruined, and to my shock, they refused to repair, claiming that any damage is outside their control and that they would charge me 20 dollars just to replace the buttons. I have made the fatal mistake of supporting this sorry excuse of a business by sending my clothes there for dry cleaning.
