Of course I had a problem with my AC on the hottest week- Astera responded to my message right away and was able to fit me in sooner than anyone else! I had been using the same company for my HVAC needs for many years. Recently, I wasn't able to use them any longer and was in search of a new provider for HVAC services. I went to turn on my AC for the first time this season only to find nothing happened. The problem: dishwasher leaking at the corner bottom door I attempted to fix it myself by watching YouTube videos. So I replaced the door gasket, but it didn't work a continued to leak. I gave in and made an appointment with A-Tech. Steve (repair technician) came to the house on time and assessed the problem. To my embarrassment, my dishwasher decided not to leak. He made some adjustments to level the dishwasher and he gave me tips to look for if the dishwasher starts to leak again, what the cause maybe e.g. the drain or water valve. Good news: no leak :), we don't need to buy a new dishwasher, and we have diagnostic fee good for 2 weeks. Overall, I would recommend A-Tech for their communication, professionalism, and punctuality. I'm hoping I don't need to but if my dishwasher starts leaking I will call Steve to repair it. read more

Zero complaints all around. I requested info on a Tuesday evening and they had a technician in by Wednesday. They gave a large timeframe, between 4-7 but this is pretty standard timeframes. They gave about a 45 minute heads up when the technician was on there way and they even allow you to track the technician including what kind of vehicle/license plate they have to make sure there's no sketchiness. My technician, Vlad, was very prompt and fixed my problem quickly. He also told me there's a 2 month warranty just in case anything similar happens again. read more

Problem: dryer won't heat Very polite service and came in the next day. He was punctual, calls and updates me, and was able to pin point the problem. It was either the temp sensor (which he had in his trunk for a reasonable price) or the control board. Unfortunately it was the control board, my washer and dryer need to be replaced either way but they are also 17 years old so it's time. He gave me suggestions as to where to get a new one, but also gave me an option as to how to proceed if I wanted to get 17 year old parts. I am definitely going back to these guys because the price was reasonable and they are very polite. read more
