This was no easy job. The machines are large and heavy . He did a lot of physical labor to fix the dryer and check the washer. We absolutely appreciated his work. No more laundromat! He was able to look at our washer, dryer, vent hood and fridge waterline. The Good Was able to schedule Jason to come out next day without issue. Came on time, courteous and thorough. The Better He was able to identify some root causes of potential issues for our appliances. He went as far as to getting on FaceTime with me and I was able to catch that the dryer vent had completely disconnected from the dryer and we were able to get Abt out to repair it asap (it was their fault during a washer repair) as it was a fire hazard. I wish I had known that before calling them out because that was one of the main reasons to do the appliance checks and will need to pay a service fee to someone else to do a check on the unit.

George (technician) arrived timely and was very thorough. He explained things to me every step of the way. He is approaching this very methodically - ok, so it's not the igniter, let's look at the next link in the chain... I saw George called out by name in other Yelp reviews, and I understand why he comes so highly recommended! He called the manufacturer to discuss his findings, but the manufacturer tech team wasn't available.
