When we spoke to the manager, he simply repeated that the table was reserved and backed up the waiter, without suggesting another table or even asking us to wait for the next available one, until we brought up the point that he could have asked if we have an option to wait for the next table?? Then the manager went ok do you want to have another table just because we asked. What stood out most wasn't the reservation issue, but the complete lack of hospitality, flexibility, or basic courtesy.
