I came in and gave you my money then was given $10 only to have that taken away is. Not much incentive to return. I will be going to Eldorado today to take advantage of the $20 free play I mentioned as it starts today and that is an incentive for me to go visit. Thanks for the apology but it really seems quite stingy when a big casino takes $10 from a player then is told there was $15 which I never seen and I checked my Penn account and it is still $0 After someone takes something from you then apologizes , it's not much incentive to go back and if Hollywood is really not into incentives that's okay but I would feel the same way if someone took money from me in any other way. If you want to make it right, let me know but an apology doesn't make it right in my book. Have a great day and hopefully your marketing team is better than what I've experienced. I would like to add that I improved the rating from one star to three over an apology and I know $10 is a petty amount to be upset over but, if the offer is supposed to be good for six months then that's a violation of your policy regardless of how I feel. If you can't see how it looks to take $10 from a disabled veteran and maybe I'm wrong and if so I'll apologize but, it doesn't look good from here. We went tonight to Mala Hot Pot in Hilliard for the second time. The first time we went was about…read moreone month ago to try their hot pot, a concept my husband, adult daughter and I had heard about but had never tried. We were surprised to discover that despite the name of the place, they no longer served hot pot due to new owners, and they were primarily a dim sum restaurant now. As we happen to like dim sum, we were not deterred and sat down to have one of the more enjoyable dining experiences we've had in quite a while. The menu was quite extensive and contained pictures and short descriptions of each dim sum. There were also a very few entree-type items to choose from, as well as noodles. Be warned that rice is not provided with these entrees, so if you want some you need to order and pay for it as a side. Nevertheless we thought each item we ordered was delicious, from the egg custard to the sesame lotus balls, to the dumplings, as well as the Dan-Dan noodles, the Ma-Po tofu, and the Szechwan chicken. Since everything is a la carte, the restaurant can be a little expensive, based on your appetite and number of people in your group, but we declared it one of our new favorite Asian restaurants. What a difference a month makes... We returned for our second visit, only to find that the restaurant was now a hot pot place again! We were handed a menu that contained the hot pot information, and at least still had an abbreviated list of dim sum appetizers, though some of the ones we had enjoyed on our first visit were gone. They also had a one page sheet labeled "old-fashioned menu" that listed some odd dishes, not odd as in authentic Chinese dishes but just dishes we'd never heard of on a Chinese menu, like salmon filet and flank steak, but also one recognizable listing for kung Pao chicken. Just weird. So we ordered sesame lotus balls, barbecue pork buns, noodles and the Ma-Po tofu again, all good but we missed the expanded dim sum menu from our first visit. Frankly, this place seems very confused as to its identity and we wonder what it will be serving if we chanced a third visit. If we decided we wanted to try hot pot, would they have dropped it again? Will they totally have stopped serving any dim sum next time? Will all Chinese entrees be gone also? I don't think we want to be that adventurous. We'd rather have some idea what style of cuisine we're going to have before we walk in the door of a restaurant. Sorry, Mala Hot Pot. It was a promising start but a sad and abrupt ending.

The staff is extremely friendly. Though, the waitresses seem very overworked in the evenings. Still very friendly, nonetheless. I've been here a few times. I've always liked the entrance with the indoor koi pond. The food is average. I'm a very basic eater, so I mainly just stick to the rice, chicken, and soups. The only issue I've had with the food is once I had a teriyaki kabob that was a little on the burnt side. But, everything else I've had is up to par with most Asian buffets. Overall, an average and affordable lunch. Though if you live nearby it and don't want to fight traffic to go to the Hilliard Rome restaurants, it's worth the visit. read more

Pretty terrible service. We walked in and just stood next to the host podium for about 10 minutes. No less than 3 service staff saw us, walked near us to grab something from it, and walked away in a rush without making eye contact. Finally one took us to a table and asked in broken English what we'd like to drink and left. We served ourselves food and received our drinks about 20 minutes later. After we finished eating we waited around until we had to actually get up and ask for it. 10 minutes later we got it and ppaid. Never coming back here again. read more

Unbelievable! After receiving no service at all because it's a BUFFET, we had to get up and ask for our bill. The person that gave it to us literally wrote it with a pen on a lined paper and had the nerve to add a 20% tip to the bottom line. We refused to pay the tip and were met with anger from the staff. The hostess actually scolded us and told us how it's not right to not leave tips. After a mindless argument where we tried to be polite as possible but were met with insane responses, we were told not to return. As if we ever would. Stay away. read more
