There are many broth options to choose from and several of those are vegetarian, so I can get something different every time. You can even switch out broths if you want to try something else. I've tried a lot of the broths but my favorites are miso, mushroom, and spicy kimchi. Once you choose your broth, you have a variety of veggies, meats, and noodles to choose from to add to your pot. It's great that I can come with meat eaters and we are not committed to the same experience as we each get our own pots. Some of my favorite add ins are tofu, cauliflower, mushrooms, water cress, sweet potato, taro, and fried tofu. There are also several good meat add ins, as other people I've been there with love it too. The restaurant is spacious and the staff is kind and helpful. You also get a QR code at your table so if you want more add ins you can request them without bothering anyone. You can also customize your experience by grabbing some things from the self service bar. I like to add scallions, garlic, and red pepper flakes. I've been with a group of six and also with one other person and have enjoyed it every time. Not only is it tasty but it is also a really fun activity.

The experience is very authentic with the meat options being plentiful. I do wish that the menu had a little bit more flexibility, since it seems like the options for two people are much different from the options for four people. We came for a friend's birthday and we were a party of three and we ordered the most expensive option. It was way too much food and could easily feed 4 to 6 people depending on how hungry you are, and the quality of the meat was excellent. Everything was displayed beautifully and it had so many options of meats and veggies. It is definitely (obviously) better quality than the AYCE options in the area. I will say that it was expensive though. That may be our fault because we were splitting it for three people, and if we split it for 4-5 people, that would have been less expensive but was still a bit more expensive than what I would want to pay for a Korean barbecue in Columbus, Ohio, but you do pay for the quality and the service so I'd definitely be back for a special occasion. We've had the brisket, the pork belly, the calamari (both spicy and not) and it was all so fresh and yummy. The denver steak was a hit and even the marinated shrimp are an amazing option! It was not crowded when we arrived around 2 pm, but apparently they just recovered from a huge opening rush that had people waiting to be seated. On one side of the restaurant there's hot pot tables (burner in the middle for your broth), and the other side is regular wooden table for people that want regular dishes and/or dim sum only. We got seated right away at a hot pot table because we wanted to get stuff from both menus. There daily dim sum offering is on a separate paper menu that you mark down how many servings you want of whatever tickles your fancy. Our server Kwan was fantastic! This was my parents first time for hot pot, and he did a great job explaining the process, what the sauce bar was all about, and how to order from their dim sum menu. We picked their mushroom broth, which I liked. For protein, we got the Supreme Beef & Lamb Combo for hot pot. Meats were displayed on a separate board (beef on one end, lamb opposite). Loved the assortment of veggies that come along; also liked that those veggies are served separately from the meat so it makes it easier to pick and choose what you want to eat.
