The restaurant scene was absolutely beautiful. The booths were very large and can easily fit large families. The food was delicious and there were various amazing and interesting options. It was so fun to be able to cook our own food right at our table. The only problem however, was me and my boyfriend lol. We were really confused despite them clearly explaining several times and we definitely caused them a bit of trouble. Despite that, they were extremely polite throughout our whole entire experience there and they went above and beyond helping us and showing us what to do. My favorite all-you-can-eat hotpot in Columbus!! Kbbq is included. Lots n lots of options, including a variety of tofu. It's buffet style, so you can have as little or as much as you want of anything. Unlimited fruit tea and milk tea too! Their skewers are too seasoned for me, but you can grab those to the right of the hotpot area and leave them at the end of your table for a server to take and a robot to return, cooked. There's also fruit and dessert in that area. My personal recs are shrimp paste, quail eggs, and sliced lamb. The cooked buffet food isn't bad, but it's more worth it to stick to your hotpot/bbq in my opinion! read more

Disappointing. Not bad, though- just not as good as other KBBQ places in town. Say 3.5 stars. But not what I had hoped for, with the price of this kind of place. Big open space inside, very nicely decorated. Good service, though sometimes a bit slow. I like the concept, with the grill, hotpot, and prepared foods included. I just did bbq and prepared; these places in general are better with groups, but it was just me, and I didn't want to overdo it. The food was good-not-great. Just not flavorful. The sauces were okay, not full of flavor like some other places. The prepared stuff was slightly better than Chinese buffet versions, but only slightly, and most of it was the same things (orange chicken, black pepper chicken, etc.) A few more interesting seafood items. But still, lacking in flavor. And the meats were meh too. Standard beef bulgogi was a little tough, and not at all flavorful. Spicy beef bulgogi had more flavor, but no heat. Spicy pork? Meh. No heat. I like spicy, so my scale is tilted, but seriously, no heat, no spice. Even the kimchi was mild. I was intrigued by the skewers but ordering is weird (according to the posted sign): take skewers to table, server takes them to kitchen, then brings them back cooked. I had assumed I would cook them at the table, so I just passed. Spray can of oil at the table. Plus butter pats in plastic, kind of awkward to use. Kid K would have been happy- plenty of desserts. I left stuffed, don't get me wrong, but I doubt I'll be back. Just not enough flavor. But if you are looking for a place that combines several options, without an add-on cost, this could work. read more

The space is huge and tables are wide and comfortable. The ingredients buffet table is spacious so that people flow and are not crowding. There's ample parking outside. Hot pot is one type of Chinese cuisine and the soup base is extremely important. Tonight we are very happy to find a good hotpot place here in Dublin, Ohio. We ordered the Herbal Tonic, Pork Neckbone and Spicy Malatang soup and they all tasted very delicious and well seasoned. There's a lot of ingredients for hot and BBQ alike. ER-GE Buffet is the hot pot/bbq place that took over the former PJ Hot Pot & BBQ place before. We did the hot pot and bbq AYCE for $31.99pp. It was so worth it. It's all inclusive - hot pot veggies and freeze dried meats (alas no tofu), beef/chicken/pork/shrimp/fish for bbq, hot dishes and cold dishes, hot and sour soup, rice, skewers of meats, and ice cream cups. Drinks include sodas, sparkling waters, and fruit tea all included. Fruit and desserts too. My wife, daughter and I feasted. Service was attentive and often to clear our plates and refill our drinks. Ambiance is still the same as the old PJ's and it's clean. They have robots that bring dishes to your table. For a $100 meal, big thumbs up from our family. This place blew me away! I've been to a lot of hot pot places globally and I'm legitimately impressed by this new restaurant in Columbus. First of all, the weekday lunch price of $23 is unheard of. This includes AYCE hot pot, BBQ, cooked to order skewers, and the hot food buffet. There is also unlimited white rice, fried rice, milk tea, green tea, and ice cream. Everything was delicious, especially the skewers, which you select from the fridge display and the wait staff will take it to the back to season and cook. Then it is delivered back to your table by robot. The inside is huge and clean, and the ventilation is better than other KBBQ restaurants I've been to. Dying to go back already! read more

I went to ER-GE with my nieces for my nephew's birthday. We all had a great time. The hot pots were really fun. The food was good but not fantastic. The robot was a fun item when it delivered our order. Our server was very nice and attended to our needs. We did have an issue with a couple of our burners, but our waiter was able to fix it. The "clean" plates at the buffet bar was not so clean. It wasn't just one plate but several. The plates were white so you could easily see if it wasn't washed properly. It made me question how clean everything was and made me not trust the food that was out. read more

Really enjoy the food which was fairly fresh and constantly stocked on a Sunday (around 4pm). They provide an option for hotpot but will start the grill too so you can grab whatever food you want. Milk tea and fruit tea is included in your cost as well. So overall, while it feels expensive initially, it's arguably a better deal then other places that charge you for extra for the grill and hot pot duo and for drinks as well. We went for lunch today, didn't have insanely high expectations as I noticed that the location is fairly new, but wow! The lunch price is nice considering that you get both hot pot and grill at no extra charge for both (whereas some places charge for both). We were nervous about the hot pot as grill can already be a lot of food, and they do charge for leaving a certain amount leftover or uneaten (up to 12.99 per lb!). We got the Japanese Miso soup base and as it was our first time, we just added some basic meat and veggies from the cold bar options. They have a pretty extensive selection of vegetables and meats, which is lovely! Not to mention the grill's selection as well. This is slightly less than you'd get at other all you can eat locations, but it's still a good basic selection. They also have skewers with vegetables and meats that you can cook either in the hot pot or on the grill. What's more, they have a section with premade entrees (orange chicken, garlic green beans, spring rolls, etc) you can grab as well. There is a station for frozen meat for the hot pot, which is next to rice and soup as well. The self-serve mode is excellent for controlling the portions to your liking, and they have a self-serve sauce bar as well. This was my second time ever getting to use one of these and they had a great selection of fresh ingredients. Next to that is a self-serve drink station with milk tea and fruit tea (the fruit tea is a nice citrus mix that's delicious with the grilled meat). They also have fountain drinks you can order. Just overall really great options! The restaurant itself has a nice open layout with wide walkways and plenty of space inside, so you don't have to worry about it being cramped. Our server was nice but seemed a little standoff-ish, though I preferred being left to figure it out myself so that was no issue for me. Overall, it was a really fun experience and I'd love to come back! As a bonus, they offer mouthwash in the bathroom :) read more

Erge Hot Pot is the best of its kind in the city. It is pricier than the competitors, but hot pot, BBQ, and drinks are all included unlike some others where they charge $5 for the hot pot & BBQ combo. Interior is very nice. Looks similar to PJ with updated lighting. With the food, there is just so much selection. Crab, steak, shrimp, skewers, prepared meals, vegetables, fruit, and a huge fridge with canned drinks and milk tea. This place has everything, and selection is what you want in a good buffet. With the hot pot, there are about 7 different soup bases you can choose from. When you get skewers, your waiter picks them up to cook them and then a robot brings them out to you. It's pricy, but I think worth the extra cost compared to other competitors in the city because this place offers so much more. read more

ER GE Buffet is fantastic! If you want multiple choices, definitely check this place out. They have all you can eat hot pot & Kbbq plus hot dishes, drinks (non-alcoholic), and skewers. I only went once for dinner so far, and it was delicious. They have a lot of seafood and meat options, and the skewers were amazing. I am more of a hot pot person, so I don't have much input about their bbq but will update as I go more often. KPot is my usual hot pot/Kbbq spot (I'm a regular there), but ER GE was great and it is cheaper if you want to do both hot pot and bbq. I think they have more choices for hot pot (blue crab, more seafood options), but I do like that at KPot you can get shrimp with head (I feel like it's more flavorful). The staff did inform us we were there for longer than the 2 hour limit, which is understandable that they let us know, but we hadn't continued eating and were just talking so it was a little pushy. But they were nice about it and we had great service overall. I would come back for sure, KPot and ER GE are my two tops in Columbus for hot pot/bbq from what I have tried so far. Delicious broth as well! They have fruit tea, milk tea, sparkling water. I like that they have beef tallow that you can add to your sauce. I do think KPot has more sauce options and better kbbq options. But, I do like the skewers here. My family ate there on 11/21/2025. I got meat-sticks. The process is you put the RAW meat sticks on a plate and then they send the plate back to the kitchen to cook. They deliver the cooked food to the table. The problem is - they returned the food ON the plate that just had RAW meat on it. (I know this because I marked the plate going to the kitchen) I talked with the manager who explained that the kitchen was told not to do this. But this should be common sense right? Why do you need to tell the kitchen not to put cooked food on a raw meat plate. Very disgusting. read more

Take all the negative comments to heart as we saw several of them ourselves. Looks like a bait and switch with the crab legs, had them the first month or so and pictures them on the website but they were not there nor was there an empty place where they might have been. Asked the server and they said not every day thing only special occassion. Lots of other issues just won't go into but we went specifically for the crab legs.Service was subpar, food was ok, but they kept giving us a get out already attitude. I have only been there on the weekend. They have about 12-15 cooked items that were all good. They had plenty of choices for bbq meat such as steak and kalbi and seafood as well. The hot pot is good as well. They had blue crab. They had snow crab one day but the second time back, they did not. So many choices that you won't be hungry at the end. read more
