Naked but rubbed with a dry seasoning. The wings fell off the bone and were so flavorable! No sauce was needed. But I tried the three table sauces. Hubs had an italian sub. Heand I agreed it was provably the best italian sub we"ve ever had. I ordered the Grainery salad - it was great because I like Blue Cheese ceuymbles and red onion. Both flavors were strong so avoid it you are not a fan. I ordered the large and feel it was the equivilant of a side salad-kinda small. The Grainery attracted groups if friends, families with yound children and couples out fir a dare night. Highly recommend! Our server was great. I try not to ask "what is your favorite menu item"? Instead ask what is poplular. Our server had a real passion for the food, the history of the building and the Plain City community. When our meal was over, she directed us to the complimentary soft service ice cream with toppings. Great way to enjoy a touch of sweet after the savory meal! We will return!

We ordered their "feed the fam Friday" which included a large 1 topping, Italian sub, garlic or cheesy bread, and 2 liter of soda for $25. When I tell you this meal was worth every single penny of $25! The topping, meat, and bread ratio on the sub was outstanding! The flavor of the sauce that came with the cheesy bread was soooo good. Sweet, yet savory. And the pan pizza with the old fashioned pepperoni grease cups. Man... We are officially stuffed for the night with almost a large pizza and half an order of cheese bread left lol The staff was so nice too! They saw me trying to carry my large order and opened the door + offered to walk me to my car and help me. We will definitely be back!

It started with jalapeño cornbread as a base, then pulled pork topped with a homemade bbq sauce that had a little zip to it, next was macaroni and cheese, then brisket and topped with coleslaw. The coleslaw was just a mild slaw. The Brisket was phenomenal, very moist and tender with a nice smoky taste. The Mac and cheese was a baked version made with Velveeta which was very tasty. The star of the show for me was the jalapeño cornbread that was the base. A nice sweet corn flavor and add in some jalapeño bits. OMG!!!! On to the people behind the food. Wade and Kara Nichols. Super nice people. They started the truck in April. They are using a blend of hickory and cherry wood pellets for the Brisket which is smoked for 18 hours. The pork is smoked for 12-14 hours utilizing apple wood. The Bbq sauce is homemade and is available to purchase. Great food and I will definitely be back to check out more. Don't hesitate to check this truck out. Great Food and Great People!!!

The nice young man told me how much he liked the cream soda, so I gave it a try. It tasted so different (we think because they use cane sugar as their only sweetener) than say A&W's version. I really enjoyed it. We also wanted to try another side, so we ordered corn pudding. We were so impressed with everything, we took a to-go menu to look it over. The cashier/cook told us they have frequent specials and a loyalty program. Since we don't have a close fast fook BBQ place near us, I can see us coming here at least once a month! It was still that yesterday. I got there a few minutes after they opened at 11:00am. I had looked at their website before going and decided upon the Fish 'n' Chips combo. From the BoB's website: Fish 'N' Chips Combo Delicious beer-battered cod fillets fried to a golden brown, served with tartar sauce and fresh lemon. This combo also came with fries, cole slaw, and I added a drink. The waitress was very friendly and brought my drink out quickly. My Diet Coke tasted more like soda water than soda so I asked her for a replacement. She said she would get it from the bar this time and see if it was any better. She did and it was. My fish 'n' chips came out quickly and was quite hot (as cooked food will be). Lunch came in a plastic flat dish with a checkered sheet of paper lining the bottom. All told, there were 3 pieces of fish - each slightly smaller than a deck of playing cards, a goodly portion of medium cut fries, a small cup of cole slaw, a small cup of tartar sauce, and a wedge of lemon. I ate a couple of fries as is before I added ketchup. Nice and crispy, hot, and fluffy on the inside. Good enough to eat sans ketchup but I really like ketchup. It made them better. It also soaked through the paper lining so I ended up scraping all of the food off of it into the dish and throwing away the paper. No need to add bits of soggy paper to my lunch. I next tried the cole slaw and I was disappointed. It was room temperature which is puzzling, plus, it tasted...off. Not food poisoning off, just...weird. I added pepper to it and it did not improve. I set it aside and started on the fish. The fish was very good. Nice and crunchy batter, extremely flaky fish inside, and had an excellent fresh flavor. I really enjoyed it. I sampled the tartar sauce and like the cole slaw, it was room temperature. To me, both cole slaw and tartar sauce should be cold. The tartar sauce had an OK flavor. Nothing memorable. The wedge of lemon I ignored. I finished my lunch and it was filling. I did not have room for dessert even though I was eyeballing the cheesecake on the menu. I also did not need a refill on my Diet Coke. The combo was priced at $13.99 and the drink was $3.19. Overall, a decent lunch with the fish being the star. Excellent waitress, good service, quick turnaround time. I may or may not return.
