The dining area is so big with multiple aisle of seating. For dinner pricing at $31.99, you can pick either Hot Pot or BBQ. OR you can add $5 to enjoy both. Once you order your food, you can head up to the sauce bar to mix up your own sauce. If you have no idea, just look up and they have their sauce recommendation ready for you. As the food is ready, it will get deliver by the beloved Miss Robot Bella. I love the huge selection of option being offer, from sliced meat, seafood, fish ball, soy product, noodles to all kind of vegetables. All the ingredients are fresh and perfectly portion. By the sauce bar, there are a couples appetizer, fruit, and dessert. And don't forget to leave some room for ice cream too. Or some bubble tea.

Had such a fun time at PJ Hot Pot. They offer unlimited hot pot and Korean bbq and you can even do both! The unlimited hot pot had so many options for soup and toppings. I tried the Szechuan spicy and curry soups which were both on the milder side. The spicy level was a lot lower than expected but you can also add sauces to it separately if it's too mild. You can order whichever toppings you want from the server. Then either a human or robot server brings your order to your table! Service was very quick and the robot has a cat face which was very cute. Drinks like boba, tea, and soda, are charged separately and the tea drink we tried was sadly a bit watery. The veggies, meats, and seafood were fresh! I especially enjoyed proteins like the sliced ribeye, sliced lamb, fish roe balls, and bean curd, along with veggies such as the crown daisy, taro, lotus root, and enoki mushrooms. They even offered specialty items like beef aorta, which had a tough, very chewy texture They also had a sauce and side dish bar with pickled cucumber, kimchi, and radish. The side dishes were standard but I enjoyed all the variety of options to make sauces! For dessert they have fruits like oranges, melon, pineapple, and little ice cream cups. Definitely a place to go if you want to have a feast!

New hotpot place in town. I loved dining here. They have tons of options in meat and veggies for the hotpot and bbq. It's a good place for vegetarian as they have protein options like tofu. You could select either hotpot or the bbq or both for an additional $5 per person. You get your individual pot for the hotpot, which is great. They have a separate station for creating our own sauces for the hotpot and bbq. They also had some amazing desserts and ice creams as well. The service was amazing and the place is huge.

My first visit to PJ Hotpot was a good experience and one that warrants a return trip! We came for dinner on Tuesday night and there was no wait. There are many tables and the restaurant felt spacious and hip with good lighting. After being seated, a waiter offered us drinks and we put in our order soon after. When I was torn between the Healthy Herbs and the Mushroom broths, the waiter offered to bring me a sample of each to try. The mushroom broth was deliciously complex and savory, so I chose that. My partner got the Sichuan broth and was very pleased with the flavor and spice level. Service was quick and mostly right. We only had one item mix-up when Napa cabbage came out instead of bok choy. Food was delivered by a robot cat waiter, which is a fun novelty, but if there is a mistake, there's no one to tell. However, every ingredient order we placed was delivered to our table quite fast. We were pleased with the quality of the meats, lobster balls, seafood, and dumplings. The vegetables were clean and fresh. The food quality gets two thumbs up from me. Lastly, the sauce bar was well stocked. They had signs for suggested flavor combinations, which I can see being helpful for first timers. In addition to sauces, there was kimchi, pickled vegetables, and edamame available. If you had room after the AYCE hot pot, there were fruits, cakes, and ice cream included on or near the sauce bar, too. I've visited some other hot pot restaurants in Columbus and this is the best so far. The vibe was better, the wait staff was less intense, and the place was cleaner. I would definitely recommend this spot if you're thinking hot pot.

Easy 5 star fun dinner experience. We went for a date night last night and got the barbecue and hot pot. I got the curry base and hubs got the vine pepper. The server did a nice job explaining the menu and giving some suggestions. She checked back regularly and I didn't feel like we went without the whole meal. We got the pork bulgogi, beef bulgogi, brisket, and spicy pork and beef. Lots of veggies for the hot pot and bbq. The buffet area has a lot of sauces and seasonings and a few small starters and desserts. The perfect bite for me was rice, beef bulgogi, onions with yum yum. It was a fun interactive experience and we can't wait to come back!

Dropped in for their Soft Opening for Lunch (614now article hinted they just opened this week) Almost identical experience to K Pot on Bethel with a few additions (shrimp & crawfish available for lunch, few more selections for sides and desserts). The ordering system is the same, although they seem to be experimenting with the ordering robots that Hiro Ramen has- one of our orders arrived by robot. Food was pretty high quality, nothing arrived directly frozen and everything was pretty fresh. Only knock compared to K Pot was perhaps the soups which were a bit less flavorful here. Pretty certain they're still constructing and preparing for their full opening, saw/heard some angle grinder sparks on the other side of the restaurant which was interesting. Overall a good experience, and I'm to see more hot pot places in cbus- hope Pj sticks around!

Overall very great value and service. The interior reminds of some high end Chinese restaurants and the our waitress was super friendly. Even the cleaning staff were super friendly too - came by our table to make sure we get to grab fruit and dessert before they closed for the day. Food is mostly fresh and good quality. We tried both bbq and hotpot and were happy with them. I do wish the marinade meat can taste more like Korean flavor, but still very impressed overall. Will definitely be back with friends.

Tried it for my son's 13th birthday and we really liked the whole experience. We drove from 2.5 hrs away to shop and eat here. We had fun trying new things and our server was very nice and helpful. They sang to my son for his birthday and gave us a little Keychain as a gift which he really liked. We loved the cat robot servers. The miso broth and beef bulgogi were really good. We paid $5 extra to do the BBQ as well. Definitely not cheap, but fun for special occasions.

    Food

Their food is delicious! The ambiance is fantastic! We've gone over a dozen times since we first found it in November. We've taken several family members for their birthday. The food is great, the price is great, we love going here. They have tons of sauces to make your own unique sauce, or to just use on their own.

PJ Hot Pot will quickly be one of our favorites! For the Hot Pot you pick a soup base and then any of the unlimited ingredients. There is also a sauce, garnish, and dessert bar. This will be my go to place to celebrate with friends and family!

We've been during restaurant week and there was a long wait, and where you just walk right in and get seated. Every part of the experience is well managed. The hostess is absolutely adorable and so kind. She got screamed at my disgruntled customers (because they were asked to leave after the 2 hours slotted because there was a long wait) and she was so kind to them and just took it. She helps change the grates, and even placed an order for meat for us! The wait staff is also super kind and helpful. Offering recommendations if you don't know what to try, and being super responsive. Our drinks were never empty and the meat was always on our table! The quality of meat/seafood is very good. We've tried the marinated chicken (spicy and not), the beef and pork bulgogi, both were very good. We've had the brisket, the pork belly, the calamari (both spicy and not) and it was all so fresh and yummy. The denver steak was a hit and even the marinated shrimp are an amazing option! Everything comes out so fast and so your table will always be full! We have been to Kbbq in a lot of different places (both in ohio and out) and this place is the best out there. whether it's a date night, a family celebration, or just craving an amazing meal- this is your spot.

We spent $230 (w/ tip) and it was worth every penny. Probably the best Japanese restaurant in the city. We passed by this place multiple times on our way elsewhere. We're Mario fans, so the name Yoshi caught our eye, but the cramped strip mall exterior doesn't exactly scream culinary dream. We decided to take a chance, and let me just say--wow. It's an intimate space with just a few tables and an 8-10 seat sushi bar. We didn't have reservations (make one, they fill up fast) but managed to snag seats at the bar. The service immediately stood out. We had better attention here than at some upscale steakhouses--glasses never went empty, and their menu suggestions were spot on. One minor heads-up: at the sushi bar, staff sometimes walk behind you to talk to the chefs, which can be a bit distracting. For starters, we grabbed the gyoza and asked for a standout small plate. They pointed us to the beef tongue. It arrived hot with shredded onions and spicy mustard, delivering a buttery, melt-in-your-mouth tenderness with a deep, beefy richness. The gyoza was equally flawless. Instead of the overly chewy or burnt wrappers you find at most spots, these had a delicate, golden-brown sear with an intensely savory, garlicky umami filling. We paired this with Sayuri sake, a creamy, unfiltered pour that perfectly balanced sweetness with a dry, clean finish. Since we love nigiri, we ordered a spread: tuna, salmon, smoked salmon, sweet shrimp, and Japanese scallop, plus a salmon/avocado roll. The cuts were impeccably sourced and practically dissolved on the tongue. You rarely find this level of consistency. Just a heads up--they prepare it the traditional way, meaning there is a dab of wasabi tucked directly under the fish. We also tried the Wagyu A-5 roll. It's about as "meat and potatoes" as a roll can get: steak, carrots, asparagus, and rice. The seared Wagyu fat melted instantly, creating a decadent, buttery glaze over the crisp vegetables. It's one of those rare foods that genuinely forces you to pause after each bite. At $40, it was 100% worth it. I can't say enough about this experience. Next time, we're leveling up to the fatty tuna and Wagyu experience on their special menu. That's the exact culinary peak we've been looking for, and incredibly, it's tucked inside a suburban strip mall. Absolutely brilliant.
