My fiance and I ordered a table on October 22nd and STILL have not received it! Not to mention we have been without a table since then. Spoke with a few different customer care reps and only one has been helpful thus far. Other than that no one else will answer the phone. We have received three different emails with the "scheduled" delivery dates, none of which we were consulted with regarding availability, and still heard nothing from the people who will be delivering it. The company continues to push the delivery date back and send us new "scheduled" delivery dates, however they only do this when we call to inform them that the delivery date has been missed. Ashley Home Store is very dishonest and unreliable my fiance and I have recieved nothing but answering machines, lies, and excuses from this company. We will NEVER support this business EVER again. Such a disappointment. read more

In May, I ordered a desk online. It did not look like the transaction went through, so I placed another order that same day with a different credit card. I tried to cancel the desk before it was delivered, but no one would answer the phone. UPS delivered the desk in June. After repeatedly trying to speak to someone (calling, messaging, going to my neighborhood store), I finally got a response on Twitter and was able to return the desk in July. At the end of June, we received a notification that another desk was being delivered to us. This is when we became aware that another transaction went through for the same desk on a different credit card. On July 2nd, UPS tried to deliver the second desk order, but we rejected delivery and had it sent back to Ashley. Now we are waiting on our refund for the second desk and can't get anyone to respond. I understand that COVID has put a strain on employers, but if someone would just answer the phone or give us a timeframe when we can expect a response, that would be better than just leaving people hanging. Their furniture is nice, but the customer service is horrible. read more

One of the worst decisions of our life to buy a mattress from this company for 2700$. We bought a memory foam mattress that has lost its shape and already sinks in areas and its not even 8 months into it. I called them because the salesman said that if it ever were to lose its shape it would be covered under warranty plan. Well since we moved last week, apparently all warranties that we purchased and had all are now voided, even though this was happening way before our move. This sinking was happening months ago, but I guess I should have called before the move. So if your looking to buy furniture, I highly recommend you continue to explore options and never settle with this POS company. read more

Bought furniture there once before years ago -- it was delivered HOURS after promised time. I promised they fixed problem and fired the delivery contractors. So after buying 2K worth of furniture, I was give delivery window of 3:15 to 6:15. So imagine my surprise when I'm out on Sat. afternoon and told they'd be coming around 2 p.m. Contract delivery driver says time can't be changed and he has no telephone # for Ashley. Twice I call, get put on hold and get hung up after 15 minutes. Third time after 10 minutes or so get customer service. She says she can't help that phone system disconnects customers. Her delivery window is even later than mine - they do by that, not what I was told. She'll try and help. UGH! Don't go there unless it's something small you can bring home yourself. Expect to be treated like a dog. read more

This is going to be long so bare with me.... My husband and I purchased a King sized headboard with rails and a foot board a little over two weeks ago. We paid an extra amount to have it delivered and put together, today was the delivery date. I call my husband to find out how things are going, he then tells me out set is sitting on the floor because apparently it is missing 3 bags of screws needed to assemble. Right away I am pissed. I could be wrong, but isn't this something that should be LOOKED OVER BEFORE BEING SENT OUT FOR DELIVERY?!?!?. So I do the only thing I can think of and call the store directly. I tell the rep the entire story... get this, she CAN'T FIND MY ORDER. Great! She is asking me for a "sale number" that I was never sent. I continue to tell her I was only given a confirmation number. I was put on hold 6 TIMES..... 6 DAMN TIMES, all for her to tell me they can't find my order and there is nothing she can do, she has to wait for the tech to call to let them know what was missing from my package. I then begin to tell her, how do I know this person will call? Especially if he hadn't called before I did... How long will this take? A day? A week? I told her I have a king size set laying on my damn floor of a room we had to completely clear out for the delivery! She proceeds to tell me again... Nothing she can do. So I ask, " will my delivery be discounted since my damn bed wasn't put together? her words.. "Sorry it's a final sale"... Really?? That is what you call customer service??? You can't find my order, You put me on hold 6 times, You tell me you can't do anything... and that is supposed to make me feel like the situation is under some form of control????? FAIL... FAIL... FAIL... I have heard horror stories about this company and figured I would give them a try... FAIL on my part.... never, ever again... **UPDATE** They no longer have my bed in stock so they have no idea when they can set up a re-delivery. Lovely.... Just freaking lovely! Please don't purchase anything from this company.... trust me... read more

See Doc at Ashley Furniture! He was personable and found me a great deal on a couch! I will be back to see him.

Oh where do I begin!! This was my second and last attempt buying from Ashley. I just bought a house and needed furniture. All of the following was to be delivered Monday 3/25/19. I bought a Dinning room table and 6 chairs. Living room furniture for 2 living areas... leather couch, love set and chair, 2 end tables and coffee table for one living area and a couch w/chaise, ottoman, fluff and chair for the second one. And a queen size bed and frame for the quest room. When they delivered the furniture, 2 men put the leather furniture together, they put the legs on backwards(love set and chair the legs should go outwards)and they thought it looked just fine. And they forgot the frame to the bed(it is now Wednesday..3/27/19 and the bed is still sitting on the floor) and my 82 year old mother is here to visit for a week. After talking with the person(who assisted me with the purchase) many times a day everyday since, They finally brought the new love set and chair today but forgot the frame again. I would not give them 1 star but I had to to post this. read more

I really wish I could give them -5 stars and I really wish I read the reviews before I went there. I believe every bad thing here is I am waiting months now still not resolved. check this out they delivered the same damaged table to 3 times 3rd time they tried to cover it up with marking pen 2nd time they must thought I wouldn't check never get returned calls always have to call and start from beginning and they wonder why I cuss them out. go any where but there sales is great but worst customer service ever and deliver guys dropped right in front of me and turned his head and said no I didn't drop it. I have never written a bad review ever I always considered well maybe it was bad day but Ashley's deserve this its to point I feel sick looking at furniture and im out nearly 10k so I cant just toss it out its really bad and I hope stuff is made better then what others say here but I can say this tables I did get scratch super easy must be very crappy finish. oh almost forgot 1t stuff they delivered every drawer was bound up wouldn't slide delivery guy said oh its just stiff and opened and closed like 20 times real fast and hard and sais see its better yeah it broke the drawer was dropped and slanted I should just then cancelled everything and went to start or ikea anything is better. read more

The delivery and exchange has been a disaster. How difficult is it to deliver a single bar stool? Why is it so difficult to exchange a piece from the same set? It's been weeks and we are still dealing with this garbage. I ordered a dinning room table, six matching chairs for the sides, and two matching end chairs on November 11, 2020. I was told the items would be delivered in two weeks. I was contacted by the delivery team and informed that all the items except for one of the end chairs would be delivered on November 24. At that time, they did not have a delivery date for the chair, but it would be delivered as soon as possible. Everything but the end chair was delivered on Nov. 24. A few weeks later, I hadn't heard from Ashely so I called customer service and was informed that the chair was backordered until February and said I would be contacted for delivery. Ashely did not contact me in February so I decided to call and check on the status of my chair on March 11. At that time they told me my chair would be delivered on Saturday, March 13 and that someone would contact me regarding a delivery window. No one contacted me nor did they deliver the chair on the 13! I called customer service on 3/16 and was told that the chair was expected to be delivered on April the 17th. However, I was also told that the date they give you is just an estimated delivery date and could continue to change so in reality, I have no idea when the chair would actually be delivered! At that point I asked them to cancel the order and return the other matching end chair that was delivered in November since they can't fulfil my entire order going on six months. They told me that they would submit a cancellation for the missing chair, but are not able to return the chair that was delivered in November even though the chair has not been used. I explained that I purchased eight chairs, six side matching chairs and two end matching chairs and just want to return the end chair because I need to purchase two chairs that match. They refused to return or exchange the chair so I ended up with seven chairs instead of eight and Ashely has refused to make the situation right. I would be willing to wait for the other chair to be delivered if I was guaranteed a delivery date, but as stated by the manager the delivery date is just an estimate and never guaranteed!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ASHLEY. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. read more

Worst experience Ever !!! We found a nice piece of furniture that would be great for our home. After making sure it would fit we went back into the store to purchase. The assistant manager was rude and disrespectful. Badgering me for my complete address and phone number even though we were just picking up our purchase. Then he lied about the price giving us a total with tax trying to hide the added 1 year protection plan we didn't ask for, trying to seal up our invoice in an envelope so we wouldn't see it. When I asked about it, he acted as if it was mandatory. When I asked him to remove it he got huffy and even more rude. The service at this location in Pompano Beach is deplorable and We will never but from Ashley again. I strongly advise against going there. read more

Wow !!!! Ashley Home Store SUCKS ! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE !!!! Bullshit company with Horrific customer service. Bought a $300 office chair from them. When it arrived it was out of the box and it looked like a bunch of homeless guys pulled a "soup kitchen" all over it and then kicked it down a flight of stairs with a muddy boot. When I called and complained they said they would send a new one. A week later a new one gets delivered to my office. (Here's the fun part) Before I was even aware it had been delivered, the delivery guy came back an hour later and took the chair back again. When I found out I called an said WTF, where's my chair ? They said it was too late , the chair has been sent to Portland. (leaving out a bunch of details for brevity) 5 weeks later a chair is delivered (was supposed to be 4 days). After spending $1000's of dollars with them in the last couple months (I'm re-decorating) I decided that after all that, I didn't really care for the chair. Since I was within the 30 day return window I called to see about exchanging for a different chair. The manager (let's call him Myron Milktoast) said I could not return or exchange because it was more than 14 days. I said, your web site says 30 days. He said that the web site says that but the store policy is 14 days and I missed it by 4 days. He then said I was lucky that they even replaced the 1st one. He said that when you accept a delivery you accept it as is. 1 star because it won't let me do 0 stars. read more

I ordered a couch in late May from Ashley's. About a month later I changed my mind and wanted the loveseat instead. When I changed that part on my order I also added a few other pieces including a chair, coffee table and end tables. Waited for the delivery which was about a month out. They not only failed to deliver the end tables like planned but they also delivered the completely wrong loveseat. The delivery team tried to get me to keep it and call Ashley's but having 2 dogs I knew better so that nothing would happen to the couch that I didn't order in the mean time. So after refusing that loveseat I went back to the store. They apologized many times for the mixup and got the end tables sent out the following week however I had to completely reorder the loveseat which had been on constant back order. They then told me it would be another month wait. So now I'm looking at a LATE August delivery. Then I get a text update from them saying that unfortunately they have had complications and I won't be able to get the loveseat until AFTER October 1st and they would contact me to set up another delivery date. Mind you I have had NOTHING to sit on during this entire process. They've shown no sympathy in ways of trying to get things done sooner or at least offering money off or a refund of some kind. This will definitely be the last time I ever shop with Ashley's Furniture which is sad because my entire home is basically from them. The salesman and manager assured me that they would fix this and yet I'm still dealing with the issue. Not only that but because of all of this I'm paying more for a loveseat than I would've been paying if I had gotten the couch. This whole situation is ridiculous and I just want my furniture and to be done with all of it. I will not be recommending anyone to use their services. read more

Do yourself a favor and do not make a mistake of purchasing anything from this furniture store. I made a bed purchase on Black Friday event in store, the salesman stated that the bed is in stock and it will be delivered to me in 2 weeks. That was actually the reason why I purchased this bed because it was in stock. Originally I wanted a cheaper bed but he said it was out of stock. Two weeks later I get a phone call that my bed has been back ordered and the original delivery changed to another estimated time of on hold for another 2 weeks. 2 weeks later they change the delivery date again to another week without even telling me.(the reason how I found out was me calling to customer service and dealing with them on the phone). A lot of times the actual store didn't even answer the phone call or simply hang up on me, same with customer service. I had to drive to the store physically couple times to see why I have to sleep on mattress for month and a half. Completely unacceptable. So finally I get a notification on my phone that the bed will be delivered on January 4th. Later I figure out that the delivery people went to completely wrong address, when I specified hundred times earlier that I am located in Tucker, GA not Dacula, GA. My bf had to deal with them on the phone for hours because I was at work all day to figure out who will deliver our bed because they refused by saying they won't be driving back because they have other deliveries scheduled except ours. After hours on hold and talking to the manager we were finally able to get bed delivered but after what hustle and nerves involved. The cherry on top was two totally high looking delivery drivers who made a whole in my hallway while delivering bed outside. I never experienced such a poor customer service from the beginning to the end. Never again Ashley furniture read more

Ok where do I start? I feel bad for the sales people IN STORE because most of our interactions with their sales staff has been nothing but positive. The problem is in the business itself. In store back office was snooty and stuck up and incapable of doing their job with customers and clients in mind. Do you realize that without customers you will be out of business? Starting off the owners may deduct from various financial accounts that they have saved up but eventually they will have no choice but to close the doors. It may not be there yet but with the amount of negative reviews I've seen I'd say it's a matter of time luckily they do have their own furniture line that seems pretty good and profitable. Here's our problem. So we moved into a new home and ordered a king bedroom set, a coffee table, a full set of office furniture with book shelves, floating shelves, desk, credenza, office chairs and an electric sectional. The bedroom set was delayed on us first and wasn't that big of a deal we gave them the benefit of the doubt and said no biggie I'm sure they are struggling to keep up with covid. Then the sectional was delayed and after being delayed they only delivered half the sectional and we had to wait another month for the other half. Then we determined that we didn't need two out of the four floating shelves and they wanted US to pay for the return shipping!? Lastly the Credenza we ordered still hasn't arrived and it was supposed to be here today. So four delays 6000-7000 dollars multiple orders and they have the Gaul to try and charge us return shipping for 2 shelves totaling 60 dollars? Oh also they wouldn't allow us to just return them in store they told us they were bought online so had to be returned through the website. Needless to say we will not be shopping with them anymore. read more

I have been a good customer of Ashley Furniture for many years. I am writing to explain a situation I recently had with an order I placed at their store in Southpark Meadows in Austin Texas. A salesman by the name of William Stewart (JR) assisted me and the sales coordinator was Chris Wilson. After searching thru all of their inventory, there was only one option for a sofa and loveseat. I placed the order and it was delivered to my house but what I received was not even close to what I was shown. I rejected the order at the time of delivery since it was not what I ordered. I ordered a color of tan and they sent me a dark chocolate color. I returned to the store to receive a full refund and the salesman explained that the manufacturer must have changed the color option and the pictures on the computer have not been changed to match what was being delivered. I therefore asked for a refund and the salesman told me we needed to discuss this with Chris Wilson. I met with Chris and he rudely asked me why I was even talking to him. He said that I would be charged a 10% penalty even though what I received was not what I ordered. I explained that this was not right and was told that this was all they would do. Please beware that this company does not stand behind their word and will penalize you even if it is a problem caused by them. I will never do business with Ashley furniture again. Very dishonest. 7/17/19 They replied saying that they would learn from this in the future. A lot of good that does me. Here's my response: "Who cares about the future if you don't make it right for me? If I was you future customer, I would not believe them. They were given multiple opportunities to do the right thing and they simply kept denying me a refund. First they offer $50, then they offer half of the 10% fee but won't just step up and make things right. They caused this mistake and yet they try to make their customers pay for the mistakes. I had waited a long time and was counting on this furniture for a family party and they delivered a completely wrong color. To throw salt on the wound, they feel it's right to penalize me for their mistake. Very dishonest." read more

Terrible service, don't come here. Stressful and frustrated experience. The delivery dates are pushed back and are not set as stated.I had purchased a three piece sectional in July, had them on a set date for delivery on October, nothing came in on the first set up delivery date. I got no phone call nor any kind of notice whatsoever ever, I had to call them to find out what was going on with the delivery date and found out the delivery date was pushed back now to mid November.I came into the store asked about my furniture purchased and they set another delivery date for November. I was told I would have at least two pieces delivered and have most of the sectional complete, but I had only one piece delivered on November and it seemed to be the wrong piece.I called about other missing pieces and was told the other pieces were being delivered on December. When they arrived I realized the pieces were wrong and the set up of the sectional was not what I had asked for when I was at the store. I asked the delivery guys to take the pieces back because they were the wrong pieces and one piece was damaged. The delivery guys only took the two pieces they delivered that day but not the first piece delivered in November because they said they didn't delivered that piece and there was no room in the delivery truck. When I called customer service, they said I had to go to the store to talk to a manger about my order. I came into the store to explain about the wrong pieces delivered and the one piece of the sectional still in my living room, still wrapped up in the same way it was delivered to me waiting for them to pick it up. The manager (she) said I had ordered the wrong pieces and it was my fault I didn't understand the pieces ordered and how they were set up. I asked for a sectional I saw on the sales floor at the store, I don't understand how I got the wrong pieces. Why was this my fault? I was so confused, the sectional pieces I ordered made no sense to me. It was so frustrating and stressful explaining what sectional pieces I wanted. I asked for a refund but had to pay a 10% fee for restocking furniture. I will never come to this furniture store again, they don't know how to take care of their customers and understand them. read more

Purchased a Wendota table in 11/2017. We picked the table up but did not take out of the box until our house was complete and we moved in. After a couple of weeks, we noticed the table was broke. I called the 1-866-787-7930 initially on 01/14/18 (actually called prior, but they were closed due to the snow) and spoke with a Keshia Knowles who asked me to email a pic of the damage along with the current address. She said she would let me know that she got the email. I did so on 1/15/2018. I never heard from her. I called back since I hadn't heard from her or received anything around 1/24/2018. I was told she wasn't available. I was put on hold...the lady told me that Keshia got the pictures though. I assume she put me on hold and asked her. On 1/25/2018, I got an email from Keshia replying to mine and saying that my part was ordered and that I would have it is 7-10 days. Never received anything. I called back on 2/12/2018. I was told that the part would ship out on 2/19/2018. Never got anything. On 3/1/2018, I called the store. My salesperson doesn't work there. I asked for a manager. I was given the voicemail of a Sharon Harris, I still haven't heard from her. I called back later and got ahold of a Stephanie. She said she could look into the system and see that the part was shipped and had a tracking number, though did not provide a tracking number. She asked me to email her pic. I emailed it to her 3 different ways. From my personal email, my work email, and to her email as a text from my phone. At the end of our phone call, she reported to never receive any email. She opened what she called an ER. The ER# is 258245. She stated I would get a call 24-48 hours. As I expected, I did not. I did however, get a call from a Tracy at the above mentioned 1-866 number on 3/5/2018, she had to leave a message as I was in meetings at work. Today, my husband has tried to contact her a couple of times at the given number. He is either told that he is not allowed to speak to a supervisor, or that one is not there. Depends on who answers. I called Stephanie back at the local store. She reports that Tracy Brown is the supervisor. He called back and has asked for her by name and is told she is not working. For over 7 weeks I have tried to get a table fixed that I firmly believe was sold to me broken in the first place. I only say this because when I take a picture of the broken piece and the camera flashes, the table appears to be repaired in another spot. I tried this on the other side of the table and it does not do the same thing. This lack of service is uncalled for. We paid $800 for this table and this is the service we have received. 7 weeks. A broken table. It lasted 2 weeks. I will attach a picture if I can. read more

Purchased living room set at the store and everything was good. Sales person was amazing and we received our furniture on time. The issues didn't start until I unpackaged the lamp set. One of the lamps was broken so I called their customer service line and they said they needed to send a technician to come look at the broken lamp (after I sent them a photo that clearly shows the lamp is broken). What will a tech do, fix it? I don't want a lamp that's been glued back together, but whatever I scheduled an appointment to have the tech come to our home. The day came and went and no tech, so I called the next day to see what happened and they hadn't scheduled the tech out to my house at all, so I had to reschedule again. At this point it has already been a month since I first called them. Well, same thing happened again, tried calling them the day before and no one answered the phone at the store and then customer service was closed when I finally got a chance to call. So called at 5am (right when they open) the day I had the appointment to see if they were going to come to my house and again we were not scheduled and the techs were all booked. So now I have to wait another 2 weeks for them to come take a look at dumb lamp that just needs to be replaced!!! Their customer service is horrible!!!! Whoever is answering the phone has no pride in her work, always sounds like she's falling asleep and puts you on long pauses without a simple, "give me a second while a look that up", nothing just silence. I believe they are doing this so you just give up and hang up and get so upset that you give up trying to get your item replaced. They don't have any other number or email to get someone to help you. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I never write reviews but this is horrible!!!! read more

Horrible customer service! seriously DO NOT GO HERE. We are not the type of people that write bad reviews but our experience with this company has been a nightmare. Looking at previous reviews I can see there is an obvious pattern. 1. They take a long time to deliver your stuff. We waited for our furniture for two weeks 2. On delivery day I called early in the morning and specifically told them to call me before they arrived. But no, they left a message on my wife's phone and told her they would need to reschedule because there was no one home. I WAS HOME THE ENTIRE DAY!. No call from anyone, not to me or my wife. 3. Called and complained and after spending over 6K in furniture did not even have the courtesy to attempt next day delivery. 4. Staff is unprofessional and really don't seem to know what they are doing. Delivering and tracking furniture should not be that hard. In conclusion: Deplorable customer and delivery service. Ashely Furniture is the worst, don't ever order from them. Bought a couch, dining room table along with a few other items. Charged to our newly opened Ashley Furniture credit car. Waited over a month for the items on back order. Received a confirmation of the order being placed successfully. Just checked our account as we should be receiving the items next week; the FULL order randomly was cancelled, no notification to me nor my wife. Charge is still on our card. On the phone with support, and "Once an item is cancelled, it can't be re-ordered/delivered". So incredibly over this company. Now we have an opened credit card that we are DEFINITELY not going to use, because it is somehow too hard for this company to deliver goods to customers that paid for them, which will hurt our credit score, but I doubt they care. One minute my stuff is available and I would call to confirm (because you better or you won't get your delivery) then a day or 2 before my scheduled delivery, they would call me and tell me that whatever was available for delivery is not anymore. When you do have furniture available to be delivered they will completely BLOW UP your phone. Calls started coming in at 6 a.m. and I would receive 14 calls/voicemails before noon from an automated system telling me to call and confirm. The people at the 800# are less than pleasant and be prepared to wait about 20 minutes or more to get someone with an attitude on the phone. Also, they only deliver to my area on Wednesdays. That is completely ridiculous! So I had to use THREE vacation days to receive my order. 3.5 months and 4 deliveries later I finally have everything I paid for in June. The people that actually deliver and set up are awesome. And as a side note, i received the wrong furniture during the first delivery because apparently the display was tagged wrong. We love our furniture but this whole experience makes me want to shop anywhere else in the future. Pandemic or no pandemic this is completely unacceptable. read more

We bought a couch, love seat and recliner. Mark was very helpful and able to answer all our questions. Hovered a little bit but I guess that is to be expected. We won't get our furniture for a week and a half but we think we will like it very much. read more

So disappointed with this company that I felt it was my obligation to get a yelp account & warn others. Wanted to furnish my son's college apartment - thought this would be a good route as we could pick the furnishings out locally & arrange to receive them through the Austin store. What a nightmare this company & their people are to deal with. Spent over 2 months trying to get things straightened out - finally cut my loses & cancelled all the open items that they were yet to deliver on. Now I just need to close out the damaged / broken items they sent me. Briefly stated: They charge you right away for the purchase - then in no hurry to deliver. 2 months later - still waiting on some of the items On the product delivered - over half items damaged. Damaged items still awaiting repair Delivery service is contracted & not customer oriented. All the delivery's I did receive missed the given window or didn't even show up. Finally got to the point where I cancelled the open items - feels good not to have to deal with these people any more. Still waiting on my refund. Made multiple (daily) calls to store, customer service, corporate offices. Hard to find a person in company who really seems to care. Do your research - read the other reviews as my situation appears to be the norm & not the exception. Regret giving them any business whatsoever. read more

We purchased a bed in November, before Black Friday to avoid an out-of-stock scenario. At that time, we were told the bed was in stock, and were given two options: pick it up at the warehouse or pay an additional fee for home delivery. We selected home delivery. We scheduled our appointment for 12/24. A week before our scheduled delivery, we receive a phone call informing us they were no longer doing deliveries on 12/24 AND a piece of our bed was back-ordered until approximately 1/16. At this time, our credit card had already been charged (and the statement had been paid), and we were told we could not cancel the order because we were beyond the cancellation period. Had we been informed at the time of purchase that the bed was not going to be available until mid-January, we would NOT have purchased the bed. I tried calling customer care several times, and there was no answer, only a recorded message about their business hours (I was calling within the correct window of time). I then called the store sales manager. I believe her name was Erica, and she was very rude. When I explained to her that her sales person told us the bed was in-stock and available in November, and now we were being told it would not be available until mid-January, she told me that wasn't her problem, and that I needed to speak with customer care. She ended the call abruptly (aka: she hung up on me). At this point, I was very upset. I finally got through to customer care, and rescheduled delivery. The best they could do was 1/7. At this time, I was informed I would be notified 30 minutes before the delivery team showed up. On the day of delivery, I only received one notification, and it was an automated recording saying they would be there in 10 minutes. Both my husband and I work, and the 30 minute window was more than enough time, but 10 minutes meant I had numerous phone calls from the delivery team and dispatch asking where I was and how long it would take me to arrive. About 20 minutes after I received the automated message, I met the delivery team at my house. The delivery team brought in my bed and began assembling it. They quickly discovered they did not have screws for the bed, and two feet were missing. They found some screws in the truck, and used those to assemble the headboard. They did not find the missing feet, and could not finish assembling my bed. They told me I needed to call the store to have the feet ordered. My husband called the store, and told them we wanted the feet ordered. This, we thought, was taken care of by the time he was off the phone. It appears not - I received a phone call from customer care with three options: have the feet ordered, have the current bed replaced with a new one, or return the bed for store credit. I've since called customer care, and have either called outside business hours or there has been no answer. I want my feet. I want my feet delivered. I want my bed assembled with all the feet. I will NEVER buy furniture from Ashley again, and I will NEVER recommend anybody shop at an Ashley store. The entire experience has been absolutely terrible, and it is unfortunately not over yet. read more

I will never buy from this place again. 2 weeks delivery? After spending several grand cash?? And their automated system is a joke
