I have been using the heat pumps for 2 years now and I am extremely impressed with the performance of the machines. He thoroughly cleaned all the split systems, 6 of them. He also answered several of questions. He also checked the fluid level for outdoor units. We can tell the difference from the air coming out of the ACs post cleaning. It was 7th year out of the 12 year contract. Every year I have got excellent maintenance from them as part of the warranty contract. I had never have to call them for any issues of any sort in 8 years.

the central air in my unks 4 family building went no no as the tenants called me one after the…read moreother saying the vents were blowing warm air and i quickly called w&l ac and in 2 hours they came to check it out . the unit is less then 20 years old and i assumed the worst case scenario but the tech guy was honest and told me a few parts in the unit were no longer working and gave me a estimate for repair cost which was fair and much better then putting in a new unit . the tenants had to go without ac for 2 days as tech guy had to order the parts but thankfully the weather was warm but low humidity. the parts have arrived , the tech has arrived and 3 hours later the tenants are happy and cool and my uncle is happy a new pricey unit was not needed . would recommended this company in a snap , 4.5 stars on my yelp meter.

I hired two independent HVAC companies for separate diagnoses. Both found significant dust and corrosion throughout the control boards and documented their findings with photos. I have repeatedly contacted Eco Air by phone and email, but they have not responded or accepted responsibility. I have now had to pay multiple diagnostic fees and face substantial repair costs. I texted back requesting that Jorge call me in advance if he thinks my window AC unlikely to be repairable. I got no response so I assumed the text chain was unmonitored. I rearranged my day, got up before 8am, and waited. At 11:15am, no one had come, so I called. The person on the phone was very apologetic and said someone would call me back immediately to let me know when the tech would arrive. I rearranged appointments for the afternoon. No call. I rearranged more of my appointments for the afternoon. I called again at 1:30pm: same apology and promise. No call. I rearranged more of my appointments for the afternoon. I called again at 3pm: same apology, same promise. In desperation, I told them I was about to write a bad Yelp review.
