Food: 4/5, Atmosphere: 5/5 *Fully Vegan Indian Restaurant* Food: We came here for Chicago restaurant week and we had a great time! We tried an array of food and it was pretty good. The appetizers were delicious, especially the samosa. The Chana and lentils were pretty good but the flavor could've been richer and spicier. Atmosphere: The owner was very helpful and attentive. The restaurant is very nice and it's right in the heart of Devon Street. We felt very welcomed and that our service was truly appreciated.

Amazing food! It was my first time here and I'm so happy I chose this restaurant! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful with any questions I had! The inside was decorated very nicely with lots of plants to freshen up the space. I will be back!

An amazing place we've enjoyed for over 20 years. Vegan and so delicious. Thank you Chef Kirti.

This was my first time to Arya Bhavan and I love this place! I signed up for an Intro to Indian Vegan cooking class and it was so much fun! I learned how to make two different types of soup, Uppma and coconut macaroons. Only $50 for the 2hr class, plus I received a Education on the different types of health benefits from spices. I also got to try their food as well! I highly recommend Arya Bhavan, for both their cooking classes and for their food!!!

Absolutely my favorite Indian place. I love that they have an entire section of the menu devoted to healthy, oil free options.

Best Vegetarian Buffet on Devon, period. Since it's a buffet, if you don't like the service, look in the mirror.

I asked her for some recommendations and she suggested one of the frozen drinks. I'm so glad she did because I have been craving it ever since! They have a few frozen drinks to choose from, but I went with the cold brew + hazelnut truffle. It's made with housemade hazelnut milk, cold brew, cacao, frozen bananas, housemade coconut caramel, maple syrup, vanilla, and seasalt. Trust me-- it is just as heavenly as it sounds! I forgot to get photos of it because I drank it so quickly--sorry! The space is so cute inside and it's in a fun area to wander around, right in the heart of Lincoln Square. Can't wait to come back!

Unfortunately the menu overpromises and the food underdelivers, at least that day. -Lentil soup: good flavor, but very watery, more like broth than soup. The amount of soup barely reached a third of the way up the bowl, and the price of $7 for the bowl size was candidly just not worth it. -Beet hummus sandwich: again, good flavor, but I was anticipating a sandwich (as per menu description). What was presented was a single piece of naan spread with a thin layer of beet hummus, scattered with a few toppings. For $13 my expectations were higher. The beet hummus was delicious; with the goal of recreating this at home I asked a member of the staff about the ingredients. Unfortunately rather than saying, "I'm not sure, but let me check," they responded with "I don't know. I just started and I don't know most of the menu items." There is a lot of fabulous food in Chicago. Although Oromo Cafe is fine, I recommend saving ones dining experience and money for something truly fabulous.

We came with some friends for lunch and were seated quickly. Our server was friendly and welcoming (Italian accent and all!). We decided to try to squash blossom special to start which was absolutely divine. Light and airy and stuffed with a fresh and yummy cheese. We also got the burrata because who doesn't want more cheese? The burrata was the creamiest I have ever had!! And the olive oil it's topped with was so flavourful. For pizzas, we went with the margherita, diavola (pepperoni), and the pistacchio. The diavola was my FAVORITE - the calabrese soppressata it's topped with was crispy and packed with flavor. I also really liked the pistacchio. This one is much heartier. The pistachio cream that serves as the sauce had wonderful flavor. Everything is so fresh and authentic. If you haven't been here yet, you've gotta make a trip!

We ordered the eggplant Parmesan and zucchini pizza around 2:05 pm. We didn't get our appetizer until 2:40pm and then go out pizza at 2:50 pm. We waited nearly an hour to get our pizza. On top of that our waiter only stopped by once and said our food was coming right out...which it wasn't. There was never a sorry for delayed service, or a checkin for more drinks/apps. Plus, the table that came in 15 minutes after us got their two pizzas before us and within 15 minutes. The worst customer service I've ever experienced, and unacceptable. Not only was the customer service bad, the food was mid. The eggplant Parmesan was cold when it came out, and it was tiny. It came with 4 small pieces of bread...and the price was $16. When our pizza finally came out it was cold as well...and we had to slice it ourselves. The zucchini pizza was mid, the flavor was so bland, the pizza was the size of a dinner plate, and the crust was dry. The waiter didn't even drop off Parmesan or chilli flakes at the table, so there was nothing to save us from the pizza's bland flavor. Overall, if this place is on your list, I would take it off. Save yourself from the horrible customer service, and even worse food.

My family and I visited after a Saturday Cubs game and luckily, there were still a handful of tables available and we were promptly seated. The staff were super friendly and provided excellent service! Almost everyone at our table ordered the Wolf Burger after hearing my sister and her husband rave about it. When our orders came to the table, we were all PLEASANTLY surprised at how beautifully stacked and dressed our burgers were. A triple stack of patties, topped with cheese, bacon, a fried egg, crispy onions, and housemade pickles?! That's a recipe for delicious success right there! The Wolf Burger was indeed SCRUMPTIOUS! My goodness, I am still thinking about it two whole days later and how I can't wait to revisit this restaurant and try some more of their menu items. An honorable mention goes out to the delicious fries on the side!! They were the perfect cut, well-seasoned, and out-of-this-world. I HIGHLY recommend Little Bad Wolf to all folks looking for a delicious experience! The burger is sensational, the environment is impeccable, and this is a great spot if you're going on a date or out with friends.
