Easily one of the best burgers in Chicago We both got the bad burger, except my friend got it with mac and cheese. The burger was juicy and the bun was soft; didn't feel like I had to unhinge my jaw just to get a bite like with some other burgers. The toppings for the burger paired harmoniously with the patties, with the pickles adding texture and bite. The fries paired with the burger were honestly whatever, but the spicy aoli paired with it elevated eating the fries. We also got an elote app to share. I did enjoy the cheese and corn and how warm and melty they were, but I think it could've gone without the avocado. The mac and cheese though, now that was absolutely delicious. Did not live up to our expectations. We came for lunch and just wanted to get some good burgers (which they were) but sadly it left's with a tummy ache. LBW is a large space, with a large bar area plus dining up front, but also a large dining space through an arched hallway. What an amazing dinner we had! To drink we got spicy margaritas and a manhattan. The marg was so good! For food we started with the green curry mussels. This time I ordered the little burgers with a side salad. According to my dinner partner who got the bad burger, the little burger meat patties weren't as thick. I really enjoyed little burgers nonetheless. They were easier to handle than a regular sized burger. The highlight for me was the side salad. This salad wasn't a just a few green leaves. It had red onion, cucumbers, tomatoes, radishes. It was a hearty salad and more than twice the size of a regular side salad. Almost another meal itself.
