I have been to this location a few times. It's similar to a chipotle but with Asian ingredients. I usually order from the app as I'm not a fan of ordering on the spot. On the last visit I had ordered the well being meal with a rice bowl with Korean bbq and lots of veggies, a drink and a snickerdoodle cookie. The sauce on the side wasn't really needed. I also had miso soup which didn't meet expectations. All in all the food was fine for an early afternoon meal. I did have a chance to visit the bathroom. For being a newer business, the bathroom seemed in the best condition and can do with a more thorough cleaning.

I ordered here for the first time as a work lunch, and I keep coming back!! The food is so fresh, filling AND healthy. the employees are kind and courteous, and the overall vibe is upbeat, refreshingly cafe style. I'll definitely be coming back at least once a week lol

Always amazing experience and on Mother's Day 5/11/2025. They gave me a Mother's Day fresh rose. Awww it was so touching and I really appreciated it very much. The food is always great. The toppings and choices of items are amazing. The food healthy and yummy. Free miso soup and water. Thank you! Highly recommend. The staff were so nice also!

This is the long awaited opening of another Bibmop restaurant. I had my first exposure to this delectable dish @ a Yelp Elite event @ the same restaurant name located on 24 E Jackson in downtown Chicago. I had never experienced a Bibmop dish before. I was absolutely awed by the incredible blend of items, the flavors & textures that I immediately looked for another location that wasn't located in downtown Chicago (parking issue) I searched Yelp and found one on western Ave & made arrangements to meet my friend for lunch the very next day. Even though a Bibmop place was shown on Western Ave on Yelp when we arrived there was none to be found either in location or restaurant name? I see on Facebook the same Bibimop as the one on Jackson is opening @ 3304 N Western Ave. To same I'm excited is an understatement. If you've never experienced the Bibmop I found the blend of flavors from spicy to sweet, textures from soft to crunchy to be absolutely phenomenal. The bowls are custom made much like a Chipotle Bowl. I started w/purple rice & added a beef bulgogi on top mixed w/red cabbage, julienne cut carrots, bean sprouts, black beans. Spinach, broccoli, corn. Tofu.......so far this was my first & only experience of Bibmop.

Popped in for the official grand opening day for BIBIBOP Asian Grill in Chicago. 4/4/24 They were celebrating their 58th opening!!! 100 random guests will receive FREE BIBIBOP for a YEAR, in which I won!!! My order was Korean Beef Bowl with purple rice & sweet potatoes rice noodles. I added roasted broccoli, carrots, corn, beans, kimchi, with a sesame ginger sauce. I also ordered my husband a chicken bowl. We enjoyed our lunch selections and highly recommend this new establishment. It was very easy to get in and place our orders in addition the parking lot had various spot for online pickup orders. Tips: -$5 discount for those wearing orange on opening day -Medical personnel, educators, and law/fire department staff enjoy a free bowl on presentation of ID on opening day - A free bowl is yours when you join the BIBIBOP Rewards app

The food is plentiful, the meals taste great. I love this place. Never feel like I'm eating "dirty" even though it is served "fast ". Many thanks to the staff and the clean restaurant

I will preface this by saying I love bulgogi so when I heard of this build your own bowl type place opening I had to check it out. They focus on healthy and fresh ingredients and you can choose up to 2 bases for the bowl and a bunch of toppings to customize. Top it off with sauce(s)! The bowl I made was full of flavor and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff is friendly and generous with portions. Free miso soup next to the drinks if that's your thing! Parking is easy at this location in the lot. Convenient location off Western Ave. Can't wait to come back!

Tofu bowl

Tofu bowls were delicious and a great value. It proved to be a good amount of weight for the money, at only $11. Delicious sauce mixed with a variety of fresh healthy ingredients. Including purple rice, kale, pickled cabbage, healthy portion of tofu, and surprise addition of diced potatoes. Will definitely be returning.

solid food for the price. I enjoyed the healthy aspect of this place as well with no ghost ingredients.

Really delicious fast casual spot. I saw they opened recently and placed an online order and took advantage of their 'Well B-ing' special (online only and a limited time offer) which is a bowl, cookie and drink for only $10. I got a tofu bowl with corn, kimchi, cabbage, kale, potatoes, carrots, super green salad and purple rice. I got a tea and a snickerdoodle cookie and everything was delicious. The dedicated online order pickup station is nice and everything was well packaged! The sesame ginger sauce is really good and I love how many options there are. Also, the entire place, including their cookies are gluten free. I am not gluten free but I would definitely trust eating here as I know that can be difficult! Really good. Happy to have them in the neighborhood.

Korean bbq beef bowl with purple rice/japchae, potatoes, carrots, sesame marinated kale, kimchi, corn, cabbage, gochujang

I may be biased because I came on opening day and won a free YEAR of bowls(!!!) but I am really excited about this addition to Roscoe Village. Everything I have tried has been great. Favorite order is a Korean bbq beef bowl with purple rice/japchae (sweet potato glass noodle) base, potatoes, carrots, sesame marinated kale, kimchi, corn, and cabbage with lots of gochujang sauce. Kind of like bibimbop. They don't have bean sprouts yet, hopefully they are coming soon! Don't sleep on the free miso soup! Welcome to the neighborhood!

It was not an "Amuse bouche" which is a single bite item, it was much more but I'm not complaining about that! The appetizer was grilled octopus over sweet potato mash. I learned that day that sweet and grilled octopus is not a good mix. It was nearly gross. I picked the octopus up and tried to brush off as much of the sweet potatoes and possible. The octopus tasted good but was over cooked. My main was the branzino. It was charred to a crisp and full of bones. It did not taste good and was extremely difficult to eat. I did not taste the German chocolate cake for dessert but was told it was dry and people barely touched it. My husband and others are our table got short rib goulash, which was served like a steak with gravy. It wasn't tender like short rib should be. He said the flavor was good at least. Someone got the fish and chips and said it was flavorless. Someone else got the burger and said it was also charred and over cooked. Over all, pretty disappointed. Cute place with decent service. Hopefully this was just an off night.

They had a terrific Valentine's Day dinner $95 for two people which included a small amuse-bouche each, an appetizer to share, individual entrees, and a dessert to share. We loved the crispy broccolini and were fighting over it. The entrees were huge portions and packed with flavor. I consider myself a scallop connoisseur and in all the restaurants we've ever been in, these scallops were cooked beautifully. They had a perfect sear to them on the outside but cooked perfectly on the inside as well, 10/10 no notes this is the scallop I will compare all future scallops to. And the duck confit, oh my...we also fought over this dish which paired incredibly well with beans to our surprise. Chocolate cake had a beautiful strawberry sauce on the bottom. Everything was incredible including the service. Cobblestone remains our favorite in the area and is loved by all the locals. Thank you for a perfect Valentine's Day dinner.

The restaurant was definitely busy on a Friday night, and we made a reservation for a 7:45 seating and were taken to our table right away. We loved the play on an old neighborhood bar with the fun red and white glass chandeliers that you would find at any watering hole in the city. Funny enough, we discovered Void via a Tik Tok video and came specifically to try the Agnolotti. This is by far one of the best pasta dishes I've ever had. The sweet potato paired with ricotta, kimchi, scallion and toasted sesame are an amazing touch and play on this type of pasta. We additionally ordered both the house made focaccia and the Spaghetti Uh-O's. These two items are definitely what Void is known for, and we loved both of them. The focaccia was super fresh, and the side of butter with honey was incredible. The spaghetti came in a fun little branded can, which of course added a nice touch to the dish. We ordered several cocktails on their menu, and were so full by the end that we did not order the dessert. The staff was super friendly during the entirety of our time at the restaurant. One item we wished we try was the chicken, which happened to be one of the staff's favorite. We will definitely be back to try that soon. Cheers!

We did make reservations/wait list and was seated immediately. We started off with chips and salsa, and the salsa was a bit too spicy for me, but everyone else enjoyed it. Most of the reviews recommended the enchiladas and we ordered a variety of them. The Enchiladas Poblanos stuffed with chicken and cheese. The poblano sauce was rich and smoky. We also had the Enchiladas Morita. They were filled with shrimp and cheese. It was so flavorful and the morita chile added so much flavor. Each dish was served with a side jicama salad. Moody, fine dining Filipino restaurant in ravenswood/north center Chicago…read more The experience of this place really starts when you enter the restaurant. I was a big fan of the interior. Dark moody lighting with warm colored lamps really sets the tone for the meal you are about to eat. Service was incredibly kind and attentive. Everyone's so lovely. The food is exactly what you'd expect - elevated Filipino and overall INCREDIBLE. Here's what we got/my thoughts. Coco ginger daiquiri - 5/5 - really refreshing. You could taste each component of the drink which was fun to experience. Sisig - 4/5 - I'll start by saying I'm really particular about my sisig. For sisig to be a 5 for me, it *has* to be crunchy. And that's the only thing this sisig was missing. For coming out on a sizzling plate, it was a little too wet, even after the sizzling. Despite this though, the flavors were there and they were delicious. Garlic rice - 5/5 - best garlic rice I've ever had in my life. Just get it. That's all I have to say. Pancit canton - 4/5 - if I'm being honest, it's hard to really elevate pancit canton. But this was a good attempt, it just seemed to be missing something to put it over the top. Really appreciated the fresh vegetables with the noodles. Lumpia - 5/5 - like pancit canton, it seems hard to elevate lumpia but they freaking did it. This was so good. The filling was nice and juicy and had great flavor. Kare Kare - 5/5 - Kare Kare was my favorite dish growing up but I've never experienced it elevated to such a high level until boonies. The meat was so tender, cooked to perfection and melted in your mouth. The vegetables being carmelized was also quite the treat. Didn't realize until after the fact that the sauce isn't made with peanuts, so huge plus that gives our peanut allergic friends the opportunity to experience such an amazing dish. So well done.

This was a great, cozy spot to try a different take on Filipino food. Being a Filipina myself, I'm…read moretorn between labeling it because I feel like some of the dishes are more Filipino-inspired while others are definitely elevated-Filipino. Either way, it's a good place to try a twist on your favorites or dip into something new. I especially appreciated that there were a lot of vegetarian options which is hard to find in Filipino food, like our "veggie" lumpia usually has small bits of meat in it, lol. We were warmly welcomed, seated relatively quickly, and the service was attentive and timely. The place is cozy and on the dark side so my pics aren't the greatest. We had the Inihaw ng Talong which is basically grilled eggplant that came brushed with sunflower butter, loaded with tomatoes and garnished with cilantro. This was a nice start but a small one. The eggplant was smoky and creamy and complimented by the bright tomatoes. The Satti Manok, skewered grilled chicken, with cornbread sticky rice was good, but I've definitely had better for a lot less. This is usually a staple you'll find at any Filipino family's BBQ but the cornbread sticky rice was a surprisingly nice treat. If you've had this before, somewhere else, I'd skip it to try something else. The Sinigang Caesar was such a nice twist that totally made sense! My only complaint is that it was served with Bibb lettuce instead of a crunchy romaine. I enjoyed this so much I've been making my Caesar dressings with a sprinkling of Sinigang powder now and my family loves it. The Kare Kare gulay was nice and I enjoyed it. The charred cabbage gave it some extra depth that I think is needed to pull this off because this sauce is made with sunflower butter instead of peanut butter. This was great for me because I'm allergic to peanuts but it definitely changes the flavor, making it a little sweeter and lighter. I wish they would've made this with cashew or almond butter to keep it closer to the rich, deep flavors of a Kare Kare. The Maitake mushrooms -- I absolutely loved. I've never had this before and it reminded me of a good Laing which is also made with a spiced coconut sauce. I definitely could've eaten this all to myself with the garlic rice. Yes, the garlic rice is good but I was surprised to see it go for $6 a bowl. Rice is usually so cheap, if not complementary in Filipino restaurants and garlic rice is quite common, especially for breakfast (yes, I sabreakfast). It was cooked perfectly though. The mango float was delicious. Not sure why it's called a float but it was mango and mascarpone ice cream nestled in a mango sauce and topped with a delicate, crumbly butter cookie. I will definitely come back for more if I'm ever in the area again. I'd be excited to try other things on their menu.
