I REALLY wanted to love this place after being recommended by many people.. I'm on my weight loss journey and just don't have the time to cook though I love to. I figured I'd try this place out and I'll say this it's definitely decently priced for what you get. Portions for me are big. But the dishes lack flavor, the steak is too dry I ordered 15 meals so I had the option to have variety. The chicken wasn't too dry but just lacked the lemon flavor they're advertising. The honey glazed and blackened salmon also lack flavor but another thing the fish tasted like it was frozen and thawed out multiple times it just had that fishy odor and flavor that masked the main flavors of the dishes. For my meals I chose what I wanted but again I wanted Variety so I went a little crazy at least now I know which meals I like from this place. OH- and I ordered Chocolate protein pancakes AND banana pancakes and only received the chocolate ones so I was a meal short. All in all place isn't terrible but needs some work on flavoring. I know 100s of 0 calorie seasonings that would be perfect for these meals but it sucks having to season them at work or on the go. read more

I'm staying in Chicago for 2 weeks and needed a meal prep company to stay lean for an event I have later on. These people are amazing! The portions, the seasoning of the food, the freshness, delivery, I mean everything was great. I ordered food for my second week and I can't wait. The dishes are nutritious but you can tell they take their time with the portions. For people like me who must watch their macros, this was heaven sent. I'm also sensitive to certain condiments and sauces and let me tell you, I had no issues with their meals all without compromising the flavor. Awesome job guys. Can the people complaining about the food being refrigerated stop smoking crack? People find out they aren't in a sit down restaurant and they blame the business for doing its thing. I see a lot of meal options with all the right ingredients: coconuts oil instead of seed oils, basmati instead of white rice, etc. This is a great thing for the community. So, none of the food is freshly prepared, it is premade and then available for sale in their refrigerators. They instruct you to place packages which are entirely plastic in microwave to reheat.. there is no plastic which is safe to microwave. Asked if they had a container to reheat in their microwave at store and was met with a shrug. Purchased a "healthy" fruit drink only to find it had 200mg of caffeine...$10+ for this sickly, pathetic tofu. Nothing healthy about this food... read more

None of the food is prepared to order but is pre-made and available for purchase from refrigerators in the store (no dates on dishes when they were made so the term "fresh" is misleading). If you wish to eat in the store, you are instructed to heat your meals up in a microwave (they don't offer to heat up)....the only problem is that all meals are contained in plastic containers and there is no such thing as microwave safe plastic. I asked if they had other containers to use in the microwave...met with a shrug. Purchased a can of fruit drink only to find it contained 200mg of caffeine. $10+ for a meal which contained a few broccoli, pathetic red peppers and the worst tasting "honey glazed tofu"..so inedibile and bland I threw it out. I originally ordered from another meal prep company and they decided at the last minute on Monday to cancel my order. My friend recommended fittingly delicious so that I can actually go in and grab my meals which I thought was amazing. I walked in and I loved how organized everything was and i loved that each of the refrigerators had pictures of the meals with their prices. I picked up 7 meals and I had the turkey pasta with Marinara and it was delicious. My only feedback is on the staff there was two girls at the counter and they didn't say hello and really couldn't answer any questions on meals on recommendations. They were busy on their phone and looked bother when i tried asking questions. I literally had to ask like what's your favorite and can you tell me more about the calorie count and she responded that everything is on the label. Your probably wondering why would I rate them 4 stars? She is crazy! But, the food has been amazing I am on my third day and the Greek chicken was delicious and the banana pancakes were delicious. I have been a customer for a while now, truthfully the food is good and it makes eating clean and losing weight easy. I am very pleased with the food, the portions, and the flavors. We have tried other meal prep services and this one has the healthiest food that tastes the best. I have been into the store numerous times during covid and have found that the staff does not wear masks. They have a delivery service and I would highly recommend you order your food ahead of time and have it delievered. Came into town on a business trip, a couple days Before hand I started searching for prep services, most meal prep services require you to put in an order, pay, then usually with in the following week, you will receive what you paid for, Fittinglydelicious is a step ahead with having their fridges stocked with all the meals they promote on their site. On business trips, eating out consumes too much of my time + money, I can easily spend 60 + bucks for a healthy quality breakfast lunch and dinner, I came here and spent 140 for 15 meals, thats 5 days worth of food, assuring I hit and not surpass my caloric intake is important, along with eating healthy and saving money. This is an awesome concept. I have only stopped in once, but I ordered the food ahead of time of Grubhub, and my bag was waiting for me when I arrived 15 minutes later. There is a sit down area with a microwave, if you choose to dine in, but I feel like this place is probably best to grab & go. I had the greek chicken and the spicy curry chicken. The Greek chicken was a little dry for my taste, but the spicy curry chicken was perfect! Probably because it is in the curry sauce, so it takes away some of the dryness that occurs when microwaving. I love that there is a to-go spot in my neighborhood for healthy foods, and I can't wait to try some of the other dishes that Fittingly Delicious serves up. You can order various types of healthy meals that best fit your nutrition needs. Some have higher protein and some have higher carbs. Each meal is labeled with the nutrition facts and are packaged very neatly in Tupperware. Ask anyone there and they will help you create your own meal plan based on what your goals are. Amazing healthy proportioned meals! You do need to heat up the pre packaged meals, but it did not affect the food. This place is perfect for people who like to know exactly what is in their food or are counting calories/ macros. I got the bunless chicken burger with baked sweet potato fries and it was great. The food also tastes great, and they offer a good variety. Additionally, their customer service has been fantastic. Twice now I've accidentally selected the pickup instead of delivery option (what is wrong with me!?), and I've called them in a panic upon realizing my mistake to see if they could deliver. Because this isn't McDonalds but it's pretty fast. It's pretty self explanatory when you go there. All of the nutritional value of the meal is on the container. This is a meal prep place so the food will have to be refrigerated. I had the bunless burger and it was amazing. So much flavor in every bite. Also, you don't feel bloated or tired after your meal. I have two kids with restricted diets, and this is one of the only places I can grab food for them that is fast. They love the beef stuffed peppers and banana protein pancakes. OK, I've only tried two meals so far, but they have both been awesome! I took my time selecting the meals (I still have 3 to try this week). That's one of the things about this meal prep company that swayed me to them versus some of the others...you can go to the store and pick out what you want (and save on the delivery fee)! And by dine-in, I mean grab a meal prepped container and heat it in the microwave. Now before you go all snooty on me, the food is pretty damn tasty.
