I found this company on yelp and was also recommended by some on next door app. The company had excellent ratings and did work for some well known designers. Not going to lie, I was expecting a very steep price. I sent my info on yelp and they responded promptly. They had an option for virtual estimating so I send them some photos, dimensions, and some details. Bereth called me back to ask some follow up questions and then had an estimate ready for me that same day. I was pleasantly surprised with the price but because they never came out to inspect, I was expecting the price to change as we got into it. I contracted them for the job and they scheduled me in. They text me with a confirmation date a week or so out and then text me on that day when they were in their way at the scheduled time they promised. The demo went smooth and their team were professional and left my kitchen clean even though it was demo'd . They scheduled me a week out for the install on the following Friday. We received a calll Thursday with some not so great news but I can confirm, it not their doing and things like that happen. But what I appreciated more was them identifying that there was a slight mismatch in the stone and instead of forcing the install, they called me and told me what they were going to do to make it right. What I thought was going to be a major delay, really was only delayed until Monday. It came out better than we anticipated. They were honest, affordable, professional, clean, and punctual. I would definitely use them again and/or refer them to friends or family.

I am in the market for 2 new bathroom vanities that require custom measurement and decided to give them and their cabinet maker Abel a try. From the time I received the first estimate from them, the price and what that price covered repeatedly changed upwards. After going into the store (were the estimates changed again), I picked out the type of cabinet I wanted, in the color stain I wanted it in, along with my countertop options. I told both Abel when he came out to take measurements and Flor when I made my final selection and paid an advance payment of $1500 that I didn't want painted cabinets and only wanted real wood with a stained finish. Today, almost 2 weeks after placing my cabinet and countertop order, I get a call stating the price quoted only included painted cabinets and they have to be that white or grey. Long story shorter, I immediately left work to go get my full refund. I live less than 2 miles from well established, reputable, wholesale mill works and stone yards in the Southbay area and will be taking full advantage of the higher quality countertop and cabinetry options, for lower prices, from local businesses around the corner from me in Gardena. FYI: They got the 3rd star from me because I never would have found out about the mills and stone yards in my area if they weren't trying to price gouge me on my cabinetry.

They did our kitchen (with multiple waterfalls and slab under the countertop (since you can see it as you descend down the stairs); along with 3.5 baths (countertops, splashes, etc). Some of the templates were very tricky (needed to ensure concentric waterfalls were centered before install). The whole job went without a hitch. Julio also got us a good discount on the slabs with his industry contacts (we needed 4 jumbo slabs to complete our kitchen alone, so that meant "real" money savings). South Bay Stone's guys were fast, clean, and the fabrication was precise. Also, they consistently answered the phone during crunch time. That is appreciated when you need to ask questions to tee things up for other trades (cabinet makers, etc) , and brainstorm on modifications to splashes. You can't ask for a more professional outfit for the execution of your kitchen or bath project.
