The young men helping us in finding and loading the cabinets were knowledgeable and so very helpful. Prices were good. The cabinets were solid, strong, and well-made. The color was slightly off on some of the cabinets, but the craftsmanship made up for that. We need one more cabinet. But extremely happy with CW, the people working there, the products. read more

Delivery charge is $165!!! The prices are fair and can be lower than Lowe's and Home Depot. If you are getting large items make sure you have a way to get it back because delivery fee is $165! That's above double at what Lowe's and Home Depot charges. And with a business account, delivery fee is just $20, just FYI. We are always looking for upgrades and renovations so we are always shopping for hardware, doors, and other stuff. When I was in here we were looking at farmhouse style doors, patio windows and doors but the delivery charge threw me off. read more

I was stressed out and seemingly out of options:(....and my feebly mind reminded me of this secret place near the 91 freeway. I was praying they would have what I needed for my Pandora's box remodel. The guy at the front kindly pointed me in the direction of 8 foot patio doors:)....I was in amazed mode, there were choices and they felt sturdy. After I made my selection the amazing Sheefa explained the advantages and disadvantages of the various choices and I was enamored with her vast knowledge and care about my stressful situation. She and her assistant were willing to move 5 sliding doors for the perfect one waaay in the back. I was like... "you'd move all those for me?". I was and am in awe of the kind professionalism and care the front desk and each person I met shared with me while there. They showed their "No problem...all is possible attitude". I will be forever in this secret warehouses variety of stuff I need and stuff I want in my house debt of gratitude. It is refreshing to go to a place for contractors and be welcomed, cared for and uplifted in a time of crisis as a homeowner. I appreciate Sheefa for instilling her one of a kind old school pre-pandemic management style and instilling it in them too! I needed 8 additional pieces of tongue and groove boards after purchasing what was left at Mouldings Unlimited. Went to CW hoping to find the remaining amount I needed and they did have plenty. The pieces are 16' and in the back of the store. The place was not busy at the time, went to the cashier to ask if someone could get them out, he then acted as though he's never heard anyone ask for help. So, I said whatever, got a handcart and loaded them myself on the cart (took me quite a bit of time to do since they are standing straight upright and so awkward to handle while bringing them down). During the time I was loading, several employees walked by the aisle, looked right at me struggling and never offered any assistance. I pushed the cart to a different cashier, which while walking up to, she was scrolling through her phone, she stopped and checked me out. No thank or any friendliness whatsoever, no offer to ask if I needed help loading these 16' boards in my truck. I said, do you think someone can help me tie these down in my truck, she acted bothered and said, ok. I went outside, waited 10 min, no one ever came out, while a few employees walked right by me, again looking the other way, no, do you need help, I can call someone. I went back in to the customer service desk and asked if they had some twine, the lady pointed to where it was and I got it all in my truck and tied it up myself. After my purchase earlier, the same day at Mouldings unlimited, the employee helping me just said to pull my car around, I didn't even have to ask, he loaded it, tied it off and checked that it was secure and told me I was already to do. I guess that was what was surprising, I had excellent customer service at MU and then to compare with CW, it was just terrible and no customer service. I will never return there again. read more

My contractor sent me there to buy some cabinets on and put it in will call as they used to put things on will call. They would not let me put things on will call and I wasted nearly 2 hours driving there browsing and driving home. Don't waste your time here. I'm going to Home Depot where they have good customer service. read more
