Upon meeting Diana, she led us to their yard and told us to look through their extensive selection of remnants. To our surprise, we found a partial slab of the similar black quartz that we liked at a different store. I wasn't happy because they were all light and reflective material. I wanted dark colors and because of LA County's new building requirements made it difficult to choose from the OC line up. My roofer led me to believe that all roofs were going to be light and reflective. Danny and Louie tells me about GAF. I thought they would have the same issue like OC. Come to find out GAF makes a line up to meet LA County's code and they were in dark colors! Thanks to them for listening and knowing, they showed me the GAF line up. I was pretty f'n happy bc I now I am getting the color roof I want in stringent LA County. I ended up ditching my roofer and found another one that uses GAF and asked him to buy from JB Wholesale Roofing and Building. Glad I did bc he ended up being cheaper in the long run with more to offer.
