Considering the quality of the materials and workmanship, we felt the price was very reasonable. The finished kitchen looks absolutely beautiful, and my wife and I are thrilled with how everything turned out. This is a family-owned business, and May was our main point of contact throughout the project. At first, her communication style may come across as direct or a bit blunt, especially since English isn't either of our first languages. However, once you get to know her, you'll quickly realize she's incredibly kind, knowledgeable, generous, and genuinely wants what's best for her customers. She has a very caring heart. Her husband also came by to help lead parts of the project, and having both of them in our home was genuinely reassuring. They made us feel comfortable and safe throughout the renovation. The crew was extremely considerate of our home. They carefully covered all of our furniture, protected the floors with coverings and towels, and kept everything as clean as possible during construction. On top of that, they were impressively efficient and highly skilled. They completed our entire kitchen renovation in less than a week. Communication was another highlight. They were always quick to respond, whether by email or text message, and kept us informed throughout the process. Overall, we're extremely happy with the entire experience. In each case, the interaction at the store has been easy and friendly, and the problems resolved swiftly. I was frustrated at one point, but it turned out to be my own fault: Rather than calling or dropping by the store, I was sending emails and getting no replies. I later found out that the emails were going to employees that were no longer there. The staff is friendly, and if you drop by the store, the owner will personally greet you and make sure you are happy.

Unfortunately, after spending thousands of dollars on repairs over the past five years, it continued to break down and was no longer reliable. Andres listened patiently to my concerns and then asked what type of refrigerator I was looking for. I told him I wanted something similar to the Thermador but with much greater longevity. He recommended Sub-Zero, explaining that while it cost a little more than Thermador, Sub-Zero refrigerators have a long-standing reputation for lasting over 20 years. I mentioned that I had read all Sub-Zero 48" models are 84" high, which is 1/2" taller than my existing Thermador, and I was concerned they would not fit in my cabinet space. Andres confidently told me they would fit, but to make absolutely certain, he offered to send Pacific Sales' certified Sub-Zero installers to my home to take measurements free of charge and with no obligation to purchase. The installers arrived the very next day, took measurements, and confirmed that all the Sub-Zero 48" models would fit perfectly. I then met Andres at the store, where he showed me the different 48" Sub-Zero models and honestly explained the pros and cons of each style based on customer feedback. I ultimately decided on the Classic French Door model. Since I had already been without a refrigerator for weeks, I told Andres I wanted it as soon as possible. He assured me it would not be a problem, and amazingly, he arranged delivery and installation just three days later. The installers arrived on time, completed the installation in less than an hour, and thoroughly tested everything before leaving. The entire process--from measurements to installation--took only three days and was completely painless and stress-free. Our project was upgrading the cantilever balconies on 4 townhouses. We interviewed 4 different…read morecontractors and landed with Gilbert Rocha Construction. Let me add that we previously had the other 3 balconies done in 2022. These other 3 we took the lead on organizing the different contractors for the different work (i.e., demo, structure, electrical, plumbing, railings, flooring, stucco etc). The goal this time was not to be involved and have Rocha take point. Initially, it felt like we had made a good choice, but then we had a pause in having work done. Upon checking in we learned Gilbert was in the hospital. His wife Marie assisted with getting work moving forward. Gilbert was not seen for about 6 weeks. And during this time we had many days when no work was done. Once Gilbert was back he was not the same. We had to spend many hours tracking work and what needed to be done to keep the project moving, along with the bookkeeping, when he asked for a large amount over what was owed. The project took longer than initially projected, which we were ok with to get a good end product. Once the balconies were finished, final payment made, we asked for warranty information, Gilbert Rocha said he would forward. Warranty information was never received after multiple emails requesting. Not even 6 months later our railings are rusting at the welding joints. Gilbert Rocha's emails bounce back and the numbers are not in service. He may be out of business, but we still deserve to have a warranty to have the safety of railings corrected.

Within 48 hours Gilbert submitted a detailed, itemized proposal. This included his fees as well as what it would typically cost for things like cabinets, countertops, tiles, etc. He suggested places for me to get these items. Gilbert coordinated the work to run smoothly and was available every step of the way. Emerson made my tiled floors and walls look like art. Héctor is a gem. He is the project manager who stepped in for various tasks. Everything Héctor did was done with precision and care. He and Gilbert made sure each team of workers left the area clean and made sure I was happy with the work. I made payments as the job progressed and knew exactly what I was paying for. The job ended within the time frame Gilbert had estimated, even with the extra work I asked for. Gilbert Rocha is a man of his word. I love my bathrooms!
