I went in today to look at slab samples. The young lady in the front showed me where to go. I was…read morelooking in particular for Dekton, she said they don't have it. But then I started looking and I saw they had Consentino, so I stared looking and noticed the racks are labeled. I found it myself. As I looked through the racks, some of the slab samples were mixed up. There was one piece that looked like the sample of Dekton I was looking for. It only has a QR code on back. Which took me to a google drive picture with no info on it. So I took it downstairs to ask what company the slab is. That way I could see more info on it. The young lady in the front went to ask another girl working there. She very loudly and quite rudely replied we cannot give out our vendors/suppliers. I was a little taken aback. I explained to her that is not what I was asking for. The slab was mixed in with the Dekton rack and I wanted to know if it was Dekton or if it's Porcelain. The only reason I was asking so I could see the specs because I needed to know the material and available sizes which I would be able to find on the actual companies sites. Not the vendor who had no information on it! She was rude and very abrasive when I was trying to explain what I had asked. I honestly felt like she felt entitled to speak to me that way because of my skin color. I just walked out and they knew I was upset because I voiced that I felt that was a very rude way to answer someone. I need to get 5 slabs for an outdoor fire-pit area, they just lost the chance to make a big sale. I would not buy anything from here. There are better places with better service in the South Bay. I would not give them my business. Especially if they treat potential clients this way. You are a business. Customers ask questions. This is not the way to respond to someone inquiring about a product.

Here are some of the reasons they are amazing: 1) Ted S., the owner and head designer, had the ability to combine artistic, logistic, and technical requirements for the project. He was upfront and realist while being able to take us out of our comfort zones to show us what might be possible. 2) Kris, the project manager, was the person who made everything run smoothly. It didn't matter when I called, if she didn't know the answer, she'd find out! 3) Peter, the site manager, runs a tight ship. His crew was always professional, polite, and most important, CLEAN. Each day began and ended with the day's work completed and the worksite left tidy. 4) All the crew and subcontractors were amazing! It was obvious that Verity makes an effort to choose only the best. These guys were hardworking and always showed up with a smile. I'll always appreciate how much effort they put into doing a great job. In the end, any project as large as ours runs into hiccups but no matter what, Verity always took care of us. We can't wait until the next project when we can hire them again. I joke, but seriously, Ted S. can't retire until we get a chance to remodel our master bathroom!

I was frustrated at one point, but it turned out to be my own fault: Rather than calling or dropping by the store, I was sending emails and getting no replies. I later found out that the emails were going to employees that were no longer there. The staff is friendly, and if you drop by the store, the owner will personally greet you and make sure you are happy.
