Jaber offered the best price that fit our budget, and we're really happy with the overall results. Our kitchen looks amazing, and we absolutely love our new floors. We had a very old kitchen before, and they completely transformed the space. The workers were always professional, respectful, and kept the area clean throughout the project. Communication was also good during the process. There were a few minor finishing details on a few drywall lines that could have been straighter , but overall the quality of work and transformation of our kitchen was excellent. We truly love how everything turned out and would use them again in the future for a couple more projects we have in mind .

They also completed a couple of smaller projects at my parents' home. Overall, we are very happy with the results. No large remodel is ever perfect, and there were a few details that could have received more attention, but considering the size and complexity of the project, the value was exceptional. Their pricing was by far the most competitive out of the many contractors we interviewed, and the quality of work exceeded our expectations. Mohamad was responsive, easy to reach, and kept us informed every step of the way. If you're looking for a contractor that offers great value, fair pricing, and solid workmanship, I would definitely recommend Jaber Remodeling.

The designer worked diligently to create a kitchen that was functional and matched our vision. The turnaround time was better than expected. The completion date was met and final finishes were completed with minimal disruption. We did encounter some minor hiccups but Larry and his team addressed them promptly until we were satisfied with the outcome. We are happy the issue was resolved before the big holidays. What stood out the most was this company's professional and courteous approach. Larry and his team are trustworthy and really care about their clients. If you're looking for a contractor for a big or small project, who is professional, courteous, and easy to communicate with, this is a solid choice. He handled concerns with care and ensured quality results in our kitchen and living room walls remodel.

You learn the most about the quality of a firm's work and their character when something goes wrong and we had plenty of unexpected issues (none that were Larry's fault): parts that were supposed to arrive were missing, we asked for modification to the plan, it was raining, the work was more complicated than expected so the job took twice as long, etc. Larry and his team tackled issue after issue that came up with a smile on until we were perfectly satisfied. I'd highly recommend working with them on any project, large or small.

My experience with this company has been extremely negative and unprofessional…read more The contract signed specified a particular roofing system, but non-conforming materials were used instead of the materials required by our agreement. After being comfronted of using nonconforming materials they continued to assured that it was the materials specified in contract until we filled a claim with the bond company. Then they admitted to using non conforming materials. After the roofing work was performed, my home developed a leak that had not existed before the project, resulting in damage to the interior of my home. What should have been a straightforward roofing project turned into an ongoing dispute. Despite the leak and resulting interior damage, the company has refused to accept responsibility for the interior damages or pay for the repairs caused by the leaking roof. Since raising these concerns, it has been a nightmare trying to get the company to correct the work. Rather than providing the documentation I requested to verify that qualified personnel would perform a contract-compliant repair, I have received repeated generic responses that fail to address my concerns or provide the information needed to move forward. As a homeowner, I expected the work to be completed according to the contract and for any problems to be addressed promptly and professionally. Instead, I have been forced to spend months pursuing a resolution. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. If you hire them, verify that the materials being installed match your contract, document every stage of the project, and get everything in writing.

Mid-Project Review - AGA Construction…read more We're officially about halfway through our kitchen and dining room renovation with AGA Construction, and we've been extremely happy with the experience and progress so far! This was a pretty extensive renovation that required taking the kitchen and dining area down to the bones. From the start, the AGA Construction team handled the demolition quickly and efficiently, and once everything was opened up, they immediately got to work on the important things you don't necessarily see in the finished product. In just about two weeks, they've tackled the major electrical and plumbing work, brought necessary items up to code, installed new recessed lighting, completed drywall, and have already started/completed the new flooring. It's pretty incredible looking back at the photos of the original kitchen, then seeing the walls and ceiling completely opened up, and now seeing an entirely new space beginning to take shape. A huge part of making the process go so smoothly has been our project manager, Micky. He has been great about guiding us through everything step by step, explaining what the team is working on, answering our questions, keeping us informed about what comes next, and helping us navigate all of the decisions that come with a renovation of this size. Having that communication has made a potentially stressful process feel much more manageable. We're only midway through the project, but it already feels like we've gotten through the hardest and least glamorous part--the demolition and all of the electrical, plumbing, code, drywall and infrastructure work behind the walls. Now we're getting to the exciting part where we can actually watch our new kitchen and dining room come together! So far, we've been very impressed with AGA Construction, Micky, and the entire crew for how quickly and efficiently they've kept everything moving while still keeping us informed throughout the process. These photos show just how much has changed already, from our original kitchen and dining room, through the demolition and behind-the-walls work, to where we are today. We can't wait to see the finished kitchen and dining room and will definitely be sharing an updated review once the entire project is complete!

I have hired several construction companies that were crappy and didn't bother rehiring but will certainly rehire AGA for future projects because they are honest, dependable, and transparent. The last meeting I had was with Fabiola and Cesar. They were generous with their knowledge, making practical suggestions, offering to answer questions later even if I didn't go with them. They were so real that I almost couldn't believe they were real! When their bid came back within our budget I just had a huge sense of relief. Amazingly, these good feelings continued throughout the entire construction process. One of the most valuable aspects of working with Conber was the clear communication with us, always letting us know what to expect, checking in just to see if we have any questions. They also had great communication and respect for and from their crew, keeping the construction moving smoothly. Of course their work quality is superb, their attention to detail acute (all while making sure the styles is what you like), but what I remember feeling the most was that I trusted them, which is priceless.

From the…read morefirst time meeting with Fabiola and Cesar when getting the estimate/quote up until the project was completed... it was such a smooth and stress free experience. A kitchen and living room renovation has been in discussion for some time and it was just a matter of finding the right company for the job. We've had some eh experiences with prior contractors with projects at the house so it left an impression that kept us hesitant to look. This was not the case with Conber. During the estimate they gave their suggestion as to what would work as far as what my wife was envisioning. They were very organized from the start. Taking measurements, writing notes, really going in depth as far as the project was concerned. Fabiola and Cesar answers all our questions and suggested what would work and what wouldn't and approximately how long it would take. We've told them our previous experience where the time took so much longer for whet was actually done. They said our renovation would be done it approx 6 weeks. Our previous renovation that was completed took 6 months and it was much smaller than the task we presented to Conber ! So you better believe we wanted to hire Fabiola and Cesar's company . They got back to us with the quote very quick and then we went from there. Fast forward to start of demolition.. The staff that Conber had working were so good! The timeliness, organization, and cleanliness of the job were on point! They said they'll be there at a certain time, they were there way before said time. They kept the demo mess where it belonged and it didn't find its way into places it didn't need to be. The next step after the demolition was no different. They continued to be organized and efficient and always showed up in a timely fashion. We appreciated the fact that we knew what time to expect them and what time their end of day was. And it was always consistent unless we were notified. Which is a huge plus to me. Another game changer was the fact that either Fabiola or Cesar would show up in the morning and at end of the working day to check on progress. That showed me that the project was just as important to them as it was to us. They also were just a phone call or text away so reaching them was never an issue. Don't want the review to be much longer than it is already but the end product was nothing short of amazing. They gave a new life to the house. Everyone is so happy with the finished product. The only bad part of it all is that we won't be seeing Fabiola, Cesar, and the crew daily, it was something my daughter got used to. To sum it all up we are glad we went chose Comber and we will not hesitate to reach out to them again for future projects. We HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for home projects. Thank you Conber !
