Not going to lie, I was expecting a very steep price. I sent my info on yelp and they responded promptly. They had an option for virtual estimating so I send them some photos, dimensions, and some details. Bereth called me back to ask some follow up questions and then had an estimate ready for me that same day. I was pleasantly surprised with the price but because they never came out to inspect, I was expecting the price to change as we got into it. I contracted them for the job and they scheduled me in. They text me with a confirmation date a week or so out and then text me on that day when they were in their way at the scheduled time they promised. The demo went smooth and their team were professional and left my kitchen clean even though it was demo'd . They scheduled me a week out for the install on the following Friday. We received a calll Thursday with some not so great news but I can confirm, it not their doing and things like that happen. But what I appreciated more was them identifying that there was a slight mismatch in the stone and instead of forcing the install, they called me and told me what they were going to do to make it right. What I thought was going to be a major delay, really was only delayed until Monday. It came out better than we anticipated. They were honest, affordable, professional, clean, and punctual. I would definitely use them again and/or refer them to friends or family.

I hired them to replace my countertop, sink, faucet, backsplash and floor tile, replace my bathroom mirror (the old one was glued to the wall) and paint my kitchen ceiling. As a first-time renovator, I didn't necessarily do things in the right order (I had another company replace my cabinet doors and paint my cabinet boxes prior to the tile work) or even know what decisions needed to be made. Gio and Julio were patient and kind and helped me through it. The crew went above and beyond, making the tile work even more beautiful than I had envisioned. There was a little damage to the cabinet boxes - which I was warned about - from removing the old countertop, but the touchups made them practically invisible, above my expectations. The end result speaks for itself! And when there was a hiccup - a Fed Ex truck crashed into the truck carrying my countertop slab - they rushed to get a replacement to get back on track within a week. Very customer oriented. Next time I would have them do my cabinets, too. I think I have hugged my countertop at least a dozen times and can't stop staring at the backsplash tile - the detail in the window box is amazing.

A group came to install cabinets and stated will come back after the counter was installed. They did come to finish but left a horrible job. Cabinets looked like they were reused, old, and when I brought up the multiple issues it had, the main guy just wanted to argue. I overheard my contractor and him talking outside and my contractor stated "how can you leave the cabinets with so many issues and tell the client that everything is good". Apparently the head guy told the owner of the company i was just complaining and they send two other men to just do touch ups. ...well those touch ups turned to be a 7 hour job becuase of so many issues. Fortunately the second crew came and fixed many issues (I wish I took pictures of before) but it was 8:30pm and they had to leave. They still had to fix two area but they said someone else will be sent. Its been over a week and nothing. They even took videos and pictures to send over so the owner knew that we were not exaggerating. Unfortunately we never heard back and since they got paid, no one is coming. The owner is well aware things still need to be fixed but no one was sent. I don't know if I was just a random one off but I won't be recommending this company. These cabinets are brand new but look like they are a few years old, I'm sure I will need to replace them in the future sooner than later. I have attached the after photos where the second crew left. Still better than before but as one can see, not the best. We spend a lot of money just to be disappointed.

I tend to be very detailed... and they made sure to answer all my questions to make me feel comfortable. Bigger jobs that makes him more money get priority while people who spend $5,000 get nothing in return. always delaying the install when the cabinet is torn off. Always coming during 5 or 6 pm. But the worst part is him lying. I wasn't able to see the slab that was going to be used, didn't even get to choose the slab. Scheduling and everything was a mess. Left me without a vanity sink for almost 2 weeks. Told me that on 4/11 he will come out and fix the drywall as well as install the cabinets. And all he said was Monday "afternoon". Did not provide us with the time at all. When Monday came around, I texted him around 1 asking for more of a specific time and no response. Then around 3 o'clock I texted him again and no response. Just to later tell me his drywall guys car broke down and won't be able to come out. He said he will come out on 4/12 around 5 pm. He came install the cabinets with some defects where he said he will fix. He then told me the counter guy will be coming out whenever he is done with the counter. I told him on Wednesday 4/13 that is unacceptable cause I cannot just wait around everyday hoping to know what the schedule was is going to be like as I need to schedule the plumber also. He then tells me the counter top would be ready Saturday at 9:00 am. Here comes Saturday which is today the counter top guy came installed everything had to tell the guy to clean almost every single area cause he left all caulking/sealant all over my counter top and told him about the stains on the quartz also and he said not my problem packed his stuff and left. Later I texted Ed and he said he is on his way to address every issue we had. Told him about the stains on the quartz and he told me that is all natural and the "stone" is like that already. Got me confused caused I thought quarts was man made. He then told me that there is a lifetime warranty on the countertop, which is when I told him that this counter top is stained and I would like to use the warranty. He then goes on telling me that the warranty does not cover that. And goes in to pack his stuff and leaves. After he left he goes in to text me an image of Section 7018.5 Of The Business and Professions Code as he is afraid that I would not pay him. Went to 3 different yards to check out all their quartz slabs and show them all the pictures I have attached and every single one of them told me that he either bought a defective slab on sale or it was stained during fabrication and he does not want to own up to it. So if I had three industry experts telling me that the. Who should I believe. Ed has since returned any of my phone calls or text. Next told him we want to reuse our existing faucets. He said no problem. Later to find out the faucets were just placed in a trash bag and all damaged. I would kindly stay away and find someone else to do this work. Not worth the wasted time or your precious money.
