We have brought in Arrow coffee and desserts to our church for several events. They make great drinks. They have great customer service. And the truck is super cute. We will have them back over and over. We love these guys.

Iced macadamia nut mocha - sweet without any bitterness. This is the small. Yum!

I had a great experience visiting this food cart in the past. Over the weekend I happened across their indoor setup for a holiday event. The man working was friendly and welcoming. He took the time to answer my questions about the coffee. I settled on a maple pancake latte that had zero bitterness and truly tasted like pancakes. Would be happy to order again!

I had the maple cinnamon Latte and it was the best coffee I've had in a very long time. I'm going back soon to try some of the desserts and other coffees.

Your online menu shows a summer menu of 3 coffees. Do you have more than those three options?

Seriously unfriendly owner, nasty coffee. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Very unfortunate.

At this point I've tried a number of things here and every one of them were delicious! The Japanese pancakes were so fluffy and fun, called ahead just to make sure they could make them right after opening but couldn't get through. THEY CALLED ME BACK IMMEDIATELY!! I have never had a food place care enough to actually call back if they miss a call. I was so happy with the pancakes too, nicely made and yummy. Their tiny cakes are all perfect too, I'm in love with each one especially the PDX rose! So bright and flavorful, with a beautiful outside that matches its taste! Can't forget the Japanese Cream Cheese Bun, it's soooooo good and the price matches the taste (aka good price for a good dessert). Not too sweet but still delicious! Just gotta make sure you eat it fresh, forgot to eat my last one for an hour and it got dry but still had its yummy taste. I super recommend this place!!

I added breakfast to this place while they visited me for a few days. We called in our order as instructed on the website. Unfortunately no Boba was available for on the pancakes. When we arrived I was disheartened to find the place rather small either intense heat of a bakery, which made the lone table inside with a meandering fly the least bit welcoming. When adding drinks to our order, the lone man working there asked me a few times whether I really was ordering coffee for a child (and yes, she settled on a mocha when it was determined he only knew how to sprinkle matcha powder on the pancakes, and hadn't a clue as to their application to drinks). My grandson ordered their 'special hot chocolate' which pretty much tasted like watered-down Ovaltine. We sat outside to eat and after a few bites and finding these were nothing like the fluffy Japanese pancakes they'd expected, we threw away $44 worth of what was supposed to be a pleasant breakfast experience. I guess this was a life lesson for the kids, that our expectations aren't always met. And I want to prevent any other adults from making the same mistake I did in taking my business there!

There's never anything wrong with dessert. There's also never anything wrong in trying a bakery…read morethat you didn't know existed. Especially, since I have been to several places in the immediate vicinity. Across the street from San Francisco Mexican grocery store on Allen Blvd is Shedevr Dessert. It's a small bakery that looks like one should think a bakery looks like. Everything is on display and it all looks way too tempting. They specialize in Russian and European desserts and from what I saw and ate, it was all really good. Very fancy pieces of cake, pastries and macarons, mostly in the $3 to $8 range. I got a Russian pastry which had apricot jam wrapped in dough and covered in powdered sugar and I also got a strawberry cheesecake with a strawberry gel and a candied strawberry. Both were great and neither were overly sweet. They had many chocolate and coffee dessert options and they do serve coffee and tea as well. I was pretty happy and I'll gladly return for a chocolate dessert or two. As always support our local businesses and do stop by here. Enjoy.

I tried reaching out to the business which seems to be someone's personal apartment. I was told that they are not taking orders right now because they're renovating their business? Sweet treats | Friendly staff…read more I'm so happy my husband found this place! They have my favorite flavors and so many great treats, it's hard for me to choose one or two in one visit. It's a fun, unique place with great staff! I also love that they celebrate Pride Month and support LGBTQ+. My eye immediately caught the huge wall art inside when I entered. It's beautiful! They also have a gashapon station and mini crane game. Plenty of inside seating with some outdoor seats. They have one kiosk to place your order, or you can talk to the person working at the cashier. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They told us the man working in the kitchen only works on Saturdays, which is when he makes special treats like the Ube Japanese cheesecake! This is a good one! It's very light and delicious, a perfect treat for Ube lovers. Love matcha? No problem, they have so many matcha flavored treats. I went with the mini taiyaki matcha drizzle. It has a delicious Bavarian cream filling with matcha soft serve. Whoa - so good! I liked getting the mini taiyaki because I wanted to share. My husband enjoyed their coffee cold float! Their coffee is from down the street, so it's local! And my daughter loved their chocolate taiyaki with Oreo crumble. Their soft serve is so creamy - yum! This place is for those that love treats and matcha on the sweeter side, not the bitter/hint of sweet. These people know how to make delicious sweets. We'll be back!

I love this Salt & Straw location…read more If there's a line, it always moves quickly. There's also not always a line!! There's actually seating outside to enjoy your ice cream! It's perfect in the summer with a little splash pad and has a little fireplace and tables under cover for the rest of the year. I usually try to stop by to sample the new flavors every month. They let you sample anything and everything before committing, which I appreciate because they always have unique flavors. It's the monthly menus and interesting combinations that set them apart. Don't be scared! If in doubt, get the Snickerdoodle! I love you Salt & Straw. Always have and probably always will.

I was intrigued because I reviewed their website for their monthly menu series: cheesecake with…read moresalted yuzu curd, Hong Kong milk tea with toasted white chocolate, chocolate caramel smoked budino, starling sweet potato buckwheat crumble, and caramelized plaintain with spicy pecan brittle. I wanted to try most of those flavors. Sadly, none of these were available when we visited. Instead, my husband, daughters, and I shared a flight with waffle cone: birthday cake and blackberries, huckleberry oat crisp with foraged porcini, salted malted chocolate chip cookie dough, and chocolate gooey brownie. Not quite as unique as the flavors mentioned above but these were still out of the ordinary and very delectable. My favorite is the huckleberry oat crisp with foraged porcini. My parents had the dairy-free strawberry and coconut water sorbet and hazelnut cookies and cream in a waffle bowl. My mom is usually indifferent to ice cream but she said this was exceptional. There are plenty of outdoor seating with a mini splash pad. It was crowded when we visited on a late Friday afternoon.
