I recommend letting it sit a bit, so that the bread absorbs the moisture of the olives. I had to eat this as 2 meals and I enjoyed it just as much the 2nd time around. In addition to the sandwich, I picked up a half pound of Chicken Salad. I love chicken salad, and theirs is a good blend of flavors. There is an added crunch with celery and onions. I like that their chicken is shredded. It is on the creamier side (I like dryer chicken salads, because I like to eat it on its own), but I enjoyed this with some crackers. I read about marshmallow root being good for sore throats and coughs and decided to stop in for the dried root as well as a tincture in case the tea was rejected. I also have been suffering from migraines with the change of weather and picked up some peppermint oil. The marshmallow root tea was tasty to me but my little hated it. I opted for the tincture in some juice and it helped break up her cough.
