I already make homemade pasta, and this class reinforced my technique and confirmed I'm on the right track. You wait outside the restaurant until they call you in, then they seat you at a spot at the table. I went solo but ended up chatting with others; I never felt lost. The instructor circulated, was helpful and funny. The space was clean and well organized. You receive a set menu (appetizer, entrée, dessert) and you take home the pasta you make. The meal at the end was outstanding. Every course, from the mussels to the carbonara to the sundae, was packed with memorable flavors and beautifully presented. I was impressed by how delicious everything was, especially given the reasonable price. I cooked the pasta at home later: it boiled in about 2 minutes and paired perfectly with a homemade vodka sauce.

Because the dough needs time to sit, they give pre made pasta sheets to make 3 different pasta shapes to make pasta at home! 5/5 for a cute and affordable date night. The servers were nice and helpful. There was cute seating and they also allow for groups to have family style dinner. The class also comes with 3 course meal. The meal was disappointing in terms of taste. The hot honey burrata was okay but a lot of the food tasted like grocery store ingredients. The eggplant parm has no taste outside of cheese. The spicy vodka sauce pasta was alright. Sauce tasted like grocery store bought jarred sauce. The doughnuts were fresh and the highlight. The brownie sundae tastes like Breyer's ice cream with brownie bites (which were cold) from Costco. I'd rate the food 2.5-3/5 as average (probably have more taste at Olive Garden). Overall 4/5 due to the pasta making experience and great service in addition to affordability.

The staff is super nice and eager to help. It feels like a special neighborhood gem and you can really feel the family owned vibe. 1. Proscuitto burtata (amore) - fresh fresh fresh and quality ingredients. The proscuitto was perfect along with the burrata, arugula and balsamic glaze on ciabatta which was sweet mix. We were deciding on this one and the proscuitto tomato but we are glad we got this one! 2. Chicken caesar salad wrap- I think I could easily say this is the best caesar salad wrap i've had. The dressing was light and not overpowering with the mix of the chicken, croutons and outside wrap was a truly stellar combination. Very fresh and wasnt soggy one bit. the cookies: small black n white cookie, rainbow cookie and chocolate sprinkle and all were hits! my favorite was the black n white because the icing melts right off the soft cookie texture and tastes more like a cake than a cookie. All were amazing and is a must try when visiting. absolutely rec when you're on the east side!

To make this short, the wrap sucked. no flavor, lacked seasoning, best part was the croutons. The worker made me a special sandwich, so idk the name bc I believe it was a custom, chicken cutlet, mortadella, burrata, arugula, roasted peppers, and balsamic. delicious!!! I would say. steer away from the viral, and make ur own sandy. bread was delicious. ingredients were fresh. I would go back for a chix vodka parm.

I finally was able to try his new restaurant L'inconto and it was great!!!! The food was delicious and the service and staff were amazing. The lobster salad was so good. The olive oil that they used was top notch! He takes special care on every dish that comes to the table. The egg yolk ravioli and cacio e pepe were also very good. The veal chop parmigiana, steak for two and short rib were also highlights of the dinner. We were able to meet Rocco and he made a special gelato for dessert from his Abruzzo region in Italy. I can't wait to go back, everything was perfect.

I have never been to an Italian place with such poor customer service (esp as an Italian woman). The bread came out cold and the waiter was snappy to us. Please note that this restaurant has a serving style where the waiter will serve the dish directly on your plate and not leave the shareable dish on the table, which I had never experienced before. Super disappointed after I have had really excellent Italian at significantly cheaper places. Customers walked up to our table as we were finishing eating and audibly asked for our table. Overall very unpleasant and the interior was not very beautiful considering the price point (fake plants). However, the hostesses were wonderful and very sweet!
