I came here yesterday to eat, even though I order from them all the time. Everyone was beyond helpful and kind. I have only ate there burgers but we decided we to order a pie and chicken bites and food to go. It was amazing pizza and amazing food! I love the atmosphere (the music, food, drinks)! Stopped in with my husband. Place was kinda empty when we got there it was about 6:30 on a Saturday. We sat at the bar. I ordered a margarita and my husband ordered some bourbon drink lol waiter was very nice . We also ordered food. He got us water without us asking which i appreciate so much. I got a chicken sandwich with garlic Parmesan fries. They were good but went a little too much with the garlic i cousins finish them. The sandwich was good but a bit thin. My husband got a chicken sandwich with dried onions and mozzarella cheese he really enjoyed it . He also got sweet potato fries with it. They had old school r&b it was the young girl that worked their playlist . It was so cool. We complimented about the music and she raised it a little more. Place was clean and they are very attentive. Or maybe it was cause it wasn't so busy. Well the kitchen was busy because a lot of drivers were coming to pick up food orders. Quite small and not too much seating place. Pretty crowded and decided to take order to go. Had the bacon cheeseburger and it's was DELICIOUS !! The friendly guy at the register who took our order was great!! Loved how he tried to get us to buy drinks while we waited. They should be happy to have him on their team! Great service! Just wow. Haven't been there in soooooo long . They now offer Italian food and pizza. It's actually all amazing. I went and got the penne with lemon butter chicken with a side of broccoli. It was perfect but outside the amazing food let's talk about the staff. I got the pleasure to be helped by the bartender Mel. Such an attentive and friendly gal. Recommended the mango frozen drink and it was honestly the best frozen drink I've had from any bar near and far. It was super busy but she made sure I was taken care of and I loved that. She didn't bother me every second like most bartenders just to get a tip. I hate that cause yes I loved to be taken care of but sometimes you just want to enjoy your food with the occasional check up and that's exactly what this young lady did . We went today to ECB as a party of 4. Due to everything happening in the world my cousins family and mine couldn't get together for Thanksgiving, so we did tonight. I am thankful. ECB took away all of the static, all of our distractions and replaced it with great food, incredible drinks and a welcoming atmosphere. All of these points together gave us what we were looking for....a place to be ourselves, However, beyond all of this ECB provided something so rare and coveted, The joy, happiness and attention to detail their server John provides. The guys mission was for us to see why he loves the place so much and it showed. They just added a family-style menu, and if you've ever eaten at a family-style restaurant and enjoy that, then this place is a must. Great burger spot! I've ordered from here for quite some time. Their burgers are sizeable and have great flavor, without excess grease. Their buns are sturdy enough they don't get moist from the burger/condiments like some places, making it easy to eat. They come with a good dose of fresh crisp lettuce and tomato. Let's get one thing straight first, I understand it takes time to cook food, any kind of food will take time from counter to table so the only gripe with this place from our last and first visit,is that it took almost 45 minutes to get our take out order of 3 burgers with fries! Surely that's too long by any restaurant standard, fast food or otherwise. However, despite this, ECB is going to get 4 stars because the quality was so so so good!!! Comparable to some of the best burgers I've had in different cities and plus my wife said it was decent which basically means that it must have been stellar for her as she's pretty picky about burgers and she was initially annoyed with the slowness of it getting out to us of course! So I've ordered delivery from East Coast Burgers twice now, and dined in the actual restaurant once. The first delivery order was random, just a place I found on Seamless. I was quite amazed how good of a take out it was. The delivery was fast and the delivery guy was super friendly. When I met him downstairs, he told me that next time I should just buzz him in and he'll bring the food up. Never had I had a delivery guy tell me that. The food delivered was great, the burgers were juicy and filled with flavor. The second time around, however, was disappointing. The delivery took over 2 hours to arrive, with no information from the restaurant, except that it left the restaurant. The delivery lady was much less friendly, and said she couldn't find parking and apologized for the delay. Since when do delivery people find parking? The food was alright this time, as it seemed like it was sitting around for a little while. The third time we dined in and it was a pleasant experience. The food is best fresh, in the restaurant, especially the milkshakes. The service was good and the atmosphere was very nice and casual. My local go to Burger joint. Great food with quick service. I usually just grab and go but have never walked in and not met with good service and a clean restaurant. This spot also does brunch which is a major change up for this location. Ironically I have never had the burgers here I've been stuck on the chicken sandwiches and they are above fantastic. The Mac and cheese is better than most places I have been and is amazing when enjoyed between the bun on top of fried chicken breast.
