Bread with oil/peppers and butter (free)

We came in on a Friday at 530pm and ordered the fried calamari and Penne vodka with grilled chicken and everything was delicious - the portions were huge. The place quickly filled up and by 630pm almost all the table were filled up. I had a lot of leftover pasta and the Italian bread with pickled peppers and olive oil and butter was amazing. The service was great.

Nothings better to come to a restaurant and feeling the love of a family owned business !!! From the minute you walk in till the time you're ordering dessert!! Every meal was amazing and the service was top tier!!! I will be back and will tell everyone to come to this place !!!

Haven't been back in years but came last night with my husband and sister in law. Place was packed on a Friday night but didn't wait too long for a table. Service was amazing. They were all so friendly and the food was just as good as I remembered even better! Can't recommend this place enough. PS they have white sangria!! Deeeelishhhhh!

Iv lived in ridgewood my entire life and never have i been to Joes Restaurant till today. And i have to tell you it's a hidden gem. The staff is great and friendly. Every plate that came to our table was fresh. I had the Gnocchi n vodka sauce special It was beautiful. Perfect amount of flavor. But what really made this experience 1000X better was that when you ask for parmesan cheese they bring you a small bowl with a spoon so you can pour as much cheese as you like. YOU control your cheese not the staff. Really appreciate that

I have no idea why this is the 1st time I'm visiting this restaurant!! OMG delicious! If I could give 10 stars, I would. From the minute you walk in you get the old school Italian family vibe. Cozy and dim ambiance. The staff is so accommodating and professional. The owner is a sweetheart, very humble and attentive. He approached each table to make everyone was pleased. Last but not least the food was outstanding! Very reasonable prices! Highly recommend! I will definitely be back!
