This location has pretty bad reviews online elsewhere but I have President's Circle through a credit card perk and there aren't exactly a ton of options in Olympia. So while my car got fixed recently and I needed a ride for work, I booked a car here. Extending that rental a few days was no problem and they even extended my rate (which since I had gotten a steep deal for doing 7 days and was not extending 7 more was not expected!). I got a very good price altogether and everyone I dealt with the three times I came in was really friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions. There were only a few cars but I got my pick from everything they had available at the time. With the bonus of no deposit with Presidents circle and the free upgrade, I will definitely come back here if I need a rental. I don't usually write reviews for chains but this one went above and beyond and good car rental place is a tough find, especially away from the airport.

Went through here for 2 truck rentals, he gave us the 10% military discount and 10% web discount and went through all the insurance options with us. $400 cheaper than the same equipment from U-Haul, with 2 additional travel days. Only issue was with the truck trailer. Someone didn't coordinate properly, so we had to pick that up from their Tacoma location. Worse, a piece of the trailer broke while we were loading my husbands '68 mustang onto the damn thing, getting that all sorted out cost us almost the whole travel day! That was a pain, but not I think a reflection of this location or Brian's work. I would go through here again for sure.

Recommend reading all of the policy signs (Loss Damage Waiver, credit card hold fee, etc) before renting so you are informed since they don't really review these policies with you as stand procedure; Or just ask questions about them at time of rental.

When I went to talk to them and ask them to explain it, the one guy was explaining that we rented it a week plus a day plus a few hours, so the rate was more. I explained that I haven't even had it a week and the few hours late is really just early tomorrow. And even so, how did it get to be more than our estimate?!? His co worker, Brandon jumped in and said that he literally just checked it in and any questions about the bill, I'd have to call the office in Oregon where I rented it from. I was confused because I understood them to be all one entity. He was firm that he couldn't help and I'd have to talk to Oregon. So I was understandably upset that these two gentleman couldn't count days and see that I had the vehicle less than a week! Instead of being helpful, they refused to even consider what I was saying. As I walked out, I mumbled (not as quietly as I thought) "idiots" as in someone who can't count 7 days probably shouldn't be in this business and it's idiotic. I go out and get in my car with my family. Brandon followed me out, knocked on the passenger window to I rolled it down. He said there was no need for me to be upset. He was being professional and explained why he couldn't help. He demanded an apology and then when I just looked at him, he said that he would accept my unspoken apology. I wait for him to start to walk away and i started to pull out, window still down. I heard him mumble something as he opened the door to the building. My 11 year old says: "he just called you a f'n b." (Except he didn't abbreviate it, because he said it as he heard it. ) Worst customer service ever!!!! I cannot imagine what possessed him to storm out to my car, to knock on my window, to demand anything after he refused to provide any customer service!!! I picked the car up on a Friday and returned in Thursday, how is that a week, a day and several hours???
