Went to close my account and they require me to pay the full month of October as well. be sure to save all paperwork and have clear communication on due dates. Their policy says 30 day move out notice, but they do not prorate move outs. When signing up make sure they have text /call set up otherwise communication goes straight to junk mail And they will not call even if number is on file.

I had a very bad…read moreexperience with them I am a disabled veteran with a service animal I went in there to do some repairs on my RV they gave me 48 hours to be out. And I am going to tell you my situation I went in there to repair some items took a cat nap at 3 and woke up at 10 at night they close at 8. so I stayed there with my service animal. the next morning I got a bang on the door from the police and the owner he said you cannot do this. I let him know I was very sorry he said this is your first and final warning I said okay. One hour later he came to my door again and said he is kicking me out I have 48 hours. I said why don't you give me 72 hours he said no I said there was a lot of vines in the grass which I tripped on and fell so I took my weed eater out and cut it down. He said you cannot do repairs as it states in the rental agreement I was not doing major repairs as it says in the rental agreement. Installing a refrigerator a air conditioner and cleaning up the place inside only. This man is obviously inherited the property does not know how to manage property. so like I said I would suggest in my opinion do not rent from his storage unit or his RV storage unit he also owns Summit fence just for your information.
