Despite being a loyal customer for the aforementioned 8 years, they effectively doubled my rate in less than two years (and they also eliminated an annual discount). The irony is that one employee admitted they could give me twice as much space for less than one-third of my current price if I moved into a larger unit. But then, of course, I knew the jacking up of rates would continue all over again, even higher than before. This was their "solution." I think they are unethical, and you will regret patronizing them. My advice -- as of April 2025 -- is to stay far, far away.

The property is gated where you use your own access code followed by a key pad used at the elevators. Everything seems very secure and I like that very much. The building is also very clean with no garbage laying around. Note that the units are indoors in a controlled environment. I am not sure how long I will be needing storage but the prices are right and I will most likely be using this location to store the things I care about for years to come as long as I live in Tacoma. Lastly the ladies at the front desk are very nice and always willing to answer any questions you might have. I recommend checking this storage facility out. I am sure you will be impressed.

The unit ended up being just what I was looking for, it was clean, and the price difference between drive up and hallway units is just a few dollars. From $160 a month to $342 for a 10x15 climate controlled. Military families need long term storage and this policy of rapid increases and doubling month is ludicrous really. Worse is they do not disclose when you rent - but they push hard for reviews - that's because when you get rate increases you already left positive. If you need long term storage look elsewhere. They are aggressively priced and hide it. 3 units now - 2021 move in - more than 6 states and they all price the same and all go UP!

Went in as soon as I realized and was charged late fee and full amount. Went to close my account and they require me to pay the full month of October as well. be sure to save all paperwork and have clear communication on due dates. Their policy says 30 day move out notice, but they do not prorate move outs. When signing up make sure they have text /call set up otherwise communication goes straight to junk mail And they will not call even if number is on file.
