All measurements and weights were off and their quote came almost to a bill that I had to pay for my move across the country. Eileen from Olympic Moving came to our apartment to personally look at our belongings. We got a decent quote and both Eileen and Catrina were very helpful with scheduling the move. At the actual moving day movers arrived 45 mins early. But that was ok, we were ready to be done with it asap. There were 2 guys. They did not waste their time. Disassembling, loading and unloading went pretty fast. I was impressed when Robert lifted heavy wooden table top with his bare hands (no gloves) and carried it to the truck. I also had an electric piano, that I was worried about. I was that annoying customer hovering over their shoulders watching them wrap and move it. If you get Robert as your mover - you are in good hands. The move was smooth and faster than scheduled. The company charges hourly, so we paid based on how many hours the crew worked. Most ridiculous rental experience of any kind in my 53 years. Tried to rent a U-Haul truck from…read morethis location. The truck was there and ready to go when I arrived & the license plate number matched with my online check-in. Was supposed to rent the truck at this location and drop it off in Oregon. Reservation was all squared away and good to go. The attendant at Armor storage, not a U-Haul employee, flatly told me that if I didn't return the truck to their location that I would not drive it off the lot. My reservation clearly stated otherwise but she was adamant I was not taking the truck off the lot. Add to this, extremely rude, stubborn and unhelpful. I will not be doing business at this establishment for truck rental, storage or anything else. If you need a one way truck rental beware, your reservation is meaningless to this vendor and they could care less what you think about it.

And I am going to tell you my situation I went in there to repair some items took a cat nap at 3 and woke up at 10 at night they close at 8. so I stayed there with my service animal. the next morning I got a bang on the door from the police and the owner he said you cannot do this. I let him know I was very sorry he said this is your first and final warning I said okay. One hour later he came to my door again and said he is kicking me out I have 48 hours. I said why don't you give me 72 hours he said no I said there was a lot of vines in the grass which I tripped on and fell so I took my weed eater out and cut it down. He said you cannot do repairs as it states in the rental agreement I was not doing major repairs as it says in the rental agreement. Installing a refrigerator a air conditioner and cleaning up the place inside only. This man is obviously inherited the property does not know how to manage property. so like I said I would suggest in my opinion do not rent from his storage unit or his RV storage unit he also owns Summit fence just for your information.
