Went to close my account and they require me to pay the full month of October as well. be sure to save all paperwork and have clear communication on due dates. Just to compare - a different company asked me to email the list of items and gave me a quote based on that. All measurements and weights were off and their quote came almost to a bill that I had to pay for my move across the country. Eileen from Olympic Moving came to our apartment to personally look at our belongings. We got a decent quote and both Eileen and Catrina were very helpful with scheduling the move. At the actual moving day movers arrived 45 mins early. But that was ok, we were ready to be done with it asap. There were 2 guys. They did not waste their time. Disassembling, loading and unloading went pretty fast. I was impressed when Robert lifted heavy wooden table top with his bare hands (no gloves) and carried it to the truck. I also had an electric piano, that I was worried about. I was that annoying customer hovering over their shoulders watching them wrap and move it. If you get Robert as your mover - you are in good hands. The move was smooth and faster than scheduled. The company charges hourly, so we paid based on how many hours the crew worked. I had a great experience with Olympic Moving and Storage company.

Most ridiculous rental experience of any kind in my 53 years. Tried to rent a U-Haul truck from…read morethis location. The truck was there and ready to go when I arrived & the license plate number matched with my online check-in. Was supposed to rent the truck at this location and drop it off in Oregon. Reservation was all squared away and good to go. The attendant at Armor storage, not a U-Haul employee, flatly told me that if I didn't return the truck to their location that I would not drive it off the lot. My reservation clearly stated otherwise but she was adamant I was not taking the truck off the lot. Add to this, extremely rude, stubborn and unhelpful. I will not be doing business at this establishment for truck rental, storage or anything else. If you need a one way truck rental beware, your reservation is meaningless to this vendor and they could care less what you think about it.
