Went to close my account and they require me to pay the full month of October as well. be sure to save all paperwork and have clear communication on due dates. Most ridiculous rental experience of any kind in my 53 years. Tried to rent a U-Haul truck from…read morethis location. The truck was there and ready to go when I arrived & the license plate number matched with my online check-in. Was supposed to rent the truck at this location and drop it off in Oregon. Reservation was all squared away and good to go. The attendant at Armor storage, not a U-Haul employee, flatly told me that if I didn't return the truck to their location that I would not drive it off the lot. My reservation clearly stated otherwise but she was adamant I was not taking the truck off the lot. Add to this, extremely rude, stubborn and unhelpful. I will not be doing business at this establishment for truck rental, storage or anything else. If you need a one way truck rental beware, your reservation is meaningless to this vendor and they could care less what you think about it.
