My nail tech was talking poorly about me not knowing I spoke Vietnamese to the tech next to her. They were discussing prices and how they were going to charge me more. My toes were uneven and sloppy the first attempt. Unbelievably unprofessional. Never again. Save your money. Go some place else! read more

$80-100 This business has no customer loyalty. Takes one shitty nail tech to bring your business to shit. Never had a problem before this time the tech didn't build my nail correctly which left them feeling weak. I went on vacation so I could not come back to complain in the 10 days. So I couldn't enjoy my vacation because nails felt horrible. Two popped off . The cashier was rude and was just defending the nails trying to be right instead of listening to my issue. I paid 85 plus tip for crap business I just wanted them fixed for a reasonable price but he wanted to charge me full price again. I asked him if he wanted my business and he didn't answer . So I left never going back and if you have a special day don't get your nails done there. It was an easy fix and they didn't choose my money every month for full and fills . read more

This place is a scam! PLEASE BE WARNED!!! I asked for a classic pedi with French tip nail. The lady assisting recommended the collagen pedicure, I said no. I wanted the classic. She insisted on the collagen pedicure. Once again I said no, I want the classic pedicure ($35+ gel $20) with French tip. She proceeded with the pedicure. Once finished she gave me the slip and total was $73. Once arrived to the register I asked the cashier/manager why my total was $73. He said you got the collagen pedi with clear gel ($20) and French tip extra ($8). Blew my mind. This lady is known to do this. She recommends another service you don't want and then says oh o misunderstood you. Girl please. WORST PLACE ever. Never coming here again. read more

I love the vibe of this place. Extremely nice and courteous workers. However my sister has been snipped before on her cuticle and it hurt her. Plus, I noticed with this color I chose it's super light but I have some left over neon pink that you can see wasnt buffed off. But besides that, I love this location! Make sure to book an appointment it's always busy. read more

I'm always able to walk in and be seen fairly quickly. This place is very nice, peaceful, quiet, clean, spacious. They are friendly and no one has ever made me feel annoying for asking questions. Compared to the last place I was going, it's a much larger space and the the pedicure chairs are farther apart so I don't feel like the people next to me have to stare at my feet, so that's cool. Prices and quality seem fair. It's my new go-to! read more

Been coming here for a year and i can say the place is very mid. i never have consistent good nails, whether it's lumpy, too thick, or the constant nips to my skin. I come here mostly for the environment (nicer salon). read more

I am not someone who writes reviews and I really wanted to write a good review as this place is very welcoming and decorated nicely. They nail techs had good costumer service and truly wanted to do a good job. The guy who did my manicure said he has a hard time painting short nails. By the time I left the nail salon, three of my fingers were bleeding. I don't mean a little blood, I mean I had to hold a paper towel against my fingers to get them to stop bleeding. I asked for glitter on a few nails for both my manicure and pedicure, both of which the nail techs forgot. A little over 24 hours after being there, my gel manicure has stripped off my thumb. Definitely not worth the price for the lack of quality. read more

I had a horrible experience here, I will NEVER return. Not only did they do a shoddy job on my gel manicure and pedicure, the nail tech ruined my brand new white suede shoes. The gel color completely came off the next day on two of my toes, and their attitude was unpleasant and unprofessional. I paid a lot of money for a very bad experience. read more

I had a wonderful gel pedicure done by Nancy. The service and staff was super friendly and accommodating! Will come back again :)

I went to Aria for the first time this morning. The man working the front was very friendly. I didn't have an appointment, and despite it being very busy at 10:30 on a Wednesday morning, I was seated for my pedicure almost immediately. The place is very clean, and has an upscale feel, with reasonable prices. I also appreciated being offered a bottle of water. I'll definitely go back read more

To preface this - I have never left a bad review EVER. I do not like to mess with peoples earning potential. However, my experience at this salon was bad. I made an appointment a day in advance for a Sns mani and regular pedi. Upon my arrival, I am RUSHED to the pedicure chair and do not get to see any colors. When I ask to see colors they hand me ONE book. Then they let me know they'll be doing the manicure at the same time - which would be fine if the manicure dust did not LITERALLY GET ALL OVER ME and my clothes / drink. Along with this the manicurist TWISTED my body SO uncomfortably towards her. To the point my back was ACHING. then to top it all off my manicure was uneven and the color is sheer. Electric blue should not be sheer at all. My pedicure also looks so sloppy rushed and wrinkly. It looks like she couldn't even be bothered to wipe the regular polish that was on my toes. And I repeatedly requested short nails and she did not cut my toenails basically at all. Lastly this salon has a wine bar which must be purely for decoration. I was not offered a drink once and when I requested one they supposedly only had white wine which was strange bc The bar appear to have many more options. I also was not offered a water once I still tipped the technicians assisting me - bc I understand that even though I felt the quality of the service was severely lacking I would not mess with their income. The purpose of my review to hopefully save other people some time and money. Just be aware that if you are expecting a more quality service from this place than any other salon you will be disappointed. read more

5 stars all the way. Beautiful salon and wonderful service. This is my new go to place for pedicures.

I'm not sure how this nail "bar" received 3.8 stars. I wish there was a zero star option. I should have listened to others bad experiences but I didn't. I gave this business two tries. The first experience wasn't awful but I was definitely expecting a better experience after paying $100 for a mani & pedi. That's expensive for so so results. What they are serving here you can get at any ol' nail salon for way less. My second visit was the worst. My mani included lopsided nails and a bumpy texture. One nail was filed to a point and the others were square. The pedi, which the tech constantly tried to up sale me, wasn't relaxing or professionally done. The polish was blotchy and some was missing on the sides. The tech didn't understand one thing I requested. She also cleaned under my toenails and then wiped what dug out onto my toe skin. I repeatedly asked her to wipe the old skin from under my toenails on to the towel. Before I paid, I asked the person at the cash register if someone could file my one nail evenly. He said sure and went and got the tech who did my mani. She decided to get rude and said I requested her not to file my nails after my mani was completed and walked off. I never told her to file my nails unevenly or one in a point. What I requested was not to have the top coat which is the last step filed off the end of my nails like she did the previous visit. Clearly there is a language barrier which makes it hard to communicate with this business. The cashier decided he could file my nail even, but I declined since the tech had been so rude. When I walk out the door I look down at my feet. The polish on my big toe was completely lifted off on one half of the nail. Lesson learned. read more

I came in said hello and asked did they do Russian manicure the man at the front desk was very rude and acted like they didn't take walk ins but accepted a walk in right before I came in. Then acted like they only take appts. The facility smelled like a dirty diaper any way. I thought I would give them a shot because they had some good reviews maybe it was just a bad day for them but I will not be coming back. read more

Not my favorite nails. The salon and artist were awesome and very welcoming. It definitely feels upscale but I wouldn't go here for nicely shaped nails. From the reviews on here already should have told me everything I needed to know. The bar was the main selling point. read more

I came in yesterday for a gel polish change on my hands. I noticed that the gel had "wrinkled" at the top of my nails and I wasn't sure why they weren't smooth like normal. Amazing experience! The salon is stunning, and the service was fantastic! I can't wait to come back!

Didn't feel welcomed as a male client. The nail technician did and excellent job, and was very nice. However, I just didn't feel welcomed. The front desk was polite, not friendly, and I was not offered the same additional services or even a drink like all of the female clients. Not sure if I will go back or not. read more

Absolutely amazing! First of all, the place does not reek of chemicals ( most nail salons, absolutely reek of nail polish chemicals ). Second of all, they were so nice and I had the best conversations with them! My grandmother came with me, and they were just so nice and polite and understanding with what she needs. Could not recommend this place more!!! I went to the Uptown Phoenix location. read more

Definitely a subpar mani/pedi. Lovely atmosphere and nice staff, but the quality of the actual manicure and pedicure was truly poor. I ended up going to a different salon the next day and had a proper pumice, cuticle care, and dip as literally nothing was done decently at Aria. Maybe I just had a new tech, but I was disappointed at this waste of time. read more

WE PAID $200 for 2 basic pedis , a full set , and a basic mani! Terrible work the mani left my hands looking untouched , the full set was only given one coat of paint and my wife was told "if I add another coat it will change the shape". The other pedicure was awful 24 hours after we left, my wife's toes were smudged like old paint was used i wouldnt recommend this over priced unprofessional location. read more

This is my third time in the salon and I believe Ken the owner was the one that did my nails today. He had me on eggshells the whole time, he was so unprofessional. I have been getting my nails done for 30 years and I've never had an experience like I had today I left in tears. He was rude and kept slapping my wrist and scolding me throughout the whole service. He didn't even let me answer a text from my daughter who is shopping at the mall next-door. Needless to say I will not be going back to the salon and I wish I could give it zero stars. read more
