I called and was able to make an appointment almost immediately. Deposit was easy and the movers arrived promptly the day of my move at 9am. Matthew and Alex (the movers) helped my boyfriend and I move from our one bedroom apartment to a house. I was surprised by how big of a truck they brought as I expected to take several trips. This saved us some drive time! They took great care of all my furniture as well as provide some moving boxes. They carefully wrapped my large furniture items and helped us come up with a strategy to move as I had to also relocate some items to my parents house. They took care of my apartment to my parents house to exchange furniture there to my new house then back to my parents and again back to my new house! Matthew and Alex were so sweet and hard working with a positive "we can do anything you need" attitude! They took their work seriously and made sure everything was done efficiently. The crew showed up right on time with a 4-man team, and they were very professional the entire day. I had already packed about 99% of my stuff, so they mainly needed to wrap furniture and box a few larger items I didn't have boxes for. They worked fast but were extremely careful. They loaded the entire truck in about 3.5 hours, which was impressive considering I was moving from a house to a house and had a lot of furniture. The unloading in Las Vegas was even more impressive. They finished in about 2 hours, including putting two beds back together. One of them was a heavy Sleep Number bed with the base, and I honestly don't know how they managed to get it down the stairs in California and back up the stairs in my new house without a scratch. No damage to anything. Rob was the lead on the crew and did a great job communicating the whole time, asking where things should go and making sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. The whole team was friendly, respectful, and easy to work with. The price was also very fair for the distance, especially compared to other quotes I got. The day of the move LUIS, FERNANDO, and JUAN came. I had already packed the majority of my apartment in boxes because I was planning on moving everything myself but there was a few things I didn't box up and they were able to do it for me. I have a two bed two bath apartment and they were able to grab everything and load up the truck in two hours! I swear these guys hustled! They wrapped my dresser, tv stand, tv to protect it from damage. When we got to my new place (which is about an hour and a half away) they also were so fast and efficient.
