I spent hours doing my research and talking to movers, and dodged a few bad ones too. When I first talked to Riley, I got a good first impression of a realistic quote for time and clear and confident answers to my questions. Riley and his team member Louis definitely kept the impression going with their swiftness and professionalism. They were moving so fast, they were able to take some stuff I had in my outside storage I had planned to move myself. Not a single thing scratched or bumped and they went out of there way to help clear some space in our bedroom to help us out ( we had a lot of small moved stuff piled there). When you move, people need to know, you prep for a mover, that means boxes packed, any route concerns like stairs, tights halls taken into consideration. I did some prep work, taking the feet off my couch, etc. Everyone moving should do this kind of stuff to make it faster and easier for the movers. Riley and his team showed much appreciation for the prep work which was really nice of them to go out of their way to mention, but honestly these guys were so efficient, they still would have made great time without my prep. I'd give these guys 6 stars if I could.. Riley (the owner) and his team showed up to my house 10 minutes early, were very professional and friendly, and incredibly efficient. When they unloaded everything into the new apartment, I didn't even have to tell them where to put anything. Not just with regard to the room names on the boxes, but even placement of furniture was as I'd have it. Finally, I had a desk they loaded in that I'd had to personally move to my office at a later date, on my own, so he offered to drive the office at no extra cost! That wasn't even in the original scope of work, but he drove another 15 minutes/8 miles each way. On top of all of that, he still finished the entire move/process in 30 minutes less than we anticipated (technically an hour early, considering we added time for the trip to the office). I recently moved to LA from Sacramento and it took 3 trips so i dealt with a few other moving companies before I found Wrap it and stack it up movers to save me. The other movers were horrible at stacking the boxes effectively, or they moved really slow and took many breaks. One just abandoned us because he said it was too hot. That's when I found Wrap it up on Google and they saved the day! Riley is awesome! He's very fair and not intimidated by any job. He and his staff are always ready to dig in and get the job done efficiently as possible. I love how they also take care of your stuff by wraping things up when needed and belting the boxes and items in the truck in rows as they go along.
