Vlad and Max were fantastic. They were very punctual in meeting us at our storage unit to help load up our entire home for our move-in day. They were incredibly courteous, professional, and careful with moving all of our items, even bringing extra wardrobe boxes, blankets, and dollies. Our new home had just been newly remodeled so I was worried about damage to our new home, but the movers were so careful in bringing everything in, even taking off their shoes every time they entered. Pricing was also extremely reasonable for two movers for four hours, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great moving company. read more

Had reached out for professional moving services, exploring several options. During this time, I had not responded to the pricing I was sent. A few days later was contacted saying I must be a "yelp bot" - believe this was a tactic to get some sort of a response from me. Can't imagine what the actual moving service is like if this is the sort of rhetoric. We are moving into a family home after the passing of our grandmother, once I brought that information to light as a reason we did not respond, I was met with irrational responses. read more

Great team of guys made the move easy. Will use them again. Showed up on time and had sufficient truck space

This company is fantastic! I got quotes from SO MANY moving companies- some of them were absolutely outrageous. This company responded to my Yelp request super quickly with a fair price. I liked that they were also Yelp verified and backed by Yelp guarantee. They have the most reasonable quote and we're able to book the date that I wanted with no problems. The day before my move, they sent me a text message confirming the time frame they were coming at. They also sent a text in the morning and arrived on time. Two guys showed up with a huge truck. These guys were awesome! They took apart our furniture and wrapped it up super carefully. The two of them carried everything down a flight of stairs from our two story apartment. For just two guys they worked quickly!!! I was very impressed with how carefully they packed all my furniture, including our TVs, mirrors, sofa, my vanity. They also re-assembled all of our furniture and placed it exactly where we wanted it at our new house. There was no BS when it came time to pay. I paid exactly what was quotes. I am extremely glad I went with this company over the many companies that I looked into. Thank you for helping my move be way less stressful. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them! read more

This organization is amazing! They sent 2 guys to move our entire home and they did it in just over 6 hours. They wrapped and secured everything and did not charge us for every inch of plastic wrap or blankets. They charged us an hourly rate and I paid cash so it was a little less and they were awesome! 3 times less than we paid the last time we moved and no damage. The guys that were sent were very nice and considerate of our belongings and I highly recommend Safe N Fast Movers because they are! Great job. read more

Safe n Fast did a great job with our move. We had been in our home for 20 years and they were able to pack everything up efficiently and without any damage. The movers worked hard the entire time and were very respectful of our belongings. Overall, an amazing job! read more

I hired Safe N Fast movers after a few companies quoted me over $1000.00 to move just 6 pieces of furniture 6 miles to my new home. When the movers arrived (on time) I advised them that I had not unhooked the TV and speakers and was concerned about it. They assured me it was no problem and before I knew it, the TV and speakers was wrapped and ready to go. They also took my couch apart to make the move easier which I was not expecting. The movers were ready to relocate me within an hour and a half. Once at my new place, they quickly worked to unwrap everything and set it up in the location I wanted. I'm very happy I chose this company, I paid a great price, the movers were friendly and knew their job and they worked fast. Safe N Fast is the perfect name for this company! read more

Submitted a request for movers and filled the request really quickly with another service provider. Then, I receive a message from Safe N Fast Movers accusing me of being scammer. That's messed up. Go waste someone else's time. Not my fault you were slow or didn't offer the best price. Good luck read more

I used safe N Fast movers yesterday and the 2 guys that moved me were great. they came right on time at 9. Of all the quotes that I got for my move out they were the best in pricing! They also finished quick quicker than I expected considering the last movers I used took so long and felt like they were dragging it. I spent less than what I expected. :) I will definitely use them again if need be. read more

Their name says it all! They were safe, efficient and oh so fast! I was in a pinch to get my washer and dryer out of the house and they made the move happen on short turnaround. They installed everything they could - it's not their fault my dryer in the new house had a different connector - efficiently and professionally. Five stars! read more

These guys are awesome. Very reasonably priced and they don't work slow by any means. They showed up and handled business. We just moved our office and the move would have been awful without them. They took great care of our belonging too professionally wrapping them with furniture pads and have a ton of equipment to help with the move. The best part was they were very handy too. The took all of our TV's down off the wall as well as any of the bulleton boards and whiteboards. They showed up with tools and made the process simple. They even broke down and then moved some cubicles at our new office. I would recommend Safe N Fast movers to anyone that needs help moving. Regards, John Virag read more

The guys arrived on time and were really pleasant to work with. They worked really hard the entire time and asked for clarification whenever a question arose. They packed up the TV's, padded the dressers, and generally shrink-wrapped everything. Not taking a star off because I understand but I was a little disappointed there weren't enough garment boxes. They were recently destroyed in the rain storms and have not been replaced yet. It was part of our moving strategy to use them so we had to pivot a little bit and transport the closet stuff in our cars instead. Not an insurmountable issue but still was a little frustrating. read more

Very efficient and hard working movers. Definitely recommend. Moved us from Riverside to LA very quickly.

Highly recommend Safe N Fast Movers. The BEST moving experience I've ever had and I have moved a lot! We moved from a tri level in Irvine to a single level in Mission Viejo. I had requested Saturday service on a Thursday which I thought was a quick turnaround time, and this company came through. They gave me a timeframe that I should expect them and they were prompt on time. The owner ended up doing the delivery and he is very professional and polite. I priced out other competitors, and for the professionalism and price, I would recommend this company and hire them again. read more

Another mover had bailed on me almost twenty four hours before my move, so I was hard pressed to find another mover. I got in contact with Safe N Fast Movers, who were able to quickly help me out. Although they arrived later than expected because of another job, they moved my stuff as advertised: safely, quickly. Kosta made the moving process less stressful - I tend to get anxious about moving. Recommended! read more

This company is so great that we've used them TWICE in two months for both moves. Our first move with Vladimir and Mark went so smoothly! They were on time, early in fact, and so efficient in their technique and time. My husband and I were really impressed with their kindness, and their ability to move all of our belongings into the storage that we had. Tetris at its finest!! It was so neat and we had enough room for additional items. Our second move we had Vladimir again and Dan, and yet again a wonderful experience. No one likes to move, but with this company, they make it hassle free and worth their time and business! The way the worked so hard to get everything into our upstairs home was amazing! We truly could not have gotten through both moves without their help! Thank you!! read more

Safe N Fast Movers made getting a move date & confirmation simple. No high-pressure sales, just a few questions on-line & I received a cpl of optional quotes. They answered right away when I had questions via e-mail, & let me tell you about their fantastic performance on the day of the move! It was raining & they had already had a morning appointment. They came in that afternoon and covered everything securely & rapidly. Then, just as quickly delivered it to my new place. The 3 gentlemen were hard workers & so polite. It was worth every penny! The absolute worst moving experience of my life. Might be the worst customer experience as well. I booked Safe N Fast Movers to do a 1 bed, first floor move, to a 1 bed, second floor move. I've moved a lot and in the past 2 bed move took about 3 hours. So I expected for this to be no different, especially since I do a lot of prep work. Everything organized, ready to go. I requested in advance that the movers wear masks, as we are still in a Pandemic and that's what helps us feel safe. I was told that was no problem. If I had been told that was an issue, I would have booked someone else, as we all get to make our own choices. Movers show up, no masks. I don't press it. 2 hours in they finished the load portion. When we get to the unload location my husband asks them to put on masks, they refuse, they say they don't believe in Covid. Which is their choice, but it's my choice to patron businesses that align with my beliefs and I had requested in advance that the movers wear masks. They argue and say that they won't wear masks and if they do, they will work slow. I called Artem, their dispatch. I remind him he committed to having them wear masks. We do the back and forth, as they stand there not working. I tell them I'm not going to pay for the time they stood around arguing about masks. The movers then tell me I have to pay in full, before they finish. They called me a racist, we went back and forth about payment. They called me a bitch. They told me I had to pay $620, I did. I asked for a receipt, I was told I was treating them like they were thieves for asking for a receipt (I paid in cash). We argued some more about that. They then proceeded to unload, they just dropped boxes, bags everywhere. It was a hot mess. They dropped my clothes on the ground. When they finished they told me I owed them more money, that I owed for an extra half an hour (even though they stood around for 45 minutes arguing about masks, which they never wore). I told them no. I told them they wanted to be paid up front, and they were. Artem then called to tell me I owed for 30 more minutes. I reminded him they stood around for 45 minutes doing nothing. He hung up on me. I will say this, moving is already stressful and you count on sites like Yelp to give some guidance on who to choose. I just want anyone looking at this Yelp to have all the Information. I would never recommend these movers. They were slow, they were rude, they were unprofessional, disrespectful and they did not respect our request made in advance, when I was told they would. Beware of this company. Updated to add my response to the owners lies and lack of accountability. First of all, not a single thing I have said is a lie or misleading. Artem, you have failed again to apologize for the poor experience. You have failed again to take ownership of the actions of your employees. You have failed to acknowledge the commitment you personally made when I requested for your people to wear masks, and they never did. You lied when you said your people were vaccinated, because they admitted to not even believing in COVID. You are the liar here. I've read so many negative reviews of your business and you never apologize, or take ownership. All you do is blame the customer and call them a liar. So everyone that left a negative review is a liar? Doubtful. More likely, you are a terrible business owner and can't take accountability for the actions of your business. I stand by every single word of my review and I will not have you slander my name. When I'm fact, Safe and Fast Movers is neither Safe or Fast and you are unethical. read more

Safe N Fast Movers - This what they did. Throwing stuff wherever. - Movers Near Me - Trabuco Canyon, California

Two gentlemen showed up on time to move my stuff for me. I had about a bedroom size amount of furniture and boxes to be moved. They were friendly and I felt very comfortable around them. They showed up with extra supplies incase I needed anything. They are magicians at getting stuff to fit in any space. I wasn't sure if I'd be able to fit my stuff in my sister's storage space but they carefully reorganized and everything fit perfectly. They put Tetris to shame. It's a fair price for the amount of work they do. Very professional. I highly recommend these movers. read more

This is in response to the owners reply 3 months later to my review. Never once have you reached out to see the damages and you also lied about the boxes all being free too. Totally forgot about that until you mentioned it. You guys told my wife and I 3x on the phone all boxes were provided and used by your movers and once tour team showed up they tried charging us for boxes. And if you remember you came to my home within 10 minutes of the disagreement and knowing we had no choice but to move that day and still use your services, totally taking advantage of the situation, you offered us a 5% discount on the boxes lol. Your company is garbage. Your response to the review is false. Never did you reach out to see damages. The scratches on our television were not drawn on my marker lol. I wish. Your crap company moved my family into our new $2million dollar home. Why do I need to lie about a $3k tv? Anyone looking to use this company completely stay away. Again, the movers were fast and diligent however the operation of it sucked and if I didn't pay cash I would have disputed this on my credit card. This company is a joke and they'll lie to you, take advantage of you on your moving day knowing you have no other option as moving day is a planned operation, they'll damage your property, then completely lie about reaching out to you to fix this issue lol. You guys shouldn't even of left this false review. Update 5/10/19 They never consulted an attorney and if this was a fake review why do I have pictures of them leaving our home and that's my wife's Yukon in the background lol this place is shady as hell and ran by all Russian or foreign liars. Stay away from this place!! read more
