This company is fantastic! I got quotes from SO MANY moving companies- some of them were absolutely outrageous. This company responded to my Yelp request super quickly with a fair price. I liked that they were also Yelp verified and backed by Yelp guarantee. They have the most reasonable quote and we're able to book the date that I wanted with no problems. The day before my move, they sent me a text message confirming the time frame they were coming at. They also sent a text in the morning and arrived on time. Two guys showed up with a huge truck. These guys were awesome! They took apart our furniture and wrapped it up super carefully. The two of them carried everything down a flight of stairs from our two story apartment. For just two guys they worked quickly!!! I was very impressed with how carefully they packed all my furniture, including our TVs, mirrors, sofa, my vanity. They also re-assembled all of our furniture and placed it exactly where we wanted it at our new house. There was no BS when it came time to pay. I paid exactly what was quotes. This organization is amazing! They sent 2 guys to move our entire home and they did it in just over 6 hours. They wrapped and secured everything and did not charge us for every inch of plastic wrap or blankets. I hired Safe N Fast movers after a few companies quoted me over $1000.00 to move just 6 pieces of furniture 6 miles to my new home. When the movers arrived (on time) I advised them that I had not unhooked the TV and speakers and was concerned about it. They assured me it was no problem and before I knew it, the TV and speakers was wrapped and ready to go. They also took my couch apart to make the move easier which I was not expecting. The movers were ready to relocate me within an hour and a half. Once at my new place, they quickly worked to unwrap everything and set it up in the location I wanted. These guys are awesome. Very reasonably priced and they don't work slow by any means. They showed up and handled business. We just moved our office and the move would have been awful without them. They took great care of our belonging too professionally wrapping them with furniture pads and have a ton of equipment to help with the move. The best part was they were very handy too. The took all of our TV's down off the wall as well as any of the bulleton boards and whiteboards. They showed up with tools and made the process simple. The guys arrived on time and were really pleasant to work with. They worked really hard the entire time and asked for clarification whenever a question arose. They packed up the TV's, padded the dressers, and generally shrink-wrapped everything. Not taking a star off because I understand but I was a little disappointed there weren't enough garment boxes. They were recently destroyed in the rain storms and have not been replaced yet. It was part of our moving strategy to use them so we had to pivot a little bit and transport the closet stuff in our cars instead. Two gentlemen showed up on time to move my stuff for me. I had about a bedroom size amount of furniture and boxes to be moved. They were friendly and I felt very comfortable around them. They showed up with extra supplies incase I needed anything. They are magicians at getting stuff to fit in any space. I wasn't sure if I'd be able to fit my stuff in my sister's storage space but they carefully reorganized and everything fit perfectly. They put Tetris to shame. The absolute worst moving experience of my life. Might be the worst customer experience as well. I booked Safe N Fast Movers to do a 1 bed, first floor move, to a 1 bed, second floor move. I've moved a lot and in the past 2 bed move took about 3 hours. So I expected for this to be no different, especially since I do a lot of prep work. Everything organized, ready to go. I requested in advance that the movers wear masks, as we are still in a Pandemic and that's what helps us feel safe. I was told that was no problem. If I had been told that was an issue, I would have booked someone else, as we all get to make our own choices. Movers show up, no masks. I don't press it. 2 hours in they finished the load portion. When we get to the unload location my husband asks them to put on masks, they refuse, they say they don't believe in Covid. Which is their choice, but it's my choice to patron businesses that align with my beliefs and I had requested in advance that the movers wear masks. They argue and say that they won't wear masks and if they do, they will work slow. I called Artem, their dispatch. I remind him he committed to having them wear masks. We do the back and forth, as they stand there not working. I tell them I'm not going to pay for the time they stood around arguing about masks. The movers then tell me I have to pay in full, before they finish. They called me a racist, we went back and forth about payment. They called me a bitch. They told me I had to pay $620, I did. I asked for a receipt, I was told I was treating them like they were thieves for asking for a receipt (I paid in cash). We argued some more about that. They then proceeded to unload, they just dropped boxes, bags everywhere. It was a hot mess. They dropped my clothes on the ground. When they finished they told me I owed them more money, that I owed for an extra half an hour (even though they stood around for 45 minutes arguing about masks, which they never wore). I told them no. I told them they wanted to be paid up front, and they were. Artem then called to tell me I owed for 30 more minutes. I reminded him they stood around for 45 minutes doing nothing. He hung up on me. I will say this, moving is already stressful and you count on sites like Yelp to give some guidance on who to choose. I just want anyone looking at this Yelp to have all the Information. I would never recommend these movers. They were slow, they were rude, they were unprofessional, disrespectful and they did not respect our request made in advance, when I was told they would. Beware of this company. Updated to add my response to the owners lies and lack of accountability. First of all, not a single thing I have said is a lie or misleading. Artem, you have failed again to apologize for the poor experience. You have failed again to take ownership of the actions of your employees. You have failed to acknowledge the commitment you personally made when I requested for your people to wear masks, and they never did. You lied when you said your people were vaccinated, because they admitted to not even believing in COVID. You are the liar here. I've read so many negative reviews of your business and you never apologize, or take ownership. All you do is blame the customer and call them a liar. You guys told my wife and I 3x on the phone all boxes were provided and used by your movers and once tour team showed up they tried charging us for boxes. And if you remember you came to my home within 10 minutes of the disagreement and knowing we had no choice but to move that day and still use your services, totally taking advantage of the situation, you offered us a 5% discount on the boxes lol. Your company is garbage. Your response to the review is false. Never did you reach out to see damages. The scratches on our television were not drawn on my marker lol. I wish. Your crap company moved my family into our new $2million dollar home. Why do I need to lie about a $3k tv? Anyone looking to use this company completely stay away.
