Wait time is absurd. Been several times and always takes forever. For drive though it's really one of the slowest. 15 min and 7 cars after the lunch rush. Why? The new drive through speaker is horrible. Reminds you of those old running jokes about how bad the drive speaker. Recently received a major update and nicely done. Lots of meats they are proud to make but only one or two should you partake. Stay away from their hamburgers that taste like greedy ground up dirt. Don't close down your soft serve/milkshake machine early. 9:30p on a Sunday night and I'm told the shake machine is down. Translation- they cleaned out the soft serve machine and can't make shakes. Just ordered $75 of food from here on doordash and am quite disappointed. Did not recieve straws, or any sauce. The slider and brisket sandwich were dry as a bone with maybe one or two drops of the bourbon bbq sauce. Did not even get marinara for the mozzarella sticks and only one napkin. I needed assistance with my DoorDash order and I spoke to a gentleman on the phone (possibly the manager, wish I had got his name!) and he went above and beyond to help me, and was SUPER friendly. Regarding my last review I have tried reaching Steven Lutfi several times he has disregarded the fact that I purchased poison old spoiled meat at his Long Beach location on Atlantic Avenue initially he offered me $200 to make it go away and of course I declined and I have notified him that I will be going to court that I have the LLC information and now he's basically ignoring all calls or contact basically in denial if you ever consider going there you may want to have second thoughts due to the fact that they are selling poisoned corned beef it's outdated spoiled and discolored and very very foul smelling . I've tried to solve this with him as I have two years to do so I guess he's waiting the time out hoping this will go away and avoiding me also hoping it will go away but it won't just to let all buyers know beware of this Arby's and especially it's owner because they don't care about their customers at all I've been going to this establishment for several years and this is a major issue that I've experienced and have tried to resolve it but unfortunately this owner is not a very responsible or compassionate owner towards his customers . read more

It works in a pinch, especially if I just want a snack after visiting Walgreen's across the street. I haven't had anything on the Arby's side for quite a while; tried some healthy apple-chicken-nut sandwich and I was just awful. Now, I'm all into healthy stuff now and can even eat raw kale and spinach by the handful (still working on the Swiss chard) but that sandwich was just no good. Since they don't do that old 5 for $5 promotion anymore, I now order from the Green Burrito side. Taquitos. Five of 'em. Get some of the hot and mild salsa from the salsa bar and some of that three pepper sauce and go to town. The guac isn't the greatest, but still works. If you're really hungry (or just feeling like a glutton), go with the Big Ed. It's mostly loaded with rice and beans, but it's a big ass burrito. I just had the WORST EXPERIENCE at this Arby's. I used the drive-thru to order my food and I did not order anything out of the ordinary. I ordered the Beef & Cheeder meal with a medium crinkle fries and a medium Coke. I arrive at the window and paid for my order and I was handed my Coke with no straw. The window was closed before I knew it. I sat there for several minutes and the employee inside at the window asked me to park my car and come inside for my food. Why would a location like Arby's have a drive-thru if people have to park and then go inside to get their food? I went inside and was greeted by the guy behind the counter and he asked how he could help me. I explained that I had just been in the drive-thru and was told to come inside to get my food. The guy behind the counter asked if I was a DoorDash driver, which I am NOT. I had to repeat my meal order and he told me that the order got lost. I then heard the guy at the drive-thru window saying that he had my sandwich but the fries had not been put in the bag. The guy behind the counter told me the reason for the wait was the fries. So, you would expect the fries to be hot, right? Well, you guessed it, the fries were not hot at all. Horrible, Horrible experience. read more

Bad news: I remember a couple years back I ordered a fish sandwich and the bottom bun was powdery. Good news: After a long hiatus, due in large part to the decadent Chicken Pepperoni Parm, I can safely return to consume my customary Beef n Cheddar with tangy Arby Sauce. I usually go when there are coupon deals in the mail, because who doesn't love a good deal? They even don't bother taking the coupon, so you can essentially keep using it until it expires. A new way to spell ripoff -ARBY'S! The sign says, "Everyday deal - 2 for $6." I ordered 4 regular roast beef sandwiches. They gave me 3 and charged full price. I went back to the door, which was locked, and had to get someone to come to talk to me. She said the regular roast beef were not part of the promotion. There is no indication on the sign that says which sandwiches are one the promotion. She told me regular roast beef haven't been on promotion for over three months. Yet, I got 2 regular roast beef sandwiches for $6 at this Arby's two weeks ago (which I did). She said she was the manager and there was no way I got that deal.
