4 stars I haven't had Arby's for a couple of years since the Alhambra location closed, so, I decided to stop by for brunch. It's the same as I remembered it and, with the coupons available on their app, I thought it was worth it! I got my usual roast beef sandwich combo. No changes to the taste, which is perfect for me. With the coupon, I got a free sandwich with my order. Also, out of all the fast food restaurants I've been to, Arby's employees have always been the friendliest. Shoutout to the cashier who took my order b/c she was super patient with me and my mom and the Arby's app! Anyways, the employees were great and food came out fast. There is free parking on site. I have not been to Arby's in years. I was in the area so decided to give it a go. Entered through the front entrance. Looked at the menu and ordered a 1/2 lb roast beef Sandwhich, roast beef with Cheese Sandwhich, Chicken Sandwhich, coke, fries and a finger peach pie. Waited 7 mins max. Unwrapped everything and chowed down. The roast beef sandwhich was very good! The chicken sandwhich was delicious, love the Swiss cheese that was in the sandwhich. Pie cobbler was off the hook. I was full after I ate the 1/2 lb sandwhich. They really pack in the roast beef! You definitely get your money's worth! I was very pleased with the order we placed. No regrets. They have unlimited drinks and unlimited sauces as well. Horse Radish, Arby Q sauce, honey mustard and ketchup. I combined everything to get the flavor I want on my sandwhich. The decor was ok. The music was playing a little too loud which made the ambiance feel hectic. Felt like everything was going to fast with the tunes playing. Like a fast Jazz Tempo. The food is the only thing I came for which hit the spot! The menu was appealing too. I looked at all sandwiches and it made me want to order everything. I would definitely come back. I hadn't been to an Arby's in years, but I found myself craving their French dip sandwich the other day, so I decided to stop in and grab a quick bite for lunch. I've been to Arby's many times and recently decided To use the app. I never noticed Arby's had sandwiches other than a roast beef and the seasonal fish sandwich. The app was easy to use except there no option to change the bun type on a sandwich, no option for light or no ice, or crispy or lightly fried fries. I could go on about that . I had 2 orders; the gyro, crinkle fries and the apple pie shake. And, a double cheeseburger, crinkle fries and a root beer. It came to about $36. Expensive but no regrets!! I haven't been to Arby's since I was a young child so I didn't really know what to expect. Food was decent, but nothing outstanding. There's other fast food places I would prefer to go to. I did appreciate their sauce station though. That was a nice added bonus that most other fast food places do not have. I had the Greek Gyro and when I looked online to see what kind of meat it had, all their website said was "gyro meat" even when I clicked on the ingredients list. That doesn't tell me what kind of meat it is, and being Jewish I don't eat pork, so it was kind of annoying that they wouldn't just list beef and lamb, instead of me having to go to an unaffiliated site to get my answer. The tzatziki sauce on it was really good though. Seating area and bathroom were both decently clean and our food came quickly so no complaints in that regard. First off, I have been eating Arby's food for 50yrs. I like what they are famous for, the Roast Beef. And I'm ok with whatever 'process' they use to cook and serve their RB sandwiches. Pro tip: years ago they had a sandwich on the menu called the Super. A RB sandwich with lettuce and tomato, plus what they call "Red Ranch", very similar to a tomato-based Old School French dressing. Closest thing available to it these days would be 'Catalina' bottled dressing. The 'tip' is that this sandwich is still available, you just need to order one, even though it hasn't been on regular menu for many years. The 3stars today has to do with their featured "Loaded Italian". Like every sandwich ever advertised from anywhere, the product you get rarely resembles what the ads show. What I got the other day was definitely not 'loaded' and frankly was bland. I think they would be a lot better off not chasing any trend the marketing staff dreams up. Will stick to RB sandwiches on the occasional visit. And not happy they no longer offer a 'Value Sbake'...the standard size is both too large for me, and too expensive. read more

Staff is friendly!!! Fast service always !! Food is Hot & fresh just love the Beef and cheddar Hot curly fries

So I was in a hurry trying to beat approaching rain . I did drive thru. So I can't say much about dine in . I was wanting an original Arby's roast. Beef sandwich. With some horsey sauce and an order of potato cakes. If I had it known what I wanted the drive thru menu would have been difficult it could be the weather , but I found the menu difficult to make out. Service was quick and the potato cakes were fresh out of the fryer. I was impressed this was far closer to the Arby's I remember in the 1980s than some more recent visits the sandwich had a generous amount of beef it was hot and the horsey sauce was perfect the bun was well toasted yet soft. The potato cakes were larger than earlier visits . This is a survivor under the current facade is an original 1960's Arby's . Back in the day, this restaurant was a better value but it seems like the dollar doesn't stretch as far as it used to. Some special last for a very brief time so catch them while you can! I had the chicken salad and ordered it with double chicken, and it was a good. Not sure how the chicken sandwich would look if it wasn't double chicken. I came here once to try the Philly cheese steak and they were out. I guess once the restaurant runs out of inventory that meal is no longer available. This caught me off gourd since I was craving the Philly. Since they were out, I tried the gyro. It was okay. They had a brisket sandwich in the past and the first time I got it, it was good. The second time I purchased it, the protein portion was small. The last time I went I was told I needed to order my food through the app to get the discount, then I was told I can click in the app and it will give me a code and I provide that code to the cashier. Surprisingly good Buffalo boneless wings. We all know it's chicken nuggets in buffalo sauce, but had to get it from their limited time menu. Such a great deal for 30 boneless wings at $16.99. There's only one Arby's in the city I live in, and I haven't gone to Arby's in nearly two decades. These wings brought me back. I ordered online for pick up since I would be in the Bixby Knolls area for a dentist appointment. I was late picking them up, but they were still good. They had my order behind the counter. Pick up was easy and quick. This is a late review and the Buffalo boneless wings promo is now over, but I would still return to check out the other items. Been coming here for years, always loved it, but the food quality has gone downhill. I ordered the new brisket sandwich combo and it had 2 different prices and they charged me the higher price of about $1.50 more than the light up menu stated. The service was great, everyone was very nice. The brisket combo with tax was over $17.00 which is crazy high. The brisket was terrible, so much fat that less than half was edible. And the meat that was there was tough, dry and chewy. It was like eating under cooked chewy bacon, ugh. Very disappointed. Better to get a Whopper meal for $13.00. My Parents are stuck on Arby's and I don't mind getting whatever they want. Dad gets the Double Roast Beef Sandwich. He doesn't need any extra sauce. Whatever comes with he's happy. Mom gets the Jalapeño Poppers. I think they're too spicy for her, not spicy at all to me but either way she loves them. This location is in Bixby Knolls, which I think based on location, might be a franchise where they have control over pricing. I purchased a Pork Belly Sandwich from Arby's last month in Redondo Beach on PCH and it was $5.99, but that exact same sandwich here in the Long Beach area, at this location charged $7.49, which is a 25% increase in pricing. The $1.50 may not seem like a lot of $, but on the % it's a huge price differential. Nonetheless, I purchased it here anyway and it's a good sandwich. The service here was okay, no complaints. I think 'tho, Arby's isn't pricing their food items by stereotypical fast food standards without value menu items and meals costing in the $5 range, so what they charge for their food now draws comparison to sit-down restaurants, and that's a battle they may lose in quality to value perception of what they offer through their counter service menu. I think a meal with an entree sandwich, sides (fries) and a soda drink... a.k.a., a combo will set you back about $10 plus tax, but no tip. So, that is where the comparison of peer value comes into play. I'd recommend they analyze their business model and see if they can get better volume in quantity of net profits by charging a bit less VS having a higher ROI off of quality %'s, but fewer customers. I've like Arby's roast beef for decades even though the locations are disappearing. I drove across town and gave a simple order for an classic and jalapeño poppers. First mistake was they said I order 2 of the sandwiches, which didn't and that should have told me to beware.
