1 Star - Sauce Rationing in 2025? Seriously, Arby's? Ordered delivery for three meals. All with Arby's Sauce selected. Added extra packets. You know, like a normal condiment-loving human being. What did we get? FIVE. TOTAL. PACKETS. For three sandwiches. On a delivery order. No option to add more. No warning. Just a flavorless slap in the face. We would've paid for extra. Happily. But Arby's corporate apparently decided to play Sauce Police instead. Who thought limiting sauce on DELIVERY was a good idea? Do you want people to eat their sandwiches dry? When I pulled up to the drive-through, I asked what the special was on the roast beef sliders. I was told 5 for $6. Based on that information, I went ahead and ordered the five sliders to take back home and dressed up myself with my own barbecue sauce, jalapeños, and onions. When I got home, there were only four sliders in the bag. I knew that online I could order them for $1 so I was willing to pay the extra $.25 to avoid that hassle. I am so sorry to have to give the poor rating. I usually never give ratings if I am dissatisfied. But the sign says under new management. Which made me believe that it could possibly be a great experience this time. We ordered the steakhouse sandwich, roast beef with cheddar and fries. I will start out with the steakhouse sandwich. The amount of meat that was on. This was very very lacking. Some thing I've not experienced on this sandwich before. The amount of Arby sauce or I think they called it. Red ranch was disgusting. It was covered in it and running everywhere. The roast beef and cheddar sandwich the roast beef tasted like it was three days old. It was extremely dry, and had kind of a weird salty (undescribable) taste to it. The meat was extremely extremely dark colored. The french fries tasted like they had been made three or four hours prior, and just warmed up. The service at the drive-through was very quick, and the lady at the window was very nice. What owner/manager is running this place?! We attempted to go there for lunch today, but upon trying to order, we were told that there is no roast beef until after 1:00 pm. (It was 11:15 am when we pulled up) It was COOKING. Forgive my restaurant inexperience, but isn't any necessary food prep done BEFORE opening hours? How does a roast beef sandwich joint operate without any roast beef??? I realize there are a few varied items on the menu, but they are not why most people frequent this establishment. There is a reason every Arby's dine in has been shut down and this one is next. I love Arby's beef and cheddar sandwiches but the customer service is terrible. It's ran by lazy employees. Every single time I have gone to this location my order is wrong. Beef n cheddars are bone dry w not an ounce of cheddar. Even when I've ordered extra cheddar. Scooping cheese and smearing it on a bun is something an untrained monkey could do. This happened today as well....... by the end of the yr this one will be shut down. Today we went to Arby's on western and i saw an employee digging in the trash with his gloves on then didn't even change his gloves after and handled food... Told the manager and the manager yelled across the restaurant was very unprofessional and nasty. Won't be back to this location. read more
