While I have been working downtown for quite some time now, I am still finding out about all of the various restaurants situated in the area. Today, I had a craving for pizza. Not knowing what to pick, I did a quick search for pizza restaurants and stumbled upon Nomad Napoletana. Luckily, it was just a short four-block walk from the office. Having never been here before, I was not sure what to expect. The interior was clean and modern, and I was quick to be greeted by the friendly staff. I picked the Roni con Queso lunch special with a Caesar salad on the side. For only $10, I got a freshly baked slice of pizza, a fairly large salad, and a drink. The food was delicious. Since I was on my lunch break, I wasn't able to try one of their numerous wines or beers on display. But next time, I'll be sure to see what they have on offer. Needless to say, I really enjoyed this restaurant and definitely plan to come back. read more

Awesome lunch spot with a killer deal. Their $10 lunch special gets you a drink, a slice, and a side, which is hard to beat. I went with the Diablo slice, and the sauce was absolutely delicious with just the right amount of heat. Spicy enough to clear your sinuses without overpowering the flavor. The side salad was fresh and well put together (not an afterthought), and a large Coke rounded it out perfectly. Great flavors, great value, and definitely a place I'll be back to. Amazing! Brick oven pizza at its best. This location is located in what I consider there downtown area. Very clean establishment, keeping it nice and cool inside from that Texas heat. Service is top tier as waiter (Nevaeh) is very hospitable and keeping up with refills for a big party. Didnt get to take much picture that say as I was hungry. read more

My mom and I stopped here for some food after a long day of travel. We stepped into the first place we seen. The servers here are so friendly and absolutely incredible! The restaurant itself was clean and decorated nicely. The food itself was some things I have never heard of, but it did not disappoint. Yeah, just not sure. We need to dine in and sample other pizzas. One to go order of pepperoni pizza was so thin it was tough to eat. The other to go was green chili cheeseburger. We liked this one much better. Staff was very friendly, helpful. The dividing "mini" wall between booths and the bar area seems bulky at first however we noted the privacy afforded for those wanting more privacy or conversation. read more

Great little pizza place downtown Amarillo. As soon as we walked in, we knew we were going to have a great pizza! The smell was amazing! We ordered a medium combo pizza with jalapeños. You can tell they use fresh ingredients. Our grandson ordered spaghetti and a meatball. The meatball was huge! In fact, I would have been happy ordering it for myself. I highly recommend dining here. Stumbled into this pizza place when I was here for work. I could not have been more pleased. Service was really good! They start you off with bread and garlic oil. The menu had a large variety of combos for the pizza, and even create your own. I ordered the hot honey and pepperoni pizza. Once the pizza came, It was incredible. Great crust, great fresh toppings. Authentic flavor wood fired pizzas were enjoyed during our travels. Parking downtown was a little cumbersome, but we found a spot to dash inside to pick up our takeout. Wings were oversauced, and the fat was not rendered on all of them. No breading- which is good. Just wish they had been cooked a bit more till a little crunchy.
