The sandwich had the perfect amount of sauce to meat ratio, just the right amount of cheese for flavor, & the onions I had added were the perfect ripeness. The meat was so mouthwatering and the bread was extremely soft not over toasted. The diner was clean and the establishment was quiet enough that you can have a conversation at your table without having to yell. The employees showed they were customer service oriented, had positive attitudes, and attentive. Bathrooms are also clean enough that they don't make you lose your appetite. I was rudely informed that "we had different definitions of price difference too". I don't know how much it cost them for a few extra onions but I know it's less than losing a customer for your inability to not be rude and condescending. Nice selection of dressings as well. The Balsamic Vinaigrette was nice and lighter after the Buc-ee's experience. Jason's is very bright and has quite open seating. Not only had they raised the price, the grilled chicken was cut so thin you could see both sides at once. Also, they have changed the size of the salad plate they used, was no larger than a coffee cup saucer Why do some merchants not only raise their prices but the amount of product is down sized without any mention to the public? Do we not see these "subtle" changes and can be fooled into any change? Shame!

You know, like a normal condiment-loving human being. What did we get? FIVE. TOTAL. PACKETS. For three sandwiches. On a delivery order. No option to add more. No warning. Just a flavorless slap in the face. We would've paid for extra. Happily. But Arby's corporate apparently decided to play Sauce Police instead. Who thought limiting sauce on DELIVERY was a good idea? Do you want people to eat their sandwiches dry? Because that's what you're serving: sadness on a bun. Until this sauce rationing madness ends, we're done. No sauce = no loyalty.
