You'd think that this wouldn't be a big deal but when I went back and asked for a few extra onions I was told they were put on my sandwich and I said that maybe we had different definitions of what extra extra onions was. I was rudely informed that "we had different definitions of price difference too". I don't know how much it cost them for a few extra onions but I know it's less than losing a customer for your inability to not be rude and condescending. The sandwich bread was old and its crust was flaking. The cheesy broccoli soup was lukewarm and lacking broccoli and the cheese had a funky favor and way too thick. It's all about timing, never go when they first open; always wait until 1-2pm for fresh products. They are cheap on the croutons. This place gets worst and worst every time I go there. It was a cold day and I was in a hot soup mood. This was the closest place I saw on Yelp that had soup that was open. I hadn't been here since I got to town so I decided to give them a try. I really prefer brothy soups like beef stew or chicken noodle but their selection was limited and they were more as mostly cream soups. I got the potato cheese I think and it was okay but your typical mass-produced chain restaurant quality. All I got was one bowl of soup and that's all I needed. I would probably choose one of the other local restaurants the next time if I was close and they were open but I would come back here if this was the best choice in terms of distance. read more

If you're ever having a sweet tooth grab one of the huge chocolate chip cookies they sell, seriously so good! Totally hits the spot. This store is scamming customers by charging $2.29 for a cup of water. If you place a to-go order, they will automatically give you a paper cup (same cup for all other drinks) instead of a smaller clear plastic water cup. If you use this cup before you realize they charged you for it, they won't refund the money to you. I would NO LONGER recommend folks go to this store. read more

I love this place! Good food good atmosphere. If you're looking for something quick easy and delicious, this is the one! I'm never disappointed in the food or the service. It's a cute little sit down joint but the food is fast if your needing to take it go. My only complaint is that there prices are expensive for what Schlotzsky's is, and there to go orders are never down on time.
