Very modern and clean restaurant. Ordered 6 sandwiches and all came out spot on. We like Jimmy Johns - can't go wrong. Of the 4 employees working the shift, I imagine 2 have some minor job challenges and I appreciate their service and Jimmy Johns for employing them. The service was fine. I had to clarify with the cashier as he misunderstood my statement on adding peppers, but he got it right in the end and was very thorough. I'd eat here again for sure. read more

I waited in the drive thru line for about 5 minutes. There was a car in front of me and their order had not been taken yet. I went inside hoping for faster service. There were 2 employees inside, and I waited in line for another 5 minutes. No one greeted me or took my order. Finally another female employee came out of the restroom and saw me but did not bother to greet me. Another man, I'm assuming the manager, came out but he was dressed in a regular t-shirt and jeans, very unprofessional. He was behind the counter cutting deli meat. Finally, I asked for my order and one of the male employees handed it to me but did not say a word. I said thank you and was ignored once again. My dad and i love ordering here and probably do so once or twice a week. The service is always fast and the employees are friendly. However i can only give it three stars because about a third of the time i have food delivered they mess up my order. Never any one else in the family just mine. I don't understand how they do that because i order online and what i want is on the receipt. Maybe because we order later for dinner the employees just don't care to read or pay attention to the order. Great place to eat, but i'd suggest going inside the restaurant so you can see exactly what they're doing when they make your sandwich. read more

We have ordered Jimmy John's delivery for lunch off & on since they opened. The sandwiches are good. however customer services is an issue. We order drinks with our sandwiches & more often then not we have issues. Placed my order today & ordered 2 large un-sweet teas. We were delivered sweet teas. We are both diabetic so sweet tea is NOT an option. When I called to let them know they had got our order incorrect, I was asked by the manager what he could do to make it right. I told him that he could bring us the correct drinks. I was then informed that he could not send a driver out for ONLY two teas. I paid $4.50 for those drinks and he can't send a driver out to make it right??? We are approximately one mile away from this Jimmy John's. Seems like sub shops are becoming a dime a dozen around here & I will go elsewhere from now on. Looks like "not being able to send a driver out for only 2 drinks" cost you way more in the long run. ADDED - I will say that after leaving negative feedback on their website I have been contacted by the local business owner and a regional person. They are very sincere about wanting to fix this and keep my business. I am appreciative of their efforts and may reconsider future business dealings. read more

Super gross & overpriced. If you want a sandwich there are dozens of better options. I got a simple turkey sandwich, impossible to screw up you say, I thought so too. Every ingredient seemed either stale or wilted and the bread was not fresh at all. I've been to a few JJ throughout the US and have had an enjoyable experience every time. First time ordering delivery though and you would think they could get it right since its their claim to fame of being fast and getting it right. They forgot my tea. Driver said he'd go look in his car but never came back to tell me what the deal was. I had to call the store to find out. That was 20 mins ago and still no drink. Not so freaky fast on my app order last night. I love JJ's but will not be ordering or going to this one ever again! I ordered on the app, got my confirmation email a minute later at 7:16 pm. At 7:45 pm I called. They said give it another 5-10 minutes. I called back at 7:55 pm and was told how many deliveries and stops the person had to make before me. Really? Why excuses? Final call was at 8:08 pm and told them to cancel my order. Lady says but she is on her way to you now....sure she was!!! I could have walked there and been back home in 52-53 minutes! I will drive all the way across town to order at the other one since that will be faster service! Oh and I called my card company to make sure the charge would be blocked...the guy says it shows a pending charge made at 7:16 pm and one at 8:09 pm. TWO?? He said to call back in 48 hours and they would remove "them" for me, but he couldn't do anything while they were pending. read more

We have been ordering Jimmy John's delivery off and on since they opened. Yes, the food is great, however they cannot seem to get the drinks right. Either our tea has no ice or it is sweet rather than the unsweet we order. We are only a mile away, (3 of us are diabetic and cannot have sweet tea), when we called to ask for a change we were told they could not send a delivery driver out for just drinks. Well we cannot leave either or we would not have asked for delivery! There are two other good sandwich shops around us, we will going there from now on. read more
