I was in the drive-thru and, after receiving my order, drove away. Once we checked the order, my son discovered that we were missing one large French fry and a 10-piece Classic Chicken Nugget. I turned around and went back through the drive-thru to get the missing items. When I arrived at the window, we had to honk the horn to get an employee's attention. Once he came to the window, I explained that items were missing from my order. Instead of listening, he immediately insisted that everything was in the bag because he had packed the order himself and said his "French fry girl is on point." He would not let me show him the order and repeatedly talked over me while I was trying to explain the issue. Eventually, he asked if I wanted to speak with a manager, and I said yes. He left, but the manager never came to the window. Instead, another employee told me to pull forward and said they would bring out the missing food. While I appreciate that the missing items were eventually provided, I was disappointed by how the situation was handled. I felt dismissed, not listened to, and treated as though I was being dishonest. A simple review of my order and a respectful conversation would have resolved the issue much more professionally. read more

Was traveling I 40 West. Stopped here and went through the drive thru at approx 930 pm. Keep in mind we were the only vehicle there and no one dining inside. Ordered a kids meal with nuggets, and 2 number 1 meals. Asked for plenty of ketchup and napkins since we had a child. We were asked to pull forward to wait for fries. After 5 min, they brought our order out. We returned to the hotel, opened the bags, NO KETCHUP, NO NAPKINS, and only 3 Nuggets in the kids meal! To top it off the kids fries were cold, as were the nuggets! Safe to say we won't be going back on our return trip. read more

Ordered the Four for $4. The burger was greasy & flat. The fries were cold. The 4 chicken nuggets were cold & it was not breast meat. The nuggets appeared to be extruded chicken meat parts formed & breaded. I asked for a remake and "pulled forward" to wait. The person that brought me the remade fries & burger bag told me to go to "Land Shark" if I wanted a good burger. Yay! read more

I had the 4 for 4. A jr Cheeseburger Deluxe, Chicken Nuggets, Fries and Coke. The service provided by Terri that took my order was extremely efficient and friendly. She went out of her way to provide great customer service. She mentioned that she was graduating high school this spring. Congratulations Teri. The food was hot and tasty. The restaurant was clean. Terribly rude! Understaffed and overworked ~ too bad, but doesn't excuse the experience. I'll never go there again.

First and foremost I want to mention that our cashier Adreana was very courteous and this review is not based on her service. I have been on the road for 13 hours, and having been eating nothing but gas station food all day, I wanted to stop at Wendy's because of the general quality of food I've been accustomed to from Wendy's in Las Vegas. Unfortunately tonight, Wendy's has let me down in a massive way. My husband ordered a vanilla frosty with his food and I wanted a large drink (costs $2.29.) When I got to the machine, Diet Coke was unavailable. So I waited in the line and asked another cashier if she could pour me some Diet Coke from the drive through machine. She informed me that they were completely out of Diet Coke. Would have been good I know that information before I paid $2.29 for a drink I couldn't have as there wasn't anything else I wanted. Disappointed I returned to my table. When our ticket was called my husband got up to get out food, the cashier forgot about his vanilla frosty. So when he asked about it, he was informed that they are out of vanilla frosties. Again, would have been good to know that before we paid for It. The haphazard management of this establishment has clearly caused me to be rather irritated when it was coupled with a callus approach from the staff. No one ever apologized or offered a solution. We were just expected to accept the situation. I've worked in fast food industry for a few years, so I can say with certainty that making sure to put in your orders on time would avoid this situation. At least inform your customers when there is an outage so people don't feel like they've been taken advantage of. I definitely don't recommend this restaurant, shame. read more

Stopped by on our way back home from a road trip, worst decision we made honestly. The burgers and fries were WAY TOO SALTY. Like, I understand fast food is usually rich in sodium & fat, but these were beyond overpowering and disgusting. Tried to get past it and eat it, gave up halfway. Went to go ask the cashier/manager...literally the cashier was clueless and didn't care to do anything, all he did was ask the manager (i'm assuming that's who she was) if she accidentally let a lil too much salt slip in and she acknowledged it but nothing was done. Y'all have any idea how bad this can be for someone with high blood pressure? I ain't trynna die from a heart attack because of a burger. How y'all gonna admit y'alls mistake and just let it pass? I would've been happier with receiving the wrong order. read more

Took a chance to stop at Wendy's .... man, I hate eating fast food but since we were stopping I would go ahead and get a chicken sandwich. Growing up with Wendy's and remembering the crispy chicken sandwich I used to get, large piece of breast with crispy breading but NOPE! Got a small bun (like the regular hamburger from McDonald's, a little rectangle shape piece of some sort of breading and seemed to be processed chicken that broke apart if you touched it...YUCK!) - my husband even gave me his lettuce&tomato to make it look better,because mind you, they only give you a 2 inch single piece of lettuce&one paper thin tomato! Didn't work!! I had to take it back and show them. The girl the white shirt asked me, "what's wrong with it"? I said, didn't look right and didn't taste right. I ended up ordering and having just their regular hamburger...since I was hungry and on the spot of chancing traveling out in no where land and not being able to eat for awhile. One other thing, while I waited at the counter with the cashier, I was telling her that, that sandwich didn't look anything of a home style crispy chicken sandwich as when I was growing up... she said, "yea, I understand, I myself go to McDonalds" That should of been my clue to walk out.... For the most part we all should eat more healthier and avoid these places however if traveling and nothing else around and you finished all your good healthy food and snacks you packed, then ... I guess but maybe just order the fries until you find some other place like a Flame Broiler or similar!! I feel like I want to just throw up what I ate just because I ate what I ate. PS: when we went to throw out the trash from inside their dining area, the trash was full of gnats flying all over and BIG crickets on the floor! I am giving 4 stars for customer service only. Spencer greeted us and took our order and was the most friendly fast food employee ever! He really made our night and even brought our food out to our table. My burger was a bit cold (fast food on a road trip so I am not expecting much) but Spencer's friendly attitude was worth the stop! read more

Drove in for a 'quick' bite to eat on our long road trip. It took quite a while to get our order taken as the employees weren't working as a team. One young lady was very lackadaisical and was just wanting to leave; Halfway wiping the tables very slowly to kill time, etc. The young lady that took our order was trying her best to run the front end by herself along with another young lady who was taking window orders and making the fries for the orders. The other employees I could see from the front counter were very slow and lacked interest in helping. Very sad to see. It was a much longer stop than it should have been, and the place could use a few upgrades, but I gave it 3 stars because of the two hard working ladies who were busting their butts trying to make up for the other employees being lazy.
