When a customer is standing right in front of you, that lack of acknowledgment and basic service is unacceptable. I seriously considered walking out, but decided to order some food to go. The brisket had a solid, flavorful bark, but the ribs were overcooked. I also tried the jalapeño-cheese sausage after being told they did not make their original sausage in-house. Overall, the disappointing service overshadowed the food. This was a terrible customer experience and unlike anything I've encountered at a barbecue restaurant in the Texas Panhandle.

The employees showed they were customer service oriented, had positive attitudes, and attentive. Bathrooms are also clean enough that they don't make you lose your appetite. Also, they have changed the size of the salad plate they used, was no larger than a coffee cup saucer Why do some merchants not only raise their prices but the amount of product is down sized without any mention to the public? Do we not see these "subtle" changes and can be fooled into any change? Shame!
