this place and its menu have been through quite a few changes since the pandemic. at one point, they really reduced the menu to a few greek inspired dishes and it was never exciting enough of a menu to get me through the door. I noticed recently that they expanded their menu more back to what it used to be so I decided to give it another try. not bad - super good drinks and I am obsessed with the tuna tacos here. main courses were just ok. a bit bland and could have used more flavor. ambiance here is great though and the service is good. really enjoyed the lava cake dessert. had a nice time overall but not the greatest meal ever.

My cousin and I visited AquaTerra Grille for an early lunch on a Saturday. We got there when they just opened so aside from a private party going on in a separate room we were the only guests in the dining area. The restaurant was spacious, well lit and clean. The server greeted us, answered my questions about the menu and took our order. I decided to order Filet mignon spring rolls with a side of chili sauce, honey and feta brussels sprouts and the Parmesan truffle fries. I ordered a Shirley temple for my beverage. The food did not wow me. The rolls lacked flavor and appeared to be dried out. The fries were not as delectable as the name suggested and the brussel sprouts were too busy for my liking. I would return because the seating was cozy and the server was nice but I would for sure order something else on the menu.

Went there for the lunch special. Not a huge but a sufficient variety along with the regular menu. We had the ribs and they were the best I've had in a long time. Waiter, Eric was super friendly. Portions were good and very tasty. I can't wait to try the Sunday brunch.

the food was amazingly delicious! the service was nice and the waiter was so funny and really tried to connect with us! the ambiance was nice and really and calm but we didn't come on a busy day and there were only like 4 tables including us, so i'm not fully sure on how the restaurant is on a busy day.the restaurant really fit the mediterranean and greek cuisine and theme! they also had many options on the menu including greek and mediterranean dishes and also other stuff for people who are picky and might not like everything! anyways i think it was an amazing restaurant and definitely recommend going! and i'll definitely be coming back!

What a treat! My…read morefriend and I grabbed an early dinner for the first time at The Pier, it won't be the last time. We started our dinner with a shared plate of fried calamari. The calamari was tender and the coating was crispy. A perfect appetizer. I enjoyed, a delicious meal of Littleneck Clam Linguine, which I've been talking about ever since. My partner dined on the fresh fish of the day and thoroughly enjoyed his meal as well. Everyone we came in contact with, from the gracious woman who seated us to Beth our helpful and friendly server made us feel welcome. Can't wait to return.

This was recommended to my wife and I by her friends. So don't get me wrong, I was never a big fan…read moreof seafood. Sure I love sushi, but if it tastes fishy, it's bad fish and growing up in Norway on boiled fish and an evil concoction called Lutefisk. I haven't been a big fan of the seafood scene here in the tri-state. This placed changed my mind. The first time here our waitress, Beth made sure we knew what was fresh and popular for the evening. Throw in the fact that the owner Ralph and his mom checked in on us that we were happy with our dinners made this a great over the top local place. Food: For appetizers I had the escargot. It was amazing. Not your standard escargot in a standard scalloped dish with a small dash of garlic and butter, but a bowl consisting of a wonderful broth of escargot, garlic, butter and accompanied with toasted baguette slices. Mains: My wife ordered the "Codfather"consisting of cod, shrimp and scallops. Let's just say I made sure to keep my arms and hands on my side of the table and not attempt to try a sample from her plate with the fear of losing a digit. I ordered the fish and chips. Hey! It's fried, can't go wrong as a non-fish eater going with this route. Nope. Beyond my expectations. My last best fish and chips was at the famous take away at the Borough Market in London. This version? Fresh Cod, well done fries, homemade tartar sauce and coleslaw, just saved me the airfare to the UK. We have all ready been back twice. It is our new fave.

I would give it 5 stars. Our waitress Swe, was delightful, kind, happy, described the dishes, gave suggestions, she is what you would expect from a waitress. Even the food runners were excellent, smiled and said hello when they approached the table. The service was definitely 5 star. The Food, presentation was excellent. The flavors, just weren't there. We started with these beautiful onion rings which were house made. Big, beautiful and fried to a crisp golden perfection, yet taste, there was none. absolutely nothing. the most boring onion ring ever. Then the wedge salad, chopped and soggy. If your going to reinvent a classic salad, it better be good. I had the seared yellow fin tuna, again what happen to the flavor. it had a carrot ginger puree, that was more for color than flavor. the best part was the arugula pickled onions and tomatoes that came on the plate. My dinner partner had 16 oz prime dry age rib eye, which he did not enjoy. I am not a meat eater but tastes it and was not impressed. this steak was so thin. they took 16oz and spread it across the entire plate, taking away the true essences of a steak. I was pretty disappointed in the food but the cocktails were very good as well as their wine-selection. I beautiful place with great staff, which i would go back maybe just for happy hour. One other disappointment is with being such an nice steakhouse and all of the staff dressed and all so professional why isn't there any type os dressed code. Why are they allowing people to dine in sweatpants and messy t shirts. They should have a requirement. most diners were dressed so nice but allowing sweat pants. my two star rating is based solely on the flavor of the food.

Sooo the food was just as tasty and fresh but had some different items which was nice. Inside is roomy and cozy. It was a tad slow on service but considering that only the owner and another waiter working that night so that's understandable. Overall it's a solid place for AYCE with a bar.

We ordered the sushi and sashimi combo for two along with the pepper tuna, and everything that came out looked beautiful and tasted even better. The fish was incredibly fresh, with clean, delicate flavors that really stood out. The presentation was also a nice touch, especially the decorative details that made the whole plate feel special. The pepper tuna was a highlight--perfectly seasoned with just the right balance of spice, and sliced thick enough to really enjoy the texture. On top of that, the restaurant itself was spotless and had a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere, which made the whole meal even more enjoyable. Definitely a place we'd come back to when we're craving fresh, high-quality sushi with great service.

I've been ordering from Koi 21 for years, but had never actually gone there to eat in (side note,…read morethe delivery experience with Koi is also amazing). Upon finally heading there to actually sit in the restaurant and eat, I was really pleasantly surprised. Koi is tucked away from the main stretch of restaurants in Pearl River and has its own parking lot which is an added plus. The interior of the space is really pretty - they actually have a koi pond with waterfall inside, which gives a really pretty vibe and they even have these tucked away spaces for more private dining as well. The staff is so friendly and attentive - your drink never gets close to empty before they're asking if you want a refill and the food comes out quickly. The food itself is DELICIOUS - definitely my go-to sushi spot in the area with a great variety, so if you're not a sushi fan, there's still hibachi and a lot of cooked dishes too, so there is something for everyone. The price for value is wild - the portions are big and the quality is always excellent. Some of my favorites are the crab rangoon, the veggie gyoza, tuna pizza, the rock shrimp (basically a bang bang shrimp that is SO delicious), and honestly any of the sushi rolls (the OMG and Crazy Tuna specialty rolls are always a hit and I always love a Philly roll with avocado and cucumber as well). There is a minimal upcharge for brown rice, which is my go-to. Another plus is that Koi has a full bar. The wine by the glass options are okay, but the lychee martini I had was decent! Not the best, but still a bonus and nice to have. I will still order delivery from Koi, but will also make more of an effort to get here for the great service, food, and atmosphere!

My kids love the steak teriyaki, but aren't crazy about the vegetables that come with it. They're a bit watery in the teriyaki. Overall, great experiences here and they never mess up an order. My takeout bags have been complete and never missing anything. I'll keep returning.
