Took my daughter for a full set and I needed a fill. Wanted something simple and matching for Valentine's Day. I Seen it was in a great location assumed it had to have great service. WRONG!! The "front desk" lady was extremely annoying asking questions non stop and pacing back and forth interrupting. I showed her a picture of what we wanted and she said "oh yes we can do". As our nails are being worked on she stops and says, your daughter nail will be $70.00 with design. I said excuse me I've never paid that for a full set of nails. She said well we can talk about your budget and i can charge you $15 less without design. I expressed "my budget" was not the issue, Your nail tech seems unsure if she can even fulfill what we are wanting. She insisted oh no "we can do" whatever lady I'll pay as long as I like her nails. Then proceeds to interrupt again asking what I was doing with mine. I said no design just pink square simple. Her response "okay $60 for you because it's fill." $130 for 2 nails without a pedicure etc WOW!! I'm expecting something phenomenal to come of this fill! I'll let the picture speak for itself ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE, PRICING AND NO ENGLISH I'm not greedy i paid what they asked, after all it's time we don't get back that I'm angry about. All I can say, is I don't trust anyone else with my eyebrows. I go to this location primarily for Kimberly! She is very sweet and does impeccable work, dark brows can be unforgiving. I know that if she's not there I can trust anyone she has trained. Nails =They are very artistic, I've seen some gorgeous work, even though I prefer my nails simple. I always leave very pleased with whatever I request, and it lasts! They always work with my schedule for appointments and even when I walk in. I had an appointment here at 1pm and upon arriving, the receptionist was already confused and couldn't find my name. We were then taken to chairs and waited for an hour, asking her when we would get to go in to which she replied "A few minutes." At 2pm, we got up and left, seeing as we were not going to be placed anytime soon. We told her and she replied saying that everyone else had appointments at the same time and they were short staffed. However, a company should not schedule appointments when they do not have availabilities. Not to mention they had a dog walking around. This is incredibly unprofessional, unsanitary, and unsafe seeing as customers may be allergic or uncomfortable around dogs. Would not recommend at all. read more

Well, within 6 hours of BOTH of my daughters manicures being done, more than half of the pint came off prompting 2 very upset girls as the reason for this special day was for school. I had to take off all of their nail polish and paint it myself again. What an absolute waste of money. Within 2 days, I have 3 nails that completely peeled off due to the shear amount of paint the lady put on mine. Will never return or recommend. read more

Gave them another shot still rude and unorganized. I had an apt but still waited forever between my mani and pedi. During my mani asked a question she just glared at me before answering and went back to watching a video on her phone and singing. Had a different person for my pedi and she scrubbed my legs with a nail brush and got gel polish all over my foot. Pretty disappointed. Also If you are going to make me wear a mask and use hand sanitizer that's fine but they should be doing the same and my nail lady was singing away unmasked. Then I went to pay and I paid my tag and as I'm leaving they said you didn't pay for both services. Well I was never given prices or a menu don't get mad at me for only paying what tag I was given. I came in for a pedicure today and the woman doing my toes was very rough, continuously cut my skin, and would slap my legs rather than just telling me to put them in the water. I got the SHORTEST massage and scrub I have ever had it and my toenails are all different lengths. PLUS I paid $55 for this and to literally be tensed and in pain the entire time!! I got the basic pedicure too...I came in to relax and treat myself and ended up just wanting it to be over as soon as it could be. A few months ago I called this place early in the week and booked an appointment for a full/set & pedi with 2 specific nail techs because I know their work is good. I showed up several days later on a Saturday morning only to find out they never even bothered calling the two manicurists to notify them they had clients. On top of that the woman at the desk looked at me as if I were the person with a problem. She was very rude, non accommodating, unprofessional, and had no desire to try and figure out why this even happened in the first place. I finally just walked out. This shop is ridiculous. The lady with the headset behind the counter is very rude. No sign anywhere at check in about cash only. She has a credit machine but told me to get cash out of her atm because her machine costs money. I explained I didn't have a cash card on me and no sign states cash only. She did finally run it but it took an argument to get it done. They constantly talk in another language every time someone enters and do lots of talking and laughing. It's not a very friendly atmosphere or relaxing. The one star is because the lady who did preform my service actually did a nice job after I got her to understand what I wanted done. The first time- mail dipping during covid on the sidewalk. Nails cut too short. But not going to complain during covid. 2nd time dipping was meh. 3rd time. It took to hours to complete. It was a dipping and gel mix (obviously the gal didn't know how to do nails) Returned to fix it and recommend to get acrylics They fixed 3 nails very well Today, went back for a full set and now, after 8 hours ALL my fingernails hurt. I will never go back, I have been going to Aqua for years. I supported during Covid and had my nails done outside, and am loyal to both locations. I had a gel manicure done and asked the girl while she was doing it if she could fix it. The polish was uneven and bumpy. She called the owner over and she only added more gel to the top. I ended up with thick bumpy gel polish and my manicure looked horrid. I was the last person there and it was late so I left it alone. I paid $180 for my daughter and I. I called the following day because I couldn't handle it. She told me to come in the morning and the owner Kimberly Nguyen would would fix them. I got to the salon at 9:30 and waited 45 minutes. When I asked how much longer she said Kimberly wouldn't be available until 12:30. I left and came back. I waited 15 more minutes and Kimberly was so rude and asked me what the problem was. I showed her and she began an to tell me the polish was bumpy because its my nail. I am not stupid Kimberly. She took off the gel and started nipping my cuticles without soaking and softening them. It was so painful... I washed my hands and looked at my nails afterwards and noticed I was bleeding on all of my nails. I wanted to walk out. I let her polish them and came home with my fingers hurting so bad. I can't believe what a horrible person Kimberly Nguyen is. I will be reporting this to the Department of Barbering and Cosmetology. I have gone to this place a couple of times. Not the best work (usually nails are not painting as well as I would like) but I'm seen quickly which is why I go back. Well I went on Sunday (4/11/21) evening. The lady doing my nails was quite young. While doing my nails she cut me and I bled. I thought nothing of it as It has happened before. But my finger still hurt Monday and Tuesday. On Wednesday I had to go to urgent care because my finger was pulsing and hot. I had to get antibiotics because I had an infection!!!! It is now the following week (4/19/21). My finger is no longer in pain but I'm annoyed I paid $40 (for a fill and gel polish) and then additional money for urgent care and the medicine! Was out for the day with friends and we decided to try a new nail place. Unfortunately, we did not look at the reviews first. Their nails are okay at best. They don't offer a set nail price. My full acrylic set was 70 dollars! The font desk lady asked the nail tech next to her what she should charge. They randomly came up with $70 for a basic acrylic set. I recently went in with my mom and had a gel manicure. The lady that did mine was very unfriendly and distracted. She talked to her coworker the entire time she did my manicure. There is a sign that says that the gel polish is suppose to last 21 days (as it should seeing as how they charge an extra $15 to your service for it) however, five days after my manicure the polish is already lifting and chipping off of most of my nails. Total waste of money. During my moms manicure, she got up to wash her hands off. While she was washing her hands, her manicurist got the nail clippers he had been using on her and started clipping HIS OWN finger nails and left all of his nail clippings on the towel that he continued using to sit my moms hands on during her manicure. Complete gross and unprofessional. If I were you I wouldn't waste your time here. read more

While I'm soaking my feet 2 employees arguing with each other. No other employee tells them to stop they sit there allowing them to yell while people are getting their nails and toes done. I have been coming here for about 2 years. I live not too far away so this location was ideal for me. This past year the atmosphere has changed. I understand Covid had an affect on many work places but this salon never closed down for more than a month. I get regular dip on my nails. I come in and ask how long the wait is and they say 5 min every time. I end up waiting 30 min to get started and another 20 sitting in foils to soak of my previous dip. Overall it takes around 2 total hours just for dip nails. I recently went 5 min down the street to Vogue nails and was in and out in less than an hour. I won't be returning. Bad service. Long wait times. Lack of skills for mediocre designs. Also, they charged me an extra 5 bucks to take off acrylic off my one big toe because it was previously cracked. 5 BUCKS FOR ONE TOE! Giving two stars for the girls I have seen for the past two years who do a fairly good job but that's about it. read more
