I've leased 2 vehicle through Joe W. He has been great to work with, and I agree they provide a level of service that can't be found at a single car dealer. With the most recent purchase in July, we were trying to decide between models from different manufacturers. After discussing this with Joe, both cars were there the next day to drive back to back. Not going to find that anywhere else in town. The only reason I can't give them a 5 is US Bank. It is more difficult to get out of their leases than the typical manufacturer lease UNLESS you go back through Apple for the next vehicle. I've leased a dozen or so vehicles in the past from GM and never had an issue terminating early. This isn't the case with USBank. In our current situation Joe was very flexible with getting us out of our previous lease and into a different vehicle. When trying to go through a dealer for the same change, it was VERY expensive to terminate the lease early. Apple is great to work with, and we'll definitely use them for new cars in the future. read more

We just had our first Apple Leasing experience. I would highly recommend it. Unless you like driving all over town to find your car and then to hassle with the sales person. If you know exactly what you want in your new car it could be easier than our time. We knew generally but not all the specifics. But Jeff managed to find the perfect new truck for my husband. I called and got put through to Julian and let him know I was looking for a lease price on a new Sequoia. They were courteous very courteous and by the second call knew me by name and treated me like a friend throughout the process. They got my payment lower than the two dealers I had visited and got quotes for on the exact same model with the exact same options. We did have a little confusion about some of the terms we spoke on during the calls when it was time to sign the documents but they were true professionals and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the deal I got. I would not recommend this service. It was not clear at all where I was in the process what was taking so long and I had to reach out several times after having been given timelines when I would hear back that came and went. The lack of information I was given about price breakdown, color of car and specs was astounding. I was given phone calls where vague details were given. I felt very pressured to use this service since they ran my credit prior to me agreeing to any vehicle or price. It was also extremely nerve wracking to try and lease a car that I had never seen and didn't actually know all the details about. The process took much longer than going to a dealership. Initially it took 1.5 days from their initial contact for me to even hear about a car that might work even though I was told I would hear back in a couple of hours. Then additional days for them to get the financing in place. When I asked again about getting the car with the specs I wanted it took an additional week to get it. I was also never even told the color of the vehicle. I didn't get any specs until I emailed and asked for the exact details. Lastly I was initially told 90 days with no payments but ended up with 60 days. Please learn from my experience about the payments and if it's close to the end of the month wait until the next month to close so that you truly get 2 months without a payment. I only received 1 month without a payment since I paid my old car payment in the same month I closed (October) and then now owe a car payment at the end of December since I closed on October 28th. But hey that's technically 60 days from when I closed so they didn't lie. read more

I leased a Nissan Juke from these guys and wow was that easy! They allowed me a whole mess of miles on my lease, made my trade in so easy, gave me money back on my trade in, and a good interest rate! The customer service was great and I loved working with Joe W. Last year I was trying to lease a brand new car with them, but couldn't get what I wanted in my budget- sometimes that happens. Great for purchasing! I had been shopping around for a Corvette for a couple weeks and had called Corvette World in Austin first. They were really rude and lied about prices they had listed online. I saw a Corvette listed by Apple and gave them a call for more information. McCaleb was a pleasure to work with and made the process really easy, even delivering the car to me for the test drive and paperwork. There was a slight hang up the day after I purchased the vehicle but Apple stood by their word and took care of it and for that they get my 5 stars. Bought a Merced-Benz C230 in early March and was helped by McCaleb. This was my first car purchase and did not do my homework. The car currently is a lemon (I do know a car has to be under existing manufacture warranty technically to be called a "lemon") and sold with no warranty, as-is. It is currently at Mercedes-Benz of Austin for it's second full straight week. MB called me this morning and told me they "exhausted all their resources" and sent a ticket up to MB USA to see if they have any advice on if to continue to try to repair or not. I still have not received my original paperwork that was supposed to be mailed to me after numerous conformations that the paper work has been sent. In my opinion, I would not buy from this company not just because of their product, but also because of the sales staff. When I called McCaleb about my paperwork and problems with the car he became very aggravated and carried an aggressive tone over the phone about how he was rushing the process because I had a lot going on that month. Ridiculous. Not reputable. Tori T. is somewhat related to them as well as Tara H. If you feel like go to the dealer look at cars and take at least a week or so and decide for yourself. Take it to a trusted mechanic as well, something I did not do! read more

Let's just say that my opinion of true Customer Service is someone making the daily decision to meet the customers needs while exceeding their expectations. Scott did exactly that for us. He was patient while we confused ourselves with choices, helpful in offering to assist us in narrowing those choices down and yet never pushed us one way or another. He simply answered every call, question and concern we had and let us take as much time as we needed. When we finally set our minds on a car, he found the exact model out of town, and without us even signing papers yet, he had it available for us to look over in less than 24hrs! That is what I call exceeding my expectations! Let's face it: a car is a car and, all things being equal, it is the same no matter where you buy it. The best thing about Apple Leasing is their extensive knowledge of all cars. When you go to individual dealers they are pushing their cars and so it is hard to get accurate comparison. We have leased with Apple several times and Scott has always given us a great price with and with a good car. I just bought a G37 at Apple. McCaleb was the sales rep. It was the easiest car experience I have had. No high pressure... I got a fair price for my trade in and a good price on the car I purchased. Paperwork handled quickly. They agreed to do a minor touch up on car after purchase... they took care of the touch up and gave me a very nice loaner for the day. Even if I were going to nit-pic and try to find something wrong, in this case I could not. McCaleb said what he would do... and did it. I'm having a great time in my new convertible. I have probably bought in excess of 25 cars in my life and the experience is always the same old thing at the dealerships... haggle, haggle, bait and switch, haggle some more... then at the finance table it's: "Oh there's this fee and that fee and add this to that, etc." and next thing you know the money down and the monthly payment that you were originally quoted are gone. At Apple Leasing the experience couldn't have been more different!!! I emailed and got in touch with Buddy Wall. I told him what I wanted and what my wife wanted. I gave him our existing vin numbers and pay off information and next thing you know Buddy is pulling up to my office with vehicles that fit my criteria! I told him what payments we could afford and he made it happen. It was BY FAR the EASIEST car deal I have ever done! Not to mention that I didn't have to settle for one thing! I and my wife got EXACTLY what we wanted! Unless my situation significantly changes I will NEVER walk into another car dealership as long as I live. I cannot even begin to describe the experience I had with Apple Leasing. This car was the first car that I purchased by myself as a young professional. I gave Justin the price I wanted to pay every month and the type of car I wanted and he literally took care of everything for me. There was no coming into the dealership and haggling for a price or going back and forth. Justin said he would make it happen and he made it happen. He called and texted me through the entire process and in a matter of a day I was at Apple Leasing signing the lease papers for my car and was out within 20 minutes! I'm just in awe of this amazing customer service they provided and how easy Justin made this entire process of purchasing my first new car. Shopping for cars is never fun, but I had hoped for a more positive experience based on the reviews, but unfortunately that was not the case. When I spoke with Justin, I was upfront about our budget and interests, etc. and it was clear from the get go that he wasn't interested in working with me. Maybe it was our budget, or the fact that I was a female, but while we were chatting, he asked me a question, and mid-sentence of my response, he cut me off and asked me if he could call me right back. I never heard from him again, and when I followed up via email he claimed he'd been "stuck on a call". I had already done my research going into this, and had a pretty good idea of what we could afford, and the monthly prices he was quoting were well above anything else I'd seen. When I asked for a breakdown of how he was getting to the monthly payment, I got no response. I can only assume they were inflating the value of the vehicle in order to drive a higher monthly lease payment. That might not be the case, but they weren't willing to provide information otherwise. Either way, the poor customer service was a deal breaker for us and we decided to take our business elsewhere. read more

Methinks not is a very accurate rating. I'm only going to get into facts here. The fact is that i arranged directly from Apple Leasing's website (so there was no misunderstanding) on the vehicle that i wanted to look at along with submitting my offer(per their link). I needed to hear something back that day because there were other cars i was looking at also. After not hearing back i decided to call. I spoke with Joe whom i discussed the vehicle i wanted to test drive. He asked me details in which my online offer came up. He said that as long as it wasn't a ridiculous offer they would consider it. I told him that "I didn't know what they considered ridiculous" but then gave him what i submitted in which his response was, "yeah, that's ridiculous. Being that i had others lined up, i thanked him for his time. He asked if he could help with another vehicle and i declined because i wanted that particular one and was willing to pay cash for it. He then asked for my number (in which i declined and told him he could email me, because i was at work-he must not have known that when you submit information on their site, they require that you put your number(which i dislike but did anyway). We negotiate pricing ( which i was very excited about) over email and i was going to go after work to go test drive. Mind you, it was a Friday during rush hour, raining and a long drive out of my way, but i wanted this vehicle. I get to the lot (which is very small) and Robert was standing outside with a couple. I stood there for a few moments (with absolutely no acknowledgement whatsoever) so i decided to go inside and get help. There was absolutely no one there, nor did Robert come in just to say "I'll be with you in a minute", so i went outside and asked him if he was Robert. With his amazing customer service/sales skills, he mustered up the ability to say "They are over there, the keys are in them" When i walked over there was a vehicle parked in a manner to suggest that that was the one i was to look at. It was not the vehicle we discussed. I got into the vehicle we did discuss to take a look. That's when Robert came over to let me know "This is not the vehicle, they said they called you to let you know there's no way they could do the terms on the vehicle that you wanted" apparently because of the added stuff they had in it. I was completely repulsed at the level of professionalism that this company was seriously lacking. I would not recommend them to anyone. This was over the weekend so i received a follow up call from Joe W. who said that Robert had let him know i had stopped by. Apparently, Robert didn't tell him that i was pretty mad about what transpired and that i felt they completely wasted my time. Oh, almost forgot. Robert also said they tried to call me to tell me before i came out there and that they left me a message, but i had no missed calls from these people. If i had, i certainly would not have wasted my time. I have bought several vehicles over my time, second to none, in my opinion, worst customer service ever for auto sales (and that's saying alot, especially when buying a new vehicle can be stressful enough). I was willing to pay cash, the least you could do is say my name right, It's spelled Joanne and not pronounced Joanna, there is no "a" but an "e" at the end of my name.
