Update 2 days later: You can not open the boxes in the store. Some rule... But when I got home I found out the portable charger can't. Be used in a purse or back pack or fanny pack. It's a heat and venting issue. Counter top only. We clearly explained our intent. In a back pack on a French Coast 2 week trek . And the cord connect is for a lightning connection phone and her's is usb-c. So we can't use the cord provided anyway. It's a good thing we tried a set up and did read the fold out. Totally unusable and all have to go back. And we had 2 genius people helping. Obviously no one reads the fold outs. I knew In 3 minutes this wasn't going to fly. So Back today for full refund. 2 week policy. So glad she didn't discover this in France. That's in a week. Whew!!!

Sadly the only Apple Store in Tucson - so just imagine the wait.. however very friendly customer service is always walking around to see who they can assist. Try to make an appointment before going-that's the way to go! IMO

I wandered around for a minute or two and then someone asked me if I needed help so I checked in with my iPhone and was seeing after about 10 minutes. They are repairing my Apple AirPod maxes right now and they should be done by Sunday so I'm gonna be in Tucson for a little bit. It was 30 bucks so the value was there For a $600 pair of headphones. I am totally satisfied with Apple in Tucson.

I decided to head to the apple store for a new screen protector for my iPhone 15 pro, but I went the day after launch day and lets just say it was a MAD HOUSE! First Impression: As per usual! The apple store is always clean, friendly and lively. Wouldn't expect any less :). Interactions: I was greeted at the door, and inside the store. They really do a good job at making sure you feel welcomed. The customer service at the store is top notch considering how hectic the store can be. Service: The service was pretty quick considering how jam packed the store was on post launch day. I probably should of waited a few days in reality, but I needed a screen protector on the new phone. Honestly was pretty shocked how fast I was able to get in and out since there were lines out the door (literally). Value: $42 dollars is a good value for a screen protector that holds up well and has insurance on it if it doesn't hold up. Long-term investment is how I look at it so the price may seem steep but considering what you get its worth it IMO. Mileage may vary on how you view the cost to ROI. Recommendation: I had a good experience going there despite it being extremely packed/busy. While I'd say I wouldn't go there during launch days, most days I've gone to the store its usually pretty busy. Aside from the visit, totally would recommend anyone visit for any needs/concerns they might have with there phone or products. Their customer service really is top notch.

We went in on a Monday about noon without an appointment. This is not their quiet day. There were a lot of people there. There were also about 18 staff there assisting customers. Check in process was very good. We got checked in and headed over to check out the new iMacs while we waited for someone to help us. Cezar stopped by to see if we knew what we wanted and what kind of services we needed. He seemed to speed things up once we had spoken with him. Another team member came by and got us on the Genius Bar list. They were able to migrate much of our data from the old computer. We were fine with the 24-48 hour estimate for the migration. Our 13+ years old iMac needed all the help it could get after serving us well. Actually ended up getting the migration done in less than three hours! Matt B was awesome at the Genius Bar! Cezar was amazing throughout! Seemed he could not get across the room without a team member asking him questions. Incredible expertise in all that we saw him involved with. Everyone we dealt with was great! We noticed that all of team members dealt well with all the customers. Really interesting to see each of them being able to assist those customers who are older and perhaps struggling with the technology. Just an amazing experience! We were able to have our old computer recycled there. One stop shopping and incredible experience! Great customer service! Patient and friendly staff! Well worth the one hour drive from our home. Would recommend this location to anyone needing Apple support or products. Top notch! Thanks to all team members for an excellent experience! Great value as well.

I went in to upgrade one watch and add another to take advantage of a promo. I mentioned this right at the start. After the order was placed, I noticed on the receipt that two new lines had been added instead of upgrading the existing one as requested. That mistake led to the hassle of canceling the order -- something they couldn't even do in-store. The associate didn't seem familiar with the promo until he looked it up himself, and overall didn't appear very motivated to complete the sale. Maybe that's because it was a ship-to-home order, but either way, it left a poor impression. Important note: this is an authorized retailer, not a corporate AT&T store. There are only two company-owned stores left in Tucson. You can find them using AT&T's store locator (top right of the website or in the menu) -- just make sure to filter for "Company Owned Stores." But when the iPhone came out with the finge rprint ID I couldn't use the OtterBox anymore and had to get a screen cover; this is the first place that I thought of. Man, what a great investment. The store has moved since I first year do business with them. Presently it's across from Hot Topic in the Tucson mall. Several times when my phone dropped, that screen protector has saved my screen from chips, scratches, and cracks. Once you buy the screen cover, if there's any problems, they replace it for five dollars. Over the last few years, I've replaced the cover six times, which is totally worth it initial investment, compared to replacing the screen on my iPhone pro max. The staff are super cool. I've never had to wait very long to get the new screen protector replaced. So do yourself a favor, and get your screen cover before your keys scratch it. They also replace batteries and screens on iPads, in addition to full service phone repairs. I got my iPad screen replaced and that took an hour. They sale cords and cases too. I'm happy with my dealings here at MobileBytes

As of October, this year, I acquired address 2. Cox has been great to me so far, so I started a SEPERATE line at address 2 (using yet another amazing promotion). Up to this point I am now moving out of address 1. I saw on the website that we can transfer service to a roommate (which I have at address 1). Called them up, took a few tries, but eventually got WHAT I THOUGHT (and made sure to check) was address 1 disconnected and switched to the roommate. Went into my cox account to learn they switched ADDRESS 2, taking me out of my newly started promotion and still having me associated to address 1. With how long this has been taking and for it to mess up this bad, I am PISSED. Drove to COX on Campbell, took a couple breaths before I walked, and laid it out for Roxy (employee I was chatting with). Super calm, cordial conversation. And that's where we are at with 4 stars. Online COX customer service needs some serious work (i will avoid using it again). In-person, COX is amazing, super kind employees at every location I have been at, and really are looking to help. My case is still in process, but up to this point COX on campbell has been a 5-star experience with how my situation is being handled. It will be a certified 5 if they can satisfy this case. Thank you Roxy, and I sooo deeply apologize that you got all this thrown at you. (#Frank, you don't go unnoticed, neither does the DJ)

Unfortunately, purchasing a refurbished lab top from them was a different experience. After taking my previous laptop in for service and learning it was fried, I decided to purchase a refurbished laptop from them. I figured it was safe since my previous service experiences had been positive and I had never felt like I was being ripped off. After a sleazy sales pitch, I purchased a refurbished Dell laptop for around $600. I have had refurbished computers in the past and have never had an issue with them. This Dell, however, is the worst machine I have ever had. It is, by far, the slowest computer I have ever used and it does not maintain a charge. I have to have it plugged in at all times while I am using it. Might as well be a desktop from the mid 90s. It is an extremely frustrating machine to use. Soon after losing $600 on this pile of junk, I notified Ready Set Repair of its issues via their online portal. I never received a response. I will not be going back to Ready Set Repair for services, sales, or anything else. I do not recommend them and advise anyone seeking their products or services to be wary of untrustworthy sleazy schmoozers. Gross.

A 30-day guarantee would reflect an understanding of real-world business pressures and remove unnecessary strain. Although the payment for Greg's services was refunded, that wasn't the outcome I was looking for. One part that was honestly disconcerting for me is that I've had a very good relationship with your company for nearly 20 years -- essentially since you first started. I remember when you were working out of your living room, and I've genuinely been glad to see how the business has grown over time. What caught me off guard was that the young lady I spoke with had no awareness of who I was or the history I've had with Geeks2You. After hanging up, I felt less like a long-standing client and more like just another name in the system. Loyalty and history matter -- especially in small business relationships. I've valued supporting your company over the years, and I hope that kind of long-term connection still means something on your end as well.
