I ordered my prescription refill on the website, as their phone recording asked me to. I checked my prescription status later and it said Available with a lovely green When I arrived to pick it up, I was told not only was it not ready, but it wasn't even in stock. They had no explanation as to why I got the affirmative notice other than "the system's been acting up." If it's not working, then it shouldn't be offered as an option. My husband thinks they really did have my medicine at one point, but gave it to someone else. Who knows, but unacceptable either way. The women at the front desk were very kind and apologetic, but it wasn't their fault. read more

Consistently terrible experience with this pharmacy. I am forced to use them as they are the only one in the area to fill my script. I had come by on my lunch break to bring them a new insurance card, after waiting a bit an employee took the card and brought it back several minute later. So I assumed my insurance had been updated in my file. Nope. Called a couple weeks later for a refill and they only had my old insurance on file and no record of my new insurance that I had brought. Now I have to wait while they contact my new insurance for approval before I can get a refill. Why on earth would I waste my lunch break to drive down there for absolutely nothing to be done. read more

reliable and helpful local pharmacy. Staff looks out for customers. Convenient locations in Salisbury and Fruitland.

They don't have the medications needed most of time , have to keep going there every month

Used Apple Drugs a year ago when I got my Rollator. Went physically to the store and it was easy. Now when I go on line to find something specific have no success. And forget calling to get info on products on phone forever then just hang up. Wish there was a website to look up what is available. read more

I certainly don't mind using an automated refill at Drug Stores but sometimes you need to speak to some one if your prescription has changed. I tried to call thee times and was put on hold and gave up after over 20 minutes waiting. Today I called and decided I would wait to see how long it took for some one to answer and help me . At about an hour and 5 minutes I hung up for the automated recording telling me I was first in line played for the last 25 minutes. If I was first in line to be helped I pity those behind me. Time to look for a new Drug Store for Apple Drugs has certainly lost touch with the people that have been loyal customers for years. Shame on you guys! Remember when AOL was number one and look where they are now for doing the same thing you are doing! read more

If you need CPAP supplies don't go here. I'm always greeted with an attitude. Amazon it is without the hassle.

Needed to get a refill of a compound medicine that Apple had filled for me twice. Each time in a day or two. The third time recently too almost 2 weeks. There was no explanation and little help from the pharmacist in finding out why the delay or getting a real commitment as to when it would be ready.... Several promises and commitments were broken. I would certainly not use them again if it were possible to get this compound someplace else. read more

Good prompt service. A drugstore like drugstores used to be. Good selection of medical devices. Not a place to pick up groceries, etc. Large parking lot. read more

Very pleasant and helpful for durable medical equipment. Short term rentals as well as new product sales. Excellent service. Great on the phone and even better customer service on site read more

its pretty insane to me how they have a rating of 2.9 on here. by a really long shot this place is the best when it comes to filling prescription. I've used probably every Pharmacy in the area since I moved down here. if an issue they would help me resolve it I never felt disrespected there was one lady who was a little bit magoo but even she's grown on me. Great place and would definitely recommend recommended read more

Four stars due to the exceptional customer service. While I did have to wait, once helped the associates were friendly and knowledgeable. Plus they were pretty busy. They do not accept United Healthcare in the medical supplies section of the store, but Tonya/Tanya called another medical supply store that would. I can't ask for better service than that! read more

Apple Discount Drugs - Drugstores Near Me - Salisbury, Maryland

I received my COVID vaccine here and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The wait time was minimal and all the staff members I interacted with were very friendly. They took the time to make sure I was comfortable and made the shot as painless as possible. read more

I have had nothing but bad experiences with this pharmacy. I keep trying to give them benefit of doubt and there is a few good customer service workers but the wait times are out of control. They tried to talk me out of waiting and coming back but I won't that's a ridiculous drive to make to have to come back cause they are busy. They have 9 people working so I just don't understand and had they not messed up the week before and forgot to fill one of our scripts I wouldn't even be here today. Then to top it off the woman at the computer is loudly complaining about how doctors are sending prescriptions of over the counter meds that patients "need to buy themselves cause it takes to long to put it in the pc" needs to remember her position. read more

Called ahead to make sure they had what I needed (knee walker) after leaving dr office. They said they had it I said I would be there in 20 minutes. I arrived in 20 min and they had just sold the last one. I asked to speak with the manager and asked if there was any where else in town where I could get one and he said no. Didn't offer to call. Got in my car the very first place I called had one waiting for me. Not helpful not friendly not professional!! read more

I called Apple in Salisbury and spoke to Ben. Although he had no alternatives for me he was amazing. He took the time to go thru a few types of Insulin and discussed the costs with me. We were not able to find one that I can afford. It's back to the doctor to discuss my options. Thank you Ben. :) read more

I was very disappointed with the customer service. My doctor faxed over the order for medical equipment and I was told they would contact me. I waited a week and called them, they never returned my call and after a week I called again and when I spoke with them they said they were behind 10 days, but then claimed they never got the order, although i had proof the fax was received. They had me call my doctor to have it refaxed. I asked for it to be handled right away since it had already been 2 weeks. Another week went by and I called and did get a return call the next day, but they said they didnt have my name or anything on me, the person was rude and unhelpful, and apparently this time they only got a page of the fax instead of the whole order and claimed they didnt have enough to go on, even though I had the confirmation of the fax and correct pages sent. Then they said they might get to it in about 10 days. By this time I'd gone from July 26 to August 25 without the necessary medical equipment. I then called American Home Patient and in less then one week was all set up! I do not recommend Apple Drug at all. read more
