The transfer was anything but smooth. COnfusion in prescriptions and the number of refills left drove me crazy. Getting refills is a whole different problem. It's taken 5 days in some cases to get a script filled. Sometimes they call and let you know it's ready and other times they don't, you have to follow up. I've dealt with several other pharmacies they all have their quirks, but Sussex has to be the worst one I have ever dealt with in my life. If you have a choice of pharmacies it's advisable to avoid this one.

They don't offer customers a service telephone number. So I communicated back-and-forth with representative James. I asked him is there a way that I can reset the device because it's not turning on and I've replaced the batteries. He continuously told me in so many different ways, there is no way that the unit will work again, it's old, replace it. I asked him again before we ended that part of the conversation, is there a way to reset the device it's a smart device. While he was giving me a 30% discount code for a new scale, I looked up on YouTube, during our conversation via chat, on how to reset the device, I then shared this information with James and told him how to give customers proper information instead of just trying to upsell a new device. If I had to buy another scale, it would not be Withings.

They offer delivery which is extremely helpful when we are sick, and not really up to driving. Both pharmacists I have met, are super helpful and kind. They are so on the ball, knowledgeable, and so friendly! They actually take the time to talk with you if you have questions, or concerns, and genuinely seem to want to help! Even my dog loves them!! Sometimes she comes in the car with me to pick up my meds in the drive through, she always gets super excited because they are so sweet to her, plus they always give her a milk-bone which she appreciates! There is not one negative thing at all to say about this pharmacy. Besides the kind staff, quick fill of meds, as well as delivery, I think my favorite thing about this pharmacy is that it makes you feel like you are at your local neighborhood pharmacy.
