They were my fourth choice after the large chain pharmacies either outright declined or presented me with time intensive process hurdles. Now Riverside pharmacy will be my first choice. They offer delivery which is extremely helpful when we are sick, and not really up to driving. Both pharmacists I have met, are super helpful and kind. They are so on the ball, knowledgeable, and so friendly! They actually take the time to talk with you if you have questions, or concerns, and genuinely seem to want to help! Even my dog loves them!! Sometimes she comes in the car with me to pick up my meds in the drive through, she always gets super excited because they are so sweet to her, plus they always give her a milk-bone which she appreciates! There is not one negative thing at all to say about this pharmacy. Besides the kind staff, quick fill of meds, as well as delivery, I think my favorite thing about this pharmacy is that it makes you feel like you are at your local neighborhood pharmacy. They remember your name, they are never unpleasant, and super efficient! It is refreshing to go into public these days, and be treated so kind. The transfer was anything but smooth. COnfusion in prescriptions and the number of refills left drove me crazy. Getting refills is a whole different problem. It's taken 5 days in some cases to get a script filled. Sometimes they call and let you know it's ready and other times they don't, you have to follow up. I've dealt with several other pharmacies they all have their quirks, but Sussex has to be the worst one I have ever dealt with in my life. If you have a choice of pharmacies it's advisable to avoid this one.

Had an emergency on Thursday which ended up being a very complicated extraction of a back lower…read moremolar. One of the roots was shattered. Dr. Eschenburg ended up dividing the tooth into four parts, pulling the three and then surgically removing the part with the shattered root. The Dentist was worried about how long it was going to take because he had another involved case coming in at the same time he agreed to see me. As it turned out the other guy was a no show and the complete extraction was done with what I guess you might call ease? Seriously who likes to undergo anything like this but sometimes things happen and you are ever grateful to find someone as talented as Doctor Eschenburg. I thought about writing this on Thursday but frankly I have not felt really swift. Amoxicillin takes its toll and there is some pain still. Then my cell phone rang and the voice on the other end wanted to know how I felt and all kinds of questions about the aftermath --it was Dr. Eschenburg calling me to see how I was. Where in today's world do you find doctors like this? I am deeply impressed and I thought again about how I needed to share this experience with other people.
